Na tamnanawk mah Angraeng to khet patoek o moe, pop parai hrang lakoknawk hoiah maesang nuiah ka dawh moe, Lebanon mae nuiah doeh ka dawh boeh; kasang koek Sidar thing hoi hmaica thing doeh ka pakhruk han, kasang koek ahmuen, thingthai kapop taw thungah ka kun han.

27 And their inhabitants are feeble-handed, They were broken down, and are dried up. They have been the herb of the field, And the greenness of the tender grass, Grass of the roofs, And blasted grain, before it has risen up.
To pongah vangpui kaminawk loe thazok o boeh, poek anghmang o moe, palungboeng o sut boeh; nihcae loe lawk ih phroh baktih, qam kahing baktih, imphu nui ih phroh kahing baktih, qoeng khuek ai ah kazaem cang baktiah oh o.

38 And it comes to pass, he is bowing himself in the house of his god Nisroch, and his sons Adrammelech and Sharezer have struck him with the sword, and they have escaped to the land of Ararat, and his son Esar-Haddon reigns in his stead.
