Isaiah 64
1 Did You not tear the heavens? You came down, Mountains flowed from Your presence,
१अहा! जर तू स्वर्ग दुभंगला आणि खाली उतरून आलास! तर पर्वत तुझ्या उपस्थितीत थरथरतील,
2 (As fire kindles stubble—Fire causes water to boil), To make Your Name known to Your adversaries, Nations tremble from Your presence.
२जसा अग्नी काड्या पेटवतो, जसा अग्नी पाणी उकळवतो तसा तू आपल्या शत्रूंस आपले नाव कळवायला राष्ट्रे तुझ्यापुढे थरथर कापावीत म्हणून तू खाली उतरून आला असता तर किती बरे झाले असते!
3 In Your doing fearful things [that] we do not expect, You came down, Mountains flowed from Your presence.
३जेव्हा तू या महान गोष्टी केल्या ज्या आम्हास अपेक्षीत नव्हत्या, तेव्हा तू खाली उतरून आलास, पर्वत तुझ्या समोर भीतीने थरथर कापले.
4 Even from antiquity [men] have not heard, They have not given ear, Eye has not seen a God except You, He works for those waiting for Him.
४तर जो त्याची आशा धरतो त्याच्यासाठी जे त्याने तयार केले आहे, ते प्राचीन काळापासून कोणीही ऐकलेले किंवा समजले नाही, हे देवा तुझ्याशिवाय कोण्याच्या डोळ्याने ते पाहिले नाही.
5 You have met with the rejoicer And the doer of righteousness, In Your ways they remember You, Behold, You have been angry when we sin, By them [is] continuance, and we are saved.
५जे लोक सत्कृत्यात आनंद मानतात, जे तुझ्या मार्गात तुझी आठवण करतात आणि ते पाळतात, त्यांना मदत करायला तू आला आहे, पण तू रागावलास आणि आम्ही पाप केले. त्या मध्ये आमचे तारण होईल का?
6 And we are as unclean—all of us, And all our righteous acts [are] as garments of menstruation; And we fade as a leaf—all of us. And our iniquities take us away as wind.
६कारण आम्ही सगळे त्या प्रमाणे झालो आहोत जे अशुद्ध आहे. आणि आमच्या सर्व नीतिमान कृती या मासिक पाळीच्या चिंध्यांसारख्या आहेत, आम्ही सर्व पानांप्रमाणे सुकून जातो; आमच्या पापांनी आम्हास, वारा जसा पाचोळा दूर वाहून नेतो, तसे दूर नेले आहे.
7 And there is none calling on Your Name, Stirring himself up to lay hold on You, For You have hid Your face from us, And You melt us away by our iniquities.
७तुझ्या नावाला हाक मारेल असा कोणी नाही आहे, आणि तुला धरून घ्यायला कोणी प्रयत्न करीत नाही. कराण तू आपले मुख आम्हापासून लपवले आहे आणि आम्हांस आमच्या पातकांच्या हाती सोपवून दिले आहे.
8 And now, O YHWH, You [are] our Father, We [are] the clay, and You [are] our Framer, And the work of Your hand—all of us.
८पण तरीही परमेश्वरा, तू आमचा पिता आहेस. आम्ही मातीप्रमाणे आहोत आणि तू आमचा कुंभार आहेस. आम्ही सर्व तुझ्या हातांचे काम आहो.
9 Do not be angry, O YHWH, very severely, Nor remember iniquity forever, Behold, look attentively, we implore You, We [are] all Your people.
९परमेश्वरा, आमच्यावर सतत रागावू नकोस आणि आमची पातके कायमची लक्षात ठेवू नकोस. जे आम्ही तुझे लोक आहोत, कृपया आम्हा सर्वांकडे लक्ष दे.
10 Your holy cities have been a wilderness, Zion has been a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation.
१०तुझी पवित्र नगरे वाळवंटाप्रमाणे बनली आहेत. सियोनचे वाळवंट झाले आहे. यरूशलेमेचा नाश झाला आहे.
11 Our holy and our beautiful house, Where our fathers praised You, Has become burned with fire, And all our desirable things have become a ruin.
११आमचे पवित्र आणि सुंदर मंदिर, जेथे आमचे पूर्वज तुझी उपासना करत असत, त्यास अग्नीने नष्ट करण्यात आले आहे. आणि आम्हास प्रिय असलेल्या सर्व गोष्टींचा नाश झाला आहे.
12 Do You refrain Yourself for these, YHWH? You are silent, and afflict us very severely!
१२परमेश्वरा तू कसा काय आपणाला आवरू शकतो? तू गप्प राहशील आणि आम्हास सतत पीडशील काय?
