Isaiah 29
1 Woe [to] Ariel, Ariel, The city of the encampment of David! Add year to year, let festivals go around.
၁အရေလ မြို့၊ ဒါဝိဒ် မင်းနေ သောအရေလ မြို့ သည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။ တနှစ် ပေါ် မှာ တနှစ် ထပ်ကြလော့။ ပွဲ တို့ကို အလှည့် လှည့်ခံကြလော့။
2 And I have sent distress to Ariel, And it has been lamentation and mourning, And it has been to me as Ariel.
၂သို့ရာတွင်၊ အရေလ မြို့ကို ငါဆင်းရဲ စေ၍ ၊ ထိုမြို့ သည် ဝမ်းနည်း ခြင်းနှင့် ညည်းတွား ခြင်းရှိ သော်လည်း ၊ အရေလ မြို့ကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ ရှေ့ မှာ ဖြစ် ရလိမ့်မည်။
3 And I encamped, O babbler, against you, And I laid siege against you—a camp. And I raised up bulwarks against you.
၃ငါသည် သင့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ၌ တပ်ချ မည်။ မြေရိုး နှင့် ဝိုင်း ထား၍ ၊ မြေကတုပ် များကိုလည်း တူး လုပ်မည်။
4 And you have been low, You speak from the earth, And make your saying low from the dust, And your voice has been from the earth, As one having a familiar spirit, And your saying whispers from the dust,
၄သင်သည် နှိမ့်ချ ခြင်းကိုခံ ၍ မြေ ထဲ က ပြော ရ လိမ့်မည်။ မြေမှုန့် ထဲ က ငယ်သောအသံ နှင့် မြွက် ရ လိမ့်မည်။ သင် ပြောသောအသံ သည် နတ် ဝင်သူပြောသံကဲ့သို့ မြေ ထဲက ထွက် ၍ ၊ သင် သည် မြေ မှုန့်ထဲက အသံ သေးနှင့် တိုးတိုးမြွက် ဆိုရလိမ့်မည်။
5 And as small dust has been The multitude of those scattering you, And as chaff passing on the multitude of the terrible, And it has been in an instant—suddenly.
၅သို့ရာတွင် ၊ သင် ၏ ရန်သူ အလုံး အရင်းသည် အဏုမြူ ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သောသူ အလုံး အရင်း သည် လွင့် သွားသော ဖွဲ ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ် ၍၊ အလျင် တဆောချက်ခြင်း အမှုရောက် လိမ့်မည်။
6 You are inspected by YHWH of Hosts, With thunder, and with an earthquake, And great noise, windstorm, and whirlwind, And flame of devouring fire.
၆ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည်၊ မိုဃ်းချုန်း ခြင်း၊ မြေ လှုပ်ခြင်း၊ အသံ ဗလံမြည်ခြင်းနှင့် တကွ မိုဃ်းသက်မုန်တိုင်း ၊ လောင် တတ်သော မီးလျှံ အားဖြင့်အပြစ် ပေးတော်မူမည်။
7 And as a dream, a vision of night, Has been the multitude of all the nations Who are warring against Ariel, And all its warriors, and its bulwark, Even of those distressing her.
၇အပြည်ပြည် ကလာ၍၊ အရေလ မြို့ကို စစ်တိုက် သော အလုံး အရင်း၊ အရေလ မြို့နှင့် ရဲတိုက် ကိုတိုက် ၍ ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည်၊ အိပ်မက် တည်းဟူသော ညဉ့် ရူပါရုံ ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
8 And it has been, as when the hungry dreams, And behold, he is eating, And he has awoken, And his soul [is] empty, And as when the thirsty dreams, And behold, he is drinking, And he has awoken, And behold, he is weary, And his soul is longing, So is the multitude of all the nations Who are warring against Mount Zion.
၈မွတ်သိပ် သောသူသည် အိပ်မက် တွင် စား ရသည် ဟုထင် သော်လည်း ၊ နိုး သောအခါ အမွတ် အသိပ်မပြေသကဲ့သို့၎င်း ၊ ရေ ငတ်သူသည် အိပ်မက်တွင် သောက် ရသည် ဟုထင် သော်လည်း ၊ နိုး သောအခါ နွမ်းနယ် လျက် ၊ တောင့်တလျက်ရှိသကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ အပြည်ပြည် ကလာ၍၊ ဇိအုန် တောင် ကို စစ်တိုက် သော အလုံး အရင်းသည်ဖြစ် ရ လိမ့်မည်။
9 Linger and wonder, look, indeed, look, Be drunk, and not with wine, Stagger, and not with strong drink.
၉ဖင့်နွှဲ ၍ မှိုင်တွေ ကြလော့။ ကာမဂုဏ်၌ ပျော်မွေ့ ၍ မွှန် လျက်နေကြလော့။ စပျစ်ရည် ကို မ သောက်ဘဲ ယစ်မူး လျက်၊ သေရည် သေရက်ကို မ သောက်ဘဲ တိမ်း ယိမ်းလျက် ရှိကြ၏။
10 For YHWH has poured out a spirit of deep sleep on you, And He closes your eyes—the prophets, And your heads—the seers—He covered.
၁၀အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အိပ် ချင် သောသဘော ကို သင် တို့၌ သွင်း သဖြင့် ၊ သင် တို့မျက်စိ ကို ပိတ် ၍၊ သင် တို့၏ ပရောဖက် များ၊ မင်း များ၊ ဗျာဒိတ် ခံသူများ တို့ကို ဖုံးလွှမ်း တော်မူပြီ။
11 And the vision of the whole is to you, As words of the sealed scroll, That they give to one knowing scrolls, Saying, “Please read this,” And he has said, “I am not able, for it [is] sealed”;
၁၁ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိသမျှ သည် တံဆိပ် ခတ်သောစာ ကဲ့သို့ သင် တို့၌ ဖြစ် ၏။ ထို စာသည် စာ တတ်သောသူအား ပေး ၍၊ ဤ စာ ကို ဘတ် ပါလော့ဟု ဆို လျှင်၊ ထိုသူက၊ ဤစာ ကို ငါမ ဘတ်နိုင်။။ တံဆိပ် ခတ်လျက်ရှိ၏ဟု ပြန်ပြော တတ် ၏။
12 And the scroll is given to him who has not known scrolls, Saying, “Please read this,” And he has said, “I have not known scrolls.”
၁၂ထိုစာကို စာ မ တတ် သောသူ အား ပေး ၍၊ ဤ စာ ကိုဘတ် ပါလော့ဟု ဆို လျှင်၊ ထိုသူက၊ ငါသည် စာ မ တတ် ဟုပြန်ပြော တတ်၏။
13 And the Lord says: “Because this people has drawn near with its mouth, And they have honored Me with its lips, And it has put its heart far off from Me, And their fear of Me is a precept taught by men!
၁၃ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း ၊ ဤ လူမျိုး သည် နှုတ် နှင့် ငါ့ထံသို့ချဉ်းကပ် ၍ ၊ နှုတ်ခမ်း နှင့် ငါ့ ကို ရိုသေ ကြ၏။ စိတ် နှလုံး မူကား ငါ နှင့် ဝေး လှ၏။ လူ တို့စီရင် သော ပညတ် တို့ ကို အမှီပြု၍ ငါ့ ကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြ၏။
14 Therefore, behold, I am adding to do wonderfully with this people, A wonder, and a marvel, And the wisdom of its wise ones has perished, And the understanding of its intelligent ones hides itself.”
၁၄ထိုကြောင့်၊ အံ့ဩ ကြောက်မက်ဘွယ်သောအမှု ကို ဤ လူမျိုး တွင် တဖန် ငါ ပြုဦးမည်။ သူ တို့တွင် ပညာရှိ တို့၏ ပညာ သည် ပျက်စီး လိမ့်မည်။ ဉာဏ် ကောင်းသောသူတို့ ၏ ဉာဏ် လည်း ကွယ် ပျောက်လိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ ၏။
15 Woe [to] those going deep from YHWH to hide counsel, And whose works have been in darkness. And they say, “Who is seeing us? And who is knowing us?”
၁၅ထာဝရဘုရား မသိစေခြင်းငှါ ၊ နက်နဲ သောအကြံ ကို ကြံ ၍ ၊ မှောင်မိုက် ထဲမှာ အမှုကိုပြု လျက်၊ ငါ တို့ကို အဘယ်သူ မြင် သနည်း။ ငါ တို့ကို အဘယ်သူ သိ သနည်းဟု ပြော ဆိုတတ်သောသူတို့သည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။
16 Your perversion! Is the potter esteemed as clay, That the work says of its maker, “He has not made me?” And the framed thing said of its framer, “He did not understand?”
၁၆သင် တို့သည် ဖောက်ပြန် ကြသည်တကား။ အိုးထိန်း သမားကို၊ အိုး မြေကဲ့သို့ မှတ် ရမည်လော။ လုပ် အပ် သောအရာသည် လုပ် တတ်သောသူကို ရည်မှတ်၍၊ ဤသူ သည် ငါ့ ကိုမ လုပ် ဟု ဆို ရမည်လော။ ဖန်ဆင်း အပ်သော အရာသည် ဖန်ဆင်း တတ်သောသူကို ရည်မှတ်၍၊ ဤသူ ၌ ပညာ အတတ်မ ရှိဟု ဆို ရမည်လော။
17 Is it not yet a very little [while], And Lebanon has turned into a fruitful field, And the fruitful field is reckoned for a forest?
၁၇လေဗနုန် တောင်သည် ဝပြော သောလယ်ပြင်ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ ဝပြော သောလယ်ပြင်သည် တော ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ် ရ သောအချိန်နီး ပြီ မ ဟုတ်လော။
18 And the deaf have heard the words of a scroll in that day, And out of thick darkness, and out of darkness, The eyes of the blind see.
၁၈ထို ကာလ ၌ နားပင်း သောသူတို့သည် ကျမ်း စကား ကို ကြား ကြ လိမ့်မည်။ မျက်စိ ကန်းသောသူတို့သည် မြှေးရှက် ခြင်း၊ မှောင်မိုက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်၍ မြင် ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
19 And the humble have added joy in YHWH, And the poor among men Rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
၁၉စိတ်နှိမ့်ချ သောသူတို့ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို အမှီပြု ၍၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်း တိုး ပွါးကြလိမ့်မည်။ လူ တို့တွင် ဆင်းရဲ သောသူတို့သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ သန့်ရှင်း သောဘုရားကို အမှီပြု ၍ ရွှင်လန်း ကြလိမ့်မည်။
20 For the terrible one has ceased, And the scorner has been consumed, And all watching for iniquity have been cut off,
၂၀အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သောသူသည် ဆုံးရှုံး ရ၏။ ဆဲရေး သောသူသည် ပျောက် ကုန်ရ၏။ သူ့အပြစ် ကို ချောင်းမြောင်း သောသူ၊
21 Who cause men to sin in word, And lay a snare for a reprover in the gate, And turn aside the righteous into emptiness.
၂၁တရား တွေ့ ၍ ဆင်းရဲ သားကို အပြစ် ရောက်စေ သောသူ၊ မြို့တံခါး ဝမှာ အမှုသည်ကို ကျော့ မိစေခြင်းငှါပြုသောသူ၊ အပြစ် မရှိသောသူကို မတရား သဖြင့် ရှုံး စေ သောသူ အပေါင်းတို့ကို သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းရ၏။
22 Therefore, thus said YHWH, Who ransomed Abraham, Concerning the house of Jacob: “Jacob is not ashamed now, Nor does his face now become pale,
၂၂သို့ ဖြစ်၍အာဗြဟံ အမျိုးကို ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရား သည်၊ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး ကိုရည်မှတ် ၍ မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ယာကုပ် အမျိုးသည် နောက်တဖန် ရှက် ကြောက်ခြင်း၊ မျက်နှာ ပျက် ခြင်း မ ရှိရ။
23 For in his seeing his children, The work of My hand, in his midst, They sanctify My Name, And have sanctified the Holy One of Jacob, And they declare the God of Israel fearful.
၂၃ထိုအမျိုးသား တို့သည် ငါ စီရင် သောအမှု ကိုမြင် လျှင် ၊ ငါ့ နာမ ကို မိမိ တို့တွင် ရိုသေ ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး ၏ သန့်ရှင်း သောဘုရားကို ရိုသေ ၍ ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
24 And the erring in spirit have known understanding, And murmurers learn doctrine!”
၂၄စိတ် သဘောဖောက်ပြန် သောသူတို့သည် ပညာ သတိ ကို ရကြ၍၊ ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြုသော သူတို့ သည်လည်း ၊ ဆုံးမ ဩဝါဒစကားကို နာယူ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
