Genesis 1
1 In [the] beginning God created the heavens and the earth,
В начале сотвори Бог небо и землю.
2 and the earth was formless and void, and darkness [was] on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God [was] fluttering on the face of the waters,
Земля же бе невидима и неустроена, и тма верху бездны, и Дух Божий ношашеся верху воды.
3 and God says, “Let light be”; and light is.
И рече Бог: да будет свет. И бысть свет.
4 And God sees that the light [is] good, and God separates between the light and the darkness,
И виде Бог свет, яко добро, и разлучи Бог между светом и между тмою.
5 and God calls the light “Day,” and the darkness He has called “Night”; and there is an evening, and there is a morning—day one.
И нарече Бог свет день, а тму нарече нощь. И бысть вечер, и бысть утро, день един.
6 And God says, “Let an expanse be in the midst of the waters, and let it be separating between waters and waters.”
И рече Бог: да будет твердь посреде воды, и да будет разлучающи посреде воды и воды. И бысть тако.
7 And God makes the expanse, and it separates between the waters which [are] under the expanse, and the waters which [are] above the expanse: and it is so.
И сотвори Бог твердь, и разлучи Бог между водою, яже бе под твердию, и между водою, яже бе над твердию.
8 And God calls the expanse “Heavens”; and there is an evening, and there is a morning—[the] second day.
И нарече Бог твердь небо. И виде Бог, яко добро. И бысть вечер, и бысть утро, день вторый.
9 And God says, “Let the waters under the heavens be collected to one place, and let the dry land be seen”: and it is so.
И рече Бог: да соберется вода, яже под небесем, в собрание едино, и да явится суша. И бысть тако. И собрася вода, яже под небесем, в собрания своя, и явися суша.
10 And God calls the dry land “Earth,” and the collection of the waters He has called “Seas”; and God sees that [it is] good.
И нарече Бог сушу землю, и собрания вод нарече моря. И виде Бог, яко добро.
11 And God says, “Let the earth yield tender grass, herb sowing seed, fruit-tree (whose seed [is] in itself) making fruit after its kind, on the earth”: and it is so.
И рече Бог: да прорастит земля былие травное, сеющее семя по роду и по подобию, и древо плодовитое творящее плод, емуже семя его в нем, по роду на земли. И бысть тако.
12 And the earth brings forth tender grass, herb sowing seed after its kind, and tree making fruit (whose seed [is] in itself) after its kind; and God sees that [it is] good;
И изнесе земля былие травное, сеющее семя по роду и по подобию, и древо плодовитое творящее плод, емуже семя его в нем, по роду на земли. И виде Бог, яко добро.
13 and there is an evening, and there is a morning—[the] third day.
И бысть вечер, и бысть утро, день третий.
14 And God says, “Let luminaries be in the expanse of the heavens, to make a separation between the day and the night, then they have been for signs, and for appointed times, and for days and years,
И рече Бог: да будут светила на тверди небесней, освещати землю и разлучати между днем и между нощию: и да будут в знамения и во времена, и во дни и в лета,
15 and they have been for luminaries in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth”: and it is so.
и да будут в просвещение на тверди небесней, яко светити по земли. И бысть тако.
16 And God makes the two great luminaries, the great luminary for the rule of the day, and the small luminary—and the stars—for the rule of the night;
И сотвори Бог два светила великая: светило великое в начала дне, и светило меншее в начала нощи, и звезды:
17 and God gives them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth,
и положи я Бог на тверди небесней, яко светити на землю,
18 and to rule over day and over night, and to make a separation between the light and the darkness; and God sees that [it is] good;
и владети днем и нощию, и разлучати между светом и между тмою. И виде Бог, яко добро.
19 and there is an evening, and there is a morning—[the] fourth day.
И бысть вечер, и бысть утро, день четвертый.
20 And God says, “Let the waters teem with the teeming living creature, and let [the] bird fly above the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens.”
И рече Бог: да изведут воды гады душ живых, и птицы летающыя по земли, по тверди небесней. И бысть тако.
21 And God creates the great dragons, and every living creature that is creeping, which the waters have teemed with, after their kind, and every bird with wing, after its kind, and God sees that [it is] good.
И сотвори Бог киты великия, и всяку душу животных гадов, яже изведоша воды по родом их, и всяку птицу пернату по роду. И виде Бог, яко добра.
22 And God blesses them, saying, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let the bird multiply in the earth”:
И благослови я Бог, глаголя: раститеся и множитеся, и наполните воды, яже в морях, и птицы да умножатся на земли.
23 and there is an evening, and there is a morning—[the] fifth day.
И бысть вечер, и бысть утро, день пятый.
24 And God says, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature after its kind, livestock and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after its kind”: and it is so.
И рече Бог: да изведет земля душу живу по роду, четвероногая и гады, и звери земли по роду. И бысть тако.
25 And God makes the beast of the earth after its kind, and the livestock after their kind, and every creeping thing of the ground after its kind, and God sees that [it is] good.
И сотвори Бог звери земли по роду, и скоты по роду их, и вся гады земли по роду их. И виде Бог, яко добра.
26 And God says, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness, and let them rule over [the] fish of the sea, and over [the] bird of the heavens, and over livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that is creeping on the earth.”
И рече Бог: сотворим человека по образу Нашему и по подобию, и да обладает рыбами морскими, и птицами небесными, (и зверми) и скотами, и всею землею, и всеми гады пресмыкающимися по земли.
27 And God creates the man in His image; in the image of God He created him, a male and a female He created them.
И сотвори Бог человека, по образу Божию сотвори его: мужа и жену сотвори их.
28 And God blesses them, and God says to them, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over [the] fish of the sea, and over [the] bird of the heavens, and over every living thing that is creeping on the earth.”
И благослови их Бог, глаголя: раститеся и множитеся, и наполните землю, и господствуйте ею, и обладайте рыбами морскими, (и зверми) и птицами небесными, и всеми скотами, и всею землею, и всеми гадами пресмыкающимися по земли.
29 And God says, “Behold, I have given to you every herb sowing seed, which [is] on the face of all the earth, and every tree in which [is] the fruit of a tree sowing seed, to you it is for food;
И рече Бог: се, дах вам всякую траву семенную сеющую семя, еже есть верху земли всея: и всякое древо, еже имать в себе плод семене семеннаго, вам будет в снедь:
30 and to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the heavens, and to every creeping thing on the earth, in which [is] breath of life, every green herb [is] for food”: and it is so.
и всем зверем земным, и всем птицам небесным, и всякому гаду пресмыкающемуся по земли, иже имать в себе душу живота, и всяку траву зелену в снедь. И бысть тако.
31 And God sees all that He has done, and behold, [it is] very good; and there is an evening, and there is a morning—the sixth day.
И виде Бог вся, елика сотвори: и се добра зело. И бысть вечер, и бысть утро, день шестый.
