< Isaiah 57 >
1 The righteous has perished, And there is none laying [it] to heart, And men of kindness are gathered, Without any considering that from the face of evil The righteous one is gathered.

2 He enters into peace, they rest on their beds, [Each] is going straightforward.
Katoengah khosah kami loe monghaih thungah akunh; toenghaih loklam to pazui o pongah, duek naah angmacae iihkhun nuiah kamong ah iih o.
3 “And you, come near here, O sons of a sorceress, seed of an adulterer, Even you commit whoredom.
Toe nangcae miklet kop caanawk, takpum zaw kami ih caanawk, payang caanawk, hae ah angzo oh!
4 Against whom do you sport yourselves? Against whom do you enlarge the mouth [And] prolong the tongue? Are you not children of transgression? A false seed?
Mi maw na pahnui o thuih? Mi han maw pahni na kaek o thuih moe, palai na pathok o thuih? Nangcae loe lokaek thaih kaminawk ih caa, lok amlai kaminawk ih caa ah na ai maw na oh o?
5 Who are inflamed among oaks, under every green tree, Slaughtering the children in valleys, Under clefts of the rocks.
Aqam kahing thing tlim ah krangnawk hoiah zaehaih na sak o; cathaeng tlim ih azawn ah nawktanawk to hum moe, angbawnhaih sah kami ah na ai maw na oh o?
6 Your portion [is] among the smooth things of a brook, They [are] your lot, You have also poured out an oblation to them, You have caused a present to ascend, Am I comforted in these things?
Vacong thung thlung kamnaenawk salak ih krangnawk to bok hanah na qoih o; to krangnawk loe na toep o han koi qawk ah oh; to krangnawk khaeah naek koi angbawnhaih hmuen to na paek o moe, cang hoi angbawnhaih to na sak o. To baktih hmuen pongah, kai palung anghoe tih, tiah na poek o maw?
7 On a mountain, high and exalted, You have set your bed, You have also gone up there to make a sacrifice.
Maesang nuiah iihhaih to na sak moe, to ahmuen ah angbawnhaih sak hanah na dawh tahang.
8 And behind the door, and the post, You have set up your memorial, For you have removed from Me, and go up, You have enlarged your bed, And cut [a covenant] with them, You have loved their bed, the station you saw,
Krang bokhaih to pahnet thaih han ai ah ahnuk ahma thok to na suek; kai hae nang pahnawt sut boeh: minawk kalah khaeah khukbuen nang khring thuih, iihkhun nuiah na dawh, iihkhun to kalen ah na sak moe, nihcae hoi lokmaihaih to na sak; bangkrai ah kaom nihcae to na hnuk naah iihkhun to na khit.
9 And go joyfully to the king in ointment, And multiply your perfumes, And send your ambassadors far off, And humble yourself to Sheol. (Sheol )
Siangpahrang khaeah olive situi hoiah na caeh moe, hmuihoih tuinawk to kapop ah na patoh, na laicaehnawk to kangthla ah na patoeh, taprong karoek to nang hum tathuk boeh. (Sheol )
10 You have labored in the greatness of your way, You have not said, It is desperate. You have found the life of your hand, Therefore you have not been sick.
Na caehhaih loklam mah nang tha angphosak, toe Oephaih om ai boeh, tiah thui hmah; na ban thacakhaih hoi hinghaih to na hnuk boeh pongah, nang pho ai boeh.
11 And of whom have you been afraid, and fear, That you lie, and have not remembered Me? You have not laid [it] to your heart, Am I not silent, even from of old? And you do not fear Me?
Kai khaeah lok nam lai moe, kai hae nang pahnet, palung thung hoi doeh na poek ai boeh, to tih khoek to mi maw na zit? Atue sawk parai ah kang oh taak duem pongah maw kai hae nang zii ai?
12 I declare your righteousness, and your works, And they do not profit you.
Nangmah hoi nangmah to kahoih ah na poek, toe na toenghaih hoi na toksakhaihnawk to kam tuengsak han; toe nang han tih atho doeh om mak ai.
13 When you cry, let your gatherings deliver you, And wind carries all of them away, Vanity takes away, And whoever is trusting in Me inherits the land, And possesses My holy mountain.”
Na qah naah nangmah ih krangnawk mah abomh o nasoe; krangnawk loe takhi mah hmut phaeng tih; anghahhaih takhi mah to krangnawk to hmut boih tih; toe kai oep kaminawk loe prae to toep o ueloe, kai ih kaciim mae to toep o tih.
14 And He has said, “Raise up, raise up, prepare a way, Lift a stumbling-block out of the way of My people.”
Long to aphum oh, aphum oh, loklam to pakhrai oh! Kai ih kaminawk caehhaih loklam ah amthaek han koi kaom hmuennawk to takhoe oh, tiah thui tih.
15 For thus said the high and exalted One, Inhabiting eternity, and His Name [is] holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, And with the bruised and humble of spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of bruised ones,
Ciimcai tiah ahmin kaom, dungzan khoek to kaom, ranui koekah kaom Sithaw mah; Kai loe hmuensang hoi hmuenciim ah ka oh, poekhaih pahnaem kami hoi dawnpakhuem kaminawk palung angthawksak hanah, kai loe poekhaih pahnaem moe, dawnpakhuem kaminawk hoi nawnto ka oh.
16 For I do not strive for all time, nor am I angry forever, For the spirit is feeble before Me, And the souls I have made.
Nihcae to zaehaih ka net poe mak ai, palung doeh ka phui thuih poe mak ai; ka sak ih hinghaih hoi muithla loe ka hmaa ah amro tih boeh.
17 For the iniquity of his dishonest gain, I have been angry, and I strike him, Hiding—and am angry, And he goes on turning back in the way of his heart.
Amtlai hmoek koehhaih anih zaehaih pongah palung ka phui moe, anih to ka thuitaek; palungphui moe, mikhmai ka hawk ving, toe anih loe a caeh koehhaih loklam bangah caeh toengtoeng vop.
18 I have seen his ways, and I heal him, indeed, I lead him, And repay comforts to him and to his mourning ones.
Anih caehhaih loklam to ka hnuk boeh, toe ngan ka tuisak han; anih to ka zaeh moe, angmah hoi nawnto palungsae kaminawk khaeah monghaih to ka paek han.
19 Producing the fruit of the lips, Peace, peace, to the far off, and to the near, And I have healed him,” said YHWH.
Pahni ah thingthai ka ohsak; kangthla ah kaom kaminawk hoi kazoi ah kaom kaminawk khaeah, Monghaih, monghaih to om nasoe, ngan ka tuisak han, tiah Angraeng mah thuih.
20 And the wicked [are] as the driven out sea, For it is not able to rest, And its waters cast out filth and mire.
Toe kasae kaminawk loe anghak ai ah kangthawk tuiphu, tangnong hoi anghnoeng pazawk tuinawk baktiah ni oh o.
21 “There is no peace,” said my God, “for the wicked!”
Kasae kami hanah loe monghaih roe om ai, tiah Angraeng mah thuih.
