Isaiah 57
1 The righteous has perished, And there is none laying [it] to heart, And men of kindness are gathered, Without any considering that from the face of evil The righteous one is gathered.
धर्मी नष्ट हुन्छ तर यो कुरा कसैले विचार गर्दैन, र करारको विश्वस्ततका मानसहरूलाई टाढा भेला पारिन्छ, दुष्टबाट धर्मीलाई टाढा लगिन्छन्, तर कसैले बुझ्दैन ।
2 He enters into peace, they rest on their beds, [Each] is going straightforward.
ऊ शन्तिमा प्रवेश गर्छ । जो आफ्नो सोझोपनमा हिंड्छन् तिनीहरू आफ्ना ओछ्यानहरूमा आराम गर्छन् ।
3 “And you, come near here, O sons of a sorceress, seed of an adulterer, Even you commit whoredom.
तर तिमीहरू झँक्रेनीना छोराहरू, व्यभिचारी र आफूलाई वेश्या बनाउने स्त्रीको सन्तानहरू, यहाँ आओ ।
4 Against whom do you sport yourselves? Against whom do you enlarge the mouth [And] prolong the tongue? Are you not children of transgression? A false seed?
तिमीहरू खुसी हुँदै कसलाई गिल्ला गर्दैछौ? कसको विरुद्धमा तिमीहरूले मुख खोल्दैछौ र जिब्रो निकाल्दैछौ? के तिमीहरू विद्रोह र छलका छोराछोरी होइनौ र?
5 Who are inflamed among oaks, under every green tree, Slaughtering the children in valleys, Under clefts of the rocks.
तिमीहरूले फलाँटका रूखहरूमुनि र हरेक हरियो रूखमुनि सँगै सुतेर आफैलाई यौनको उत्तेजनामा पार्छौ, तिमीहरू जसले आफ्ना छोराछोरीलाई सुख्खा नदीहरूमा, चट्टानका धाँदामुनि बलि गर्छौ ।
6 Your portion [is] among the smooth things of a brook, They [are] your lot, You have also poured out an oblation to them, You have caused a present to ascend, Am I comforted in these things?
नदीको बेसीका चिल्ला थोकहरूमा तिमीहरूलाई दिइएका थोकहरू पनि पर्छन् । ती तिमीहरूले पुजा गर्ने वस्तुहरू हुन् । तिमीहरूले आफ्ना अर्घबलिहरू तिनीहरूमाथि खन्याउँछौ र अन्नबलिहरू चढाउँछौ । के यी कुराहरूमा म खुसी हुनू?
7 On a mountain, high and exalted, You have set your bed, You have also gone up there to make a sacrifice.
तिमीहरूले आफ्ना ओछ्यान उच्च पहाडमाथि बनाउँछौ । तिमीहरू बलिदानहरू चढाउन पनि त्यसमाथि गयौ ।
8 And behind the door, and the post, You have set up your memorial, For you have removed from Me, and go up, You have enlarged your bed, And cut [a covenant] with them, You have loved their bed, the station you saw,
ढोका र चौकोसहरूका पछाडि तिमीहरूले चिन्हहरू खडा गर्यौ । तिमीहरूले मलाई त्याग्यौ, र आफैलाई नाङ्गो बनायौ र माथि गयौ । तिमीहरूले आफ्ना ओछ्यान फराकिलो बनायौ । तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूसित करार बाँध्यौ । तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूका ओछ्यानहरूलाई प्रेम गर्यौ । तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूका गुप्ताङ्गहरू देख्यौ ।
9 And go joyfully to the king in ointment, And multiply your perfumes, And send your ambassadors far off, And humble yourself to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
तिमीहरू मोलेककहाँ तेल लिएर गयौ । तिमीहरूले सुगन्धित तेल बढायौ । तिमीहरूले आफ्ना राजदूतहरूलाई टाढा पठायौ । तिमीहरू तल चिहान गयौ । (Sheol h7585)
10 You have labored in the greatness of your way, You have not said, It is desperate. You have found the life of your hand, Therefore you have not been sick.
तिमीहरू आफ्नो लामो यात्रबाट थकित भयौ, तर तिमीहरूले कहिल्यै भनेनौ, “यो आशाहीन छ ।” तिमीहरूले आफ्नो हातमा नै जीवन पायौ । यसकारण तिमीहरू कमजोर भएनौ ।
11 And of whom have you been afraid, and fear, That you lie, and have not remembered Me? You have not laid [it] to your heart, Am I not silent, even from of old? And you do not fear Me?
“तिमीहरू कसको विषयमा चिन्तित हुन्छौ? तिमीहरूले कसको भय यति धेरै मान्छौ, जसले तिमीहरूलाई यति धेरै धोकापुर्ण रूपमा काम गर्ने बनाएको छ, यति धेरै कि तिमीहरूले मेरो याद गर्दैनौ न त मेरो बारेमा विचार नै गर्छौ? म यति लामो समयसम्म मौन भएको हुनाले, मसँग तिमीहरू फेरि डराउँदैनौ ।
12 I declare your righteousness, and your works, And they do not profit you.
तिमीहरूका सबै धर्मिक कामहरू घोषणा म गर्ने र तिमीहरूले गरेका सबै कुरा भन्नेछु, तर तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई सहायता गर्नेछैनन् ।
13 When you cry, let your gatherings deliver you, And wind carries all of them away, Vanity takes away, And whoever is trusting in Me inherits the land, And possesses My holy mountain.”
तिमीहरूले पुकारा गर्दा तिमीहरूले जम्मा गरेका मूर्तीहरूले नै तिमीहरूलाई बचाऊन् । बरु, हावाले तिनीहरू सबैलाई उडाएर लानेछ, सासले नै तिनीहरू सबैलाई उडाएर लानेछ । तापनि ममा शरण लिनेले देश अधिकार गर्नेछ र मेरो पवित्र पर्वतको अधिकारी हुनेछ ।
14 And He has said, “Raise up, raise up, prepare a way, Lift a stumbling-block out of the way of My people.”
उहाँले भन्नुहुनेछ, 'बनओ, बनाओ! बाटो सफा बनाओ! मेरा मानिसहरूका बाटोबाट ठेस लाग्ने कुराहरू हटाओ'!”
15 For thus said the high and exalted One, Inhabiting eternity, and His Name [is] holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, And with the bruised and humble of spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of bruised ones,
उच्च र माथि उचालिले यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, जो अनन्तसम्म जिउनुहुने, जसको नाउँ पवित्र हो, “म उचालिएको र पवित्र स्थानमा बस्छु, साथै जसको तोडिएको र नम्र आत्मा हुन्छ, नम्रहरूका आत्मा जगाउन र पश्चात्तापीहरूका हृदयलाई जगाउन, तिनीहरूमा म पनि बस्छु ।
16 For I do not strive for all time, nor am I angry forever, For the spirit is feeble before Me, And the souls I have made.
किनकि म सधैं दोष लगाउँदिनँ, न त म सधैं रिसाउँछु, किनकि त्यसो गरें भने, मानिसको आत्मा मेरो सामु मूर्छित हुन्छ, जुन जीवनहरू मैले नै बनाएको हो ।
17 For the iniquity of his dishonest gain, I have been angry, and I strike him, Hiding—and am angry, And he goes on turning back in the way of his heart.
हिंसाले लिएको फाइदाको कारणले, म रिसाएँ, र मैले त्यसलाई दण्ड दिएँ । मैले आफ्नो मुख लुकाएँ र रिसाएँ, तर ऊ आफ्नो हृदयको मार्गमा पछाडितिर गयो ।
18 I have seen his ways, and I heal him, indeed, I lead him, And repay comforts to him and to his mourning ones.
मैले उसका बाटोहरू देखेको छु, तर म उसलाई निको पार्नेछु । म उसलाई डोर्याउनेछु, र उसको निम्ति शोक गर्नेहरूलाई सान्त्वना र सहानुभूति दिनेछु,
19 Producing the fruit of the lips, Peace, peace, to the far off, and to the near, And I have healed him,” said YHWH.
र म ओठको फल सृजना गर्छु । परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ, शान्ति, शान्ति, जो टाढा छन् र जो नजिक छन्— म तिनीहरूलाई निको पार्नेछु ।
20 And the wicked [are] as the driven out sea, For it is not able to rest, And its waters cast out filth and mire.
तर दुष्टहरू उर्लिएको समुद्रजस्तै हुन् जसले विश्राम गर्न सक्दैन र यसको पानीले हिलो र दलदल घोलिदिन्छ ।
21 “There is no peace,” said my God, “for the wicked!”
दुष्टहरूको निम्ति कुनै शान्ति छैन— परमेश्वर भन्नुहुन्छ ।”
