< Habakkuk 3 >

1 A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet, [set] on shigionoth:
Ti kararag ni Habakkuk a profeta: iti si-gionoth.
2 O YHWH, I heard your report, I have been afraid, O YHWH, Your work! In midst of years revive it, In the midst of years You make known, In anger You remember mercy.
O Yahweh, nangngegko ti padamagmo ket mabutengak! O Yahweh, aramidem koma manen dagiti aramidmo kadagitoy a tiempo; kadagitoy a tiempo, ipakaammom koma daytoy; lagipem a maasi iti pungtotmo!
3 God comes from Teman, The Holy One from Mount Paran. (Pause) His splendor has covered the heavens, And His praise has filled the earth.
Naggapu ti Dios iti Teman, ken ti Nasantoan manipud iti Bantay Paran! (Sela) Inabbongan ti dayagna dagiti langit, ket napno ti daga iti dayawna.
4 And the brightness is as the light, He has rays out of His hand, And there—the hiding of His strength.
Dagiti rayus ti imana ket agranraniag a kas iti lawag, ket sadiay ti pagtaltalinaedan ti pannakabalinna.
5 Before Him goes pestilence, And a burning flame goes forth at His feet.
Napan ti peste iti sangoananna, ken didigra kalpasan dagiti sakana.
6 He has stood, and He measures earth, He has seen, and He shakes off nations, And mountains of antiquity scatter themselves, The hills of old have bowed, The ways of old [are] His.
Timmakder isuna ket rinukodna ti daga; kimmita isuna ket ginungonna dagiti nasion! Uray dagiti agnanayon a bantay ket nargaay, ken nagkurno dagiti saan nga agpatingga a turturod! Saan nga agpatingga ti dalanna!
7 Under sorrow I have seen tents of Cushan, Curtains of the land of Midian tremble.
Nakitak dagiti tolda ti Cusan iti panagsagaba, ket agkinkintayeg ti lupot dagiti tolda iti daga ti Midian.
8 Has YHWH been angry against rivers? Against rivers [is] Your anger? [Is] Your wrath against the sea? For You ride on Your horses—Your chariots of salvation.
Kaunget kadi ni Yahweh dagiti karayan? Maibusor kadi ti pungtotmo kadagiti karayan, wenno maibusor kadi ti nakaro a pungtotmo iti baybay idi nagsakayka kadagiti kabaliom, ti karuahem a pannakaisalakan?
9 You make Your bow utterly naked, The tribes have sworn, saying, (Pause) You cleave the earth [with] rivers.
Inruarmo ti baim nga awan ti abbongna; kinabilam kadagiti pana ti baim! (Sela) Ginuduam ti daga babaen kadagiti karayan.
10 Seen You—pained are mountains, An inundation of waters has passed over, The deep has given forth its voice, It has lifted up its hands high.
Nakitadaka dagiti bantay ket nagtiritirda gapu iti ut-ot! Naglabas kadakuada dagiti bayakabak ti danum; nagpukkaw ti nauneg a baybay! Impangatona dagiti dalluyonna!
11 Sun—moon—has stood—a habitation, Your arrows go on at the light, At the brightness, the glittering of Your spear.
Nagtalinaed ti init ken bulan kadagiti narimbaw a lugarda, ket pimmanaw gapu iti lawag dagiti panam ken ti sumilsileng a lawag ti gayangmo!
12 In indignation You tread earth, In anger You thresh nations.
Nagpagnapagnaka iti entero a daga iti luksawmo. Rinidismo dagiti nasion gapu iti pungtotmo.
13 You have gone forth for the salvation of Your people, For salvation with Your Anointed, You have struck the head of the house of the wicked, Laying bare the foundation to the neck. (Pause)
Rimmuarka para iti pannakaisalakan dagiti tattaom, para iti pannakaisalakan ti pinulotam! Binurakburakmo ti ulo ti balay ti nadangkes tapno maiparang ti puon ti tengnged! (Sela)
14 You have pierced the head of his leaders with his own rods, They are tempestuous to scatter me, Their exultation [is] as to consume the poor in secret.
Dinuyokmo ti ulo dagiti mannakigubatna babaen iti bukodna a pana agsipud ta immayda a kasla bagio a mangiwarawara kadakami, ti panagpasindayawda ket maiyarig iti maysa a mangal-alun-on iti nakurapay iti lugar a paglemmengan.
15 You have proceeded through the sea with Your horses—the clay of many waters.
Nagdaliasatka iti baybay agraman dagiti kabaliom, ket ginabsuonmo dagiti napegges a dandanum.
16 I have heard, and my belly trembles, At the noise have my lips quivered, Rottenness comes into my bones, And in my place I tremble, That I rest for a day of distress, At the coming up of the people, he overcomes it.
Nangngegko, ket nagtigerger ti kaunggak! Nagpigerger dagiti bibigko iti uni! Um-umay ti panagrupsa kadagiti tulangko, ken agtigtigergerak bayat iti naulimek a panagur-urayko iti aldaw ti tuok a dumteng kadagiti tattao a nangraut kadakami.
17 Though the fig tree does not flourish, And there is no produce among vines, The work of the olive has failed, And fields have not yielded food, The flock has been cut off from the fold, And there is no herd in the stalls,
Uray no saan nga agrusing ti kayo nga igos ken saan nga agbunga dagiti ubas; uray no agkurangto ti bunga ti kayo nga olibo, ken awan ti taraon nga ipaay dagiti taltalon; uray no maisina ti arban iti kulongan, ken awan ti baka kadagiti pagtaraknan—
18 Yet I, in YHWH I exult, I am joyful in the God of my salvation.
Agrag-oak latta kenni Yahweh! Agragsakakto gapu iti Dios ti pannakaisalakanko!
19 YHWH the Lord [is] my strength, And He makes my feet like does, And causes me to tread on my high-places. To the overseer with my stringed instruments!
Ti Apo a ni Yahweh ti pigsak, ket aramidenna ti sakak a kas saka ti ugsa ket iturongnak kadagiti nangangato a lugarko! — Para iti direktor ti musika, kadagiti adda kuerdasna nga instrumentok.
