Isaiah 4

1 And seven women have taken hold on one man, In that day, saying, “We eat our own bread, And we put on our own raiment, Only, let your name be called over us, Remove our reproach.”

Sete mulheres tomarão posse de um homem naquele dia, dizendo: “Comeremos nosso próprio pão e usaremos nossa própria roupa”. Que nos chamem pelo seu nome. Tire-nos nossa reprovação”.

2 In that day is the Shoot of YHWH for desire and for glory, And the fruit of the earth For excellence and for beauty to the escaped of Israel.

Naquele dia, o ramo de Yahweh será belo e glorioso, e o fruto da terra será a beleza e a glória dos sobreviventes de Israel.

3 And it has been, he who is left in Zion, And he who is remaining in Jerusalem, “Holy” is said of him, Of everyone who is written for life in Jerusalem.

Acontecerá que aquele que ficar em Sião e aquele que permanecer em Jerusalém será chamado santo, mesmo todo aquele que estiver escrito entre os vivos em Jerusalém,

4 If the Lord has washed away The filth of daughters of Zion, And purges the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, By the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.

quando o Senhor tiver lavado a sujeira das filhas de Sião, e tiver purificado o sangue de Jerusalém de dentro dela, pelo espírito de justiça e pelo espírito de ardor.

5 Then YHWH has created Over every fixed place of Mount Zion, And over her convocations, A cloud by day, and smoke, And the shining of a flaming fire by night, That over all glory—a safeguard,

Yahweh criará sobre toda a habitação do Monte Sião e sobre suas assembléias, uma nuvem e fumaça de dia, e o resplendor de um fogo ardente de noite, pois sobre toda a glória será um dossel.

6 And a covering may be, For a shadow from drought by day, And for a refuge, and for a hiding place, From inundation and from rain!

Haverá um pavilhão para uma sombra durante o dia, para um refúgio e para um abrigo das tempestades e da chuva.
