Isaiah 3
1 For behold, the Lord, YHWH of Hosts, Is turning aside from Jerusalem and from Judah [Both] stay and staff: Every stay of bread and every stay of water;
| زیرا اینک خداوند یهوه صبایوت پایه ورکن را از اورشلیم و یهودا، یعنی تمامی پایه نان و تمامی پایه آب را دور خواهد کرد، | ۱ |
2 Mighty and man of war, judge and prophet, And diviner and elderly,
| وشجاعان و مردان جنگی و داوران و انبیا وفالگیران و مشایخ را، | ۲ |
3 Head of fifty, and accepted of faces, And counselor, and wise craftsmen, And discerning charmer.
| و سرداران پنجاهه وشریفان و مشیران و صنعت گران ماهر و ساحران حاذق را. | ۳ |
4 And I have made youths their heads, And sucklings rule over them.
| و اطفال را بر ایشان حاکم خواهم ساخت و کودکان بر ایشان حکمرانی خواهندنمود. | ۴ |
5 And the people has exacted—man on man, Even a man on his neighbor, The youths enlarge themselves against the aged, And the lightly esteemed against the honored.
| و قوم مظلوم خواهند شد، هرکس ازدست دیگری و هرشخص از همسایه خویش. واطفال بر پیران و پستان بر شریفان تمرد خواهندنمود. | ۵ |
6 When one lays hold on his brother, Of the house of his father, [by] the garment, “Come, you are a ruler to us, And this ruin [is] under your hand.”
| چون شخصی به برادر خویش در خانه پدرش متمسک شده، بگوید: «تو را رخوت هست پس حاکم ما شو و این خرابی در زیر دست تو باشد»، | ۶ |
7 He lifts up, in that day, saying, “I am not a binder up, And in my house is neither bread nor garment, You do not make me a ruler of the people.”
| در آن روز او آواز خود را بلند کرده، خواهد گفت: «من علاج کننده نتوانم شد زیرا درخانه من نه نان و نه لباس است پس مرا حاکم قوم مسازید.» | ۷ |
8 For Jerusalem has stumbled, and Judah has fallen, For their tongue and their doings [are] against YHWH, To provoke the eyes of His glory.
| زیرا اورشلیم خراب شده و یهودامنهدم گشته است، از آن جهت که لسان و افعال ایشان به ضد خداوند می‌باشد تا چشمان جلال اورا به ننگ‌آورند. | ۸ |
9 The appearance of their faces witnessed against them, And their sin, as Sodom, they declared, They have not hidden! Woe to their soul, For they have done evil to themselves.
| سیمای رویهای ایشان به ضدایشان شاهد است و مثل سدوم گناهان خود رافاش کرده، آنها را مخفی نمی دارند. وای برجانهای ایشان زیرا که به جهت خویشتن شرارت را بعمل آورده‌اند. | ۹ |
10 Say to the righteous that [it is] good, Because they eat the fruit of their doings.
| عادلان را بگویید که ایشان را سعادتمندی خواهد بود زیرا از ثمره اعمال خویش خواهند خورد. | ۱۰ |
11 Woe to the wicked—evil, Because the deed of his hand is done to him.
| وای بر شریران که ایشان را بدی خواهد بود چونکه مکافات دست ایشان به ایشان کرده خواهد شد. | ۱۱ |
12 My people—its exactors [are] sucklings, And women have ruled over it. My people—your eulogists are causing to err, And the way of your paths swallowed up.
| و اما قوم من، کودکان بر ایشان ظلم می‌کنند و زنان بر ایشان حکمرانی می‌نمایند. ای قوم من، راهنمایان شماگمراه کنندگانند و طریق راههای شما را خراب می‌کنند. | ۱۲ |
13 YHWH has stood up to plead, And He is standing to judge the peoples.
| خداوند برای محاجه برخاسته و به جهت داوری قومها ایستاده است. | ۱۳ |
14 YHWH enters into judgment With [the] elderly of His people, and its heads: “And you, you have consumed the vineyard, Plunder of the poor [is] in your houses.
| خداوند بامشایخ قوم خود و سروران ایشان به محاکمه درخواهد آمد، زیرا شما هستید که تاکستانها راخورده‌اید و غارت فقیران در خانه های شمااست. | ۱۴ |
15 Why? Why do you [do this]? You bruise My people, And you grind the faces of the poor.” A declaration of the Lord, YHWH of Hosts, And YHWH says:
| خداوند یهوه صبایوت می‌گوید: «شمارا چه شده است که قوم مرا می‌کوبید و رویهای فقیران را خرد می‌نمایید؟» | ۱۵ |
16 “Because that daughters of Zion have been haughty, And they walk stretching out the neck, And deceiving [with] the eyes, They go walking and mincing, And they make a jingling with their feet,
| و خداوند می‌گوید: «از این جهت که دختران صهیون متکبرند و با گردن افراشته وغمزات چشم راه می‌روند و به ناز می‌خرامند و به پایهای خویش خلخالها را به صدا می‌آورند.» | ۱۶ |
17 The Lord has also scabbed The crown of the head of daughters of Zion, And YHWH exposes their simplicity.
| بنابراین خداوند فرق سر دختران صهیون را کل خواهد ساخت و خداوند عورت ایشان را برهنه خواهد نمود. | ۱۷ |
18 In that day the Lord turns aside The beauty of the jingling ornaments, And of the embroidered works, And of the crescents,
| و در آن روز خداوند زینت خلخالها و پیشانی بندها و هلالها را دور خواهدکرد. | ۱۸ |
19 Of the pendants, and the bracelets, and the veils,
| و گوشواره‌ها و دستبندها و روبندها را، | ۱۹ |
20 Of the headdresses, and the ornaments of the legs, And of the bands, And of the perfume boxes, and the amulets,
| و دستارها و زنجیرها و کمربندها و عطردانها وتعویذها را، | ۲۰ |
21 Of the seals, and of the nose-rings,
| و انگشترها و حلقه های بینی را، | ۲۱ |
22 Of the costly apparel, and of the mantles, And of the coverings, and of the purses,
| و رخوت نفیسه و رداها و شالها و کیسه‌ها را، | ۲۲ |
23 Of the mirrors, and of the linen garments, And of the hoods, and of the veils,
| و آینه‌ها و کتان نازک و عمامه‌ها و برقع‌ها را. | ۲۳ |
24 And it has been, instead of spice is muck, And instead of a girdle, a rope, And instead of curled work, baldness, And instead of a stomacher a girdle of sackcloth.
| و واقع می‌شود که به عوض عطریات، عفونت خواهد شد و به عوض کمربند، ریسمان و به عوض مویهای بافته، کلی و به عوض سینه بند، زنار پلاس و به عوض زیبایی، سوختگی خواهدبود. | ۲۴ |
25 For instead of glory, your men fall by sword, And your might in battle.
| مردانت به شمشیر و شجاعانت در جنگ خواهند افتاد. | ۲۵ |
26 And her openings have lamented and mourned, Indeed, she has been emptied, she sits on the earth!”
| و دروازه های وی ناله و ماتم خواهند کرد، و او خراب شده، بر زمین خواهدنشست. | ۲۶ |
