Isaiah 22
1 The burden of the Valley of Vision. What is [troubling] you now, that you have gone up, All of you—to the roofs?
ଦର୍ଶନ ଉପତ୍ୟକା ବିଷୟକ ଭାବବାଣୀ। ଏବେ ତୁମ୍ଭର କʼଣ ହେଉଅଛି ଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଗୃହର ଛାତ ଉପରକୁ ଯାଇଅଛ?
2 Full of stirs—a noisy city—an exulting city, Your pierced are not pierced of the sword, Nor dead in battle.
ହେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ଧ୍ୱନିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣେ, କୋଳାହଳଯୁକ୍ତେ ନଗରୀ, ଉଲ୍ଲାସପ୍ରିୟେ ପୁରୀ; ତୁମ୍ଭର ହତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଖଡ୍ଗରେ ହତ ହୋଇ ନାହାନ୍ତି, କିଅବା ସେମାନେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ମରି ନାହାନ୍ତି।
3 All your rulers fled from the bow together, All found of you have been bound, They have been kept bound together, They have fled far off.
ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ସମସ୍ତେ ଏକାବେଳେ ପଳାଇଲେ, ସେମାନେ ଧନୁର୍ଦ୍ଧାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ବନ୍ଧା ଗଲେ; ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଏକତ୍ର ବନ୍ଧା ଗଲେ, ସେମାନେ ଦୂରକୁ ପଳାଇଲେ।
4 Therefore I said, “Look [away] from me, I am bitter in my weeping, do not hurry to comfort me, For the destruction of the daughter of my people.”
ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ କହିଲି, “ମୋତେ ଛାଡ଼ି ଅନ୍ୟଆଡ଼େ ଅନାଅ, ମୁଁ ଅତିଶୟ ରୋଦନ କରିବି; ମୋʼ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟ କନ୍ୟାର ସର୍ବନାଶ ବିଷୟରେ ମୋତେ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କର ନାହିଁ।”
5 For a day of noise, and of treading down, And of perplexity, [is] to the Lord, YHWH of Hosts, In the Valley of Vision, digging down a wall, And crying to the mountain.
କାରଣ ଦର୍ଶନ ଉପତ୍ୟକାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର, ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରେରିତ ପରାଜୟର, ଦଳନର, ବ୍ୟାକୁଳତାର ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଭଗ୍ନ ହେବାର ଓ ପର୍ବତଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦ କରିବାର ଦିନ ଏହି।
6 And Elam has carried a quiver, In a chariot of men—horsemen, And Kir has exposed a shield.
ପୁଣି, ଏଲମ୍ ରଥାରୋହୀ, ଅଶ୍ୱାରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ୟ ସହିତ ତୂଣ ଧାରଣ କଲା ଓ କୀର୍ ଢାଲ ଅନାବୃତ କଲା।
7 And it comes to pass, The choice of your valleys have been full of chariots, And the horsemen diligently place themselves at the gate.
ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅତି ଉତ୍କୃଷ୍ଟ ଉପତ୍ୟକାସବୁ ରଥମାନଙ୍କରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଥିଲା ଓ ଅଶ୍ୱାରୋହୀମାନେ ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାରରେ ସସଜ୍ଜ ହୋଇଥିଲେ।
8 And one removes the covering of Judah, And in that day you look To the armor of the house of the forest,
ପୁଣି, ସେ ଯିହୁଦାର ଓଢ଼ଣା କାଢ଼ି ପକାଇଲେ ଓ ସେହି ଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବନଗୃହସ୍ଥ ଯୁଦ୍ଧାସ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରତି ଦୃଷ୍ଟି କଲ।
9 And you have seen the breaches of the City of David, For they have become many, And you gather the waters of the lower pool,
ଆଉ, ଦାଉଦ-ନଗରର ଭଗ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅନେକ ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଦେଖିଲ ଓ ନୀଚସ୍ଥ ପୁଷ୍କରିଣୀର ଜଳସବୁ ଏକତ୍ର କଲ।
10 And you numbered the houses of Jerusalem, And you break down the houses to fortify the wall.
ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମସ୍ଥ ଗୃହସବୁ ଗଣନା କଲ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗୃହସବୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଲ।
11 And you made a ditch between the two walls, For the waters of the old pool, And you have not looked to its Maker, And you have not seen its Framer of old.
ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପୁରାତନ ପୁଷ୍କରିଣୀର ଜଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ପ୍ରାଚୀରର ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନରେ ଜଳାଶୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କଲ; ମାତ୍ର ଯେ ଏହା ସାଧନ କଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅନାଇଲ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ଯେ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳରୁ ଏଥିର ସଂକଳ୍ପ କଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଆଦର କଲ ନାହିଁ।
12 And the Lord calls, YHWH of Hosts, In that day, to weeping and to lamentation, And to baldness and to girding on of sackcloth,
ପୁଣି, ସେହି ଦିନ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ରୋଦନ ଓ ବିଳାପ ଓ ମସ୍ତକ ମୁଣ୍ଡନ ଓ କଟିଦେଶରେ ଚଟବନ୍ଧନ କରିବାକୁ ଡାକିଲେ;
13 And behold, joy and gladness, slaying of oxen, And slaughtering of sheep, Eating of flesh, and drinking of wine, Eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.
ମାତ୍ର ଦେଖ, ଆମୋଦ ପ୍ରମୋଦ, ଗୋବଧ ଓ ମେଷହନନ, ମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ ଓ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପାନ ହେଉଅଛି; “ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଭୋଜନପାନ କରୁ, କାରଣ କାଲି ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମରିବା।”
14 And it has been revealed in my ears, [By] YHWH of Hosts: This iniquity is not pardoned to you, Until you die, said the Lord, YHWH of Hosts.
ପୁଣି, ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସ୍ୱୟଂ ଆମ୍ଭ କର୍ଣ୍ଣଗୋଚରରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କଲେ, “ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମରଣକାଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଏହି ଅପରାଧ କ୍ଷମା ହେବ ନାହିଁ,” ପ୍ରଭୁ ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏରୂପ କହନ୍ତି।
15 Thus said the Lord, YHWH of Hosts: “Go forth, go to this steward, To Shebna, who [is] over the house:
ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, “ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି କୋଷାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ନିକଟକୁ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଗୃହର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶିବ୍ନ ନିକଟକୁ ଯାଇ କୁହ,
16 What are you [doing] here? And who has [allowed] you here? That you have hewn out a tomb for yourself here? Hewing his tomb on high, Carving a dwelling for himself in a rock.
‘ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏଠାରେ କଅଣ କରୁଅଛ? ଓ ଏଠାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର କିଏ ଅଛି ଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପାଇଁ ଏକ କବର ଖୋଳିଅଛ? ସେ ତ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥାନରେ ଆପଣା କବର ଖୋଳିଅଛି ଓ ଶୈଳରେ ଆପଣା ନିମନ୍ତେ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ଖୋଦନ କରିଅଛି!
17 Behold, YHWH is casting you up and down, A casting up and down, O mighty one,
ଦେଖ, ବୀରର ନ୍ୟାୟ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବଳରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଫୋପାଡ଼ି ଦେବେ, ହଁ, ସେ ଦୃଢ଼ ରୂପେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଗୁଡ଼ାଇବେ।
18 And your coverer covering, wrapping around, Wraps you around, O babbler, On a land of broad sides—there you die, And there the chariots of your glory [are] the shame of the house of your lord.
ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ସେ ପେଣ୍ଡୁ ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବୁଲାଇ ଓ ଘୂରାଇ ଏକ ପ୍ରଶସ୍ତ ଦେଶରେ ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରିବେ; ସେଠାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମରିବ ଓ ସେଠାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୌରବ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ରଥସବୁ ରହିବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହର କଳଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱରୂପ।
19 And I have thrust you from your station, And he throws you down from your office.
ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପଦରୁ ତଡ଼ିଦେବା ଓ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ଟାଣି ଆଣି ତଳକୁ ପକାଇବେ।
20 And it has come to pass in that day, That I have called to My servant, To Eliakim son of Hilkiah.
ଆଉ, ସେହି ଦିନ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଦାସକୁ, ହିଲ୍କୀୟର ପୁତ୍ର ଇଲିୟାକୀମ୍କୁ ଡାକିବା;
21 And I have clothed him with your coat, And I strengthen him with your girdle, And I give your garment into his hand, And he has been for a father to the inhabitant of Jerusalem, And to the house of Judah.
ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚୋଗା ତାହାକୁ ପରିଧାନ କରାଇବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ କଟିବନ୍ଧନୀରେ ତାହାକୁ ବଳବାନ କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର କର୍ତ୍ତୃତ୍ୱାଧିକାର ତାହା ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବା; ତହିଁରେ ସେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ନିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କର ଓ ଯିହୁଦା ବଂଶର ପିତା ହେବ।
22 And I have placed the key Of the house of David on his shoulder, And he has opened, and none is shutting, And has shut, and none is opening.
ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦ-ବଂଶର ଚାବି ତାହାର ସ୍କନ୍ଧରେ ରଖିବା, ସେ ଫିଟାଇଲେ, କେହି ବନ୍ଦ କରିବ ନାହିଁ ଓ ସେ ବନ୍ଦ କଲେ, କେହି ଫିଟାଇବ ନାହିଁ।
23 And I have fixed him [as] a nail in a steadfast place, And he has been for a throne of glory To the house of his father.
ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଖିଲ ପରି ଏକ ଦୃଢ଼ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ତାହାକୁ ବିଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ଓ ସେ ଆପଣା ପିତୃବଂଶର ଗୌରବର ସିଂହାସନ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବ।
24 And they have hanged on him All the glory of the house of his father, The offspring and the issue, All vessels of small quality, From vessels of basins to all vessels of flagons.
ପୁଣି, ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହାର ପିତୃବଂଶର ସକଳ ଗୌରବ, ସନ୍ତାନସନ୍ତତି ଓ ପାନପାତ୍ରଠାରୁ କଳସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ପାତ୍ର ତାହା ଉପରେ ଟଙ୍ଗାଇବେ।
25 In that day—a declaration of YHWH of Hosts, The nail that is fixed is moved In a steadfast place, Indeed, it has been cut down, and has fallen, And the burden that [is] on it has been cut off, For YHWH has spoken!”
ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଯେଉଁ ଖିଲ ଦୃଢ଼ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବଦ୍ଧ ଥିଲା, ତାହା ସେହି ଦିନ ଅପସରି ଯିବ ଓ ତାହା ଖୋଦିତ ହୋଇ ତଳେ ପଡ଼ିବ, ପୁଣି ତାହା ଉପରେ ଥିବାର ବୋଝ ନଷ୍ଟ ହେବ, କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା କହିଅଛନ୍ତି।’”
