Isaiah 23
1 The Burden of Tyre. Howl, you ships of Tarshish, For it has been destroyed, Without house, without entrance, From the land of Chittim it was revealed to them.
১তূৰৰ বিষয়ে কৰা ঘোষণা: হে তৰ্চীচৰ জাহাজবিলাক, হাহাকাৰ কৰা; কিয়নো ঘৰ কি সোমোৱা বাট একোৱেই নাই; কিত্তীম দেশৰ পৰা তেওঁলোকলৈ ইয়াক প্ৰকাশ কৰা হ’ল।
2 Be silent, you inhabitants of the island, Trader of Sidon, passing the sea, they filled you.
২হে দ্বীপ-নিবাসীসকল, তোমালোক নিমাত হৈ থাকা; চীদোনীয়া বণিকসকল সমুদ্ৰ পাৰ হৈ আহি তোমাক যোগান ধৰিছিল।
3 And the seed of Sihor [is] in many waters, Her increase [is] the harvest of the brook, And she is a market of nations.
৩চীহোৰৰ উৎপন্ন দ্ৰব্য মহাজলত আছিল, নীল নদীৰ শস্য তাৰ আয় হৈছিল; আৰু সেয়ে দেশবাসীসকলৰ বজাৰ কৰা ঠাই আছিল।
4 Be ashamed, O Sidon; for the sea spoke, The strength of the sea, saying, “I have not been pained, nor have I brought forth, Nor have I nourished young men, [nor] brought up virgins.”
৪হে চীদোন, তুমি লজ্জিত হোৱা; কিয়নো সাগৰে কৈছে, সমুদ্ৰৰ দৃঢ় কোঁঠে কৈছে, “মই প্ৰসৱ কৰা নাই, মই সন্তান জন্ম দিয়া নাই, মই ডেকাসকলক প্ৰতিপালন কৰা নাই, নাইবা যুৱতীসকলক ডাঙৰ দীঘল কৰা নাই।”
5 As they are pained [at] the report of Egypt, So [at] the report of Tyre.
৫যেতিয়া বাৰ্ত্তা মিচৰ দেশলৈ আহিব, তেতিয়া তেওঁলোক তূৰৰ বিষয়ে অতিশয় দুখিত হ’ব।
6 Pass over to Tarshish, howl, you inhabitants of the island,
৬তোমালোকে তৰ্চীচলৈ পাৰ হৈ যোৱা, হে দ্বীপ নিবাসীসকল, হাহাকাৰ কৰা।
7 Is this your exulting one? Her antiquity [is] from the days of old, Her own feet carry her far off to sojourn.
৭হে উল্লাস কৰা নগৰ তোমাৰ সৈতে এইদৰে হ’ল নে? যাৰ উৎপত্তি প্ৰাচীন কালৰ পৰা আছে।
8 Who has counseled this against Tyre, The crowning one, whose traders [are] princes, Her merchants—the honored of earth?
৮যাৰ বনিকসকল ৰাজপুত্র, যাৰ বেপাৰীসকল পৃথিৱীৰ মান্যৱন্ত লোক, সেই ৰাজমুকুট দিয়া তূৰ নগৰৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কোনে এই কল্পনা কৰিলে?
9 YHWH of Hosts has counseled it, To defile the excellence of all beauty, To make light all the honored of earth.
৯বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই তেওঁৰ অহংকাৰ অমৰ্যাদা কৰিবলৈ, আৰু তেওঁৰ সকলো গৌৰৱ, আৰু পৃথিৱীৰ মান্যৱন্ত লোকক অপমানিত কৰিবলৈ পৰিকল্পনা কৰিছে।
10 Pass through your land as a brook, Daughter of Tarshish, There is no longer a girdle.
১০হে তৰ্চীচ জীয়াৰী নীল নদীৰ দৰে তোমালোক দেশত হাল বোৱা; তোমাৰত বহু দিনলৈকে বজাৰৰ ঠাই নাই।
11 He has stretched out His hand over the sea, He has caused kingdoms to tremble, YHWH has charged concerning the merchant one, To destroy her strong places.
১১যিহোৱাই সমুদ্ৰৰ ওপৰত নিজৰ হাত মেলিলে, তেওঁ ৰাজ্যবোৰ জোকাৰিলে, যিহোৱাই কনানৰ বিষয়ে তাৰ দুৰ্গবোৰ বিনষ্ট কৰিবলৈ আজ্ঞা দিলে।
12 And He says, “You do not add to exult anymore, O oppressed one, virgin daughter of Sidon, To Chittim arise, pass over, Even there—there is no rest for you.”
১২তেওঁ ক’লে, “চীদোনৰ নিৰ্যাতিতা কুমাৰী জীয়াৰী, তুমি আৰু উল্লাস নকৰিবা, উঠা, কিত্তীমলৈ পাৰ হৈ যোৱা; কিন্তু তাতো তুমি জিৰণি নাপাবা।
13 Behold, the land of the Chaldeans—this people was not, Asshur founded it for desert-dwellers, They raised its watchtowers, They lifted up her palaces—He has appointed her for a ruin!
১৩কলদীয়াসকলৰ দেশ চোৱা; সেই লোকসকল আৰু নাই; অচূৰীয়া লোকে বনৰীয়া জন্তুৰ বাবে ইয়াক আৰণ্য নিৰূপণ কৰিলে; সিহঁতে আক্ৰমণ কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে ওখ দ’ম স্থাপন কৰিলে; সিহঁতে তাৰ অট্টালিকাবোৰ ধ্বংস কৰিলে; সিহঁতে তাক ভগ্নৰাশি কৰিলে।
14 Howl, you ships of Tarshish, For your strength has been destroyed.
১৪হে তৰ্চীচৰ জাহাজবিলাক, হাহাকাৰ কৰা; কিয়নো তোমালোকৰ আশ্ৰয় উচ্ছন্ন হ’ল।
15 And it has come to pass in that day, That Tyre is forgotten seventy years, According to the days of one king. At the end of seventy years there is to Tyre as the song of the harlot.
১৫সেই সময়ত, ৰজাৰ ৰাজত্বকাল দৰে তূৰ নগৰক সত্তৰ বছৰ পহৰা যাব; সত্তৰ বছৰৰ পাছত তূৰ নগৰৰ দশা বেশ্যাৰ গীতৰ দৰে হ’ব।
16 Take a harp, go around the city, O forgotten harlot, play well, Multiply song that you may be remembered.
১৬“হে বিস্মৃতা বেশ্যা, বীণা লৈ নগৰ খন ফূৰা; তোমাৰ স্মৰণ ৰাখিবৰ বাবে মনোহৰ বাদ্য বজোৱা, অনেক গীত গোৱা।”
17 And it has come to pass, At the end of seventy years YHWH inspects Tyre, And she has returned to her wage, And she committed fornication With all kingdoms of the earth on the face of the ground.
১৭সত্তৰ বছৰৰ পাছত যিহোৱাই তূৰক সহায় কৰিব; আৰু তেওঁ নিজৰ লাভ জনক ব্যৱসায় পুনৰায় কৰিব, আৰু ৰাজ্যৰ সকলোতে আৰু পৃথিৱীৰ সকলো ৰাজ্যে সৈতে বেশ্যা কৰ্ম কৰিব।
18 And her merchandise and her wage have been holy to YHWH, Not treasured up nor stored, For her merchandise is to those sitting before YHWH, To eat to satiety, and for a lasting covering!
১৮তেওঁৰ উপাৰ্জন আৰু আয় যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে ৰখা হ’ব; সেয়ে ভঁৰালত গোটাই থোৱা বা সাঁচি ৰখা নহ’ব; কিয়নো তেওঁৰ উপাৰ্জন যিহোৱাৰ সন্মুখত বাস কৰাসকলৰ অৰ্থে যথেষ্ঠ পৰিমাণে খাবৰ বাবে আৰু সুন্দৰ বস্ত্ৰৰ বাবে ব্যৱহাৰ হ’ব।
