< Genesis 7 >
1 And YHWH says to Noah, “Come, you and all your house, into the Ark, for I have seen you [are] righteous before Me in this generation;

2 you take seven pairs from all the clean beasts to yourself, a male and its female; and of the beasts which are not clean—two, a male and its female;
Aka caih rhamsa boeih lamkah a tal neh a la parhih, parhih neh aka caih mueh rhamsa khuikah te tongpa neh a yal panit ah,
3 also, seven pairs from [each] bird of the heavens, a male and a female, to keep alive seed on the face of all the earth;
Vaan kah vaa khaw diklai hman boeih ah a tii la hlun ham a hluei neh a la panit, panit ah namah taengla lo.
4 for after seven more days I am sending rain on the earth [for] forty days and forty nights, and have wiped away all the substance that I have made from off the face of the ground.”
Tahae lamkah hnin rhih phoeiah tah diklai ah khothaih hnin likip neh khoyin hnin likip te kho ka tlan sak vetih diklai hman kah ka saii mulhing boeih te ka khoe ni,” a ti nah.
5 And Noah does according to all that YHWH has commanded him.
Te dongah BOEIPA loh anih a uen vanbangla a cungkuem te Noah loh a saii.
6 And Noah [is] a son of six hundred years, and the flood of waters has been on the earth.
Diklai ah tuilii tui halo vaengah Noah tah kum ya rhuk lo.
7 And Noah goes—and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him—into the Ark, out of the presence of the waters of the flood;
Tuilii tui kongah Noah loh a ca rhoek khaw, a yuu khaw, a langa rhoek khaw, amah taengah aka om rhoek khaw, lawng khuila a khuen.
8 from the clean beast, and from the beast that [is] not clean, and from the bird, and of everything that is creeping on the ground,
Aka caih rhamsa lamkah khaw, aka caih pawh rhamsa lamkah khaw, vaa khaw, diklai ah aka yuel boeih khaw,
9 they have come to Noah two by two into the Ark, a male and a female, as God has commanded Noah.
Pathen loh Noah a uen vanbangla a hluei neh a la panit panit loh Noah taengkah lawng te a paan uh.
10 And it comes to pass, after seven days, that waters of the flood have been on the earth.
Hnin rhih a om phoeiah tuilii tui te khaw diklai ah halo.
11 In the six hundredth year of the life of Noah, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on this day all [the] fountains of the great deep have been broken up, and the network of the heavens has been opened,
Noah kah a hingnah te kum ya rhuk kum, a hla bae, hla kah hnin hlai rhih khohnin ah tuisih laedil puei boeih te phuet tih vaan rhoek kah bangbuet khaw ong uh.
12 and the shower is on the earth [for] forty days and forty nights.
Te phoeiah khonal te diklai ah khothaih hnin likip neh khoyin hnin likip ah tlan.
13 On this very same day Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, went into the Ark—
Amah tekah khohnin van vaengah Noah neh Noah kah a ca rhoek Shem, Ham, Japheth neh Noah yuu neh a langa pathum tah amah neh lawng khuila kun uh.
14 they, and every living creature after its kind, and every beast after its kind, and every creeping thing that is creeping on the earth after its kind, and every bird after its kind (every bird, every wing).
Amih neh mulhing boeih khaw amah hui la, rhamsa boeih khaw amah hui la, diklai ah aka yuel rhulcai boeih khaw amah hui la, vaa boeih khaw amah hui la, vathawt boeih neh phae aka khueh boeih khaw,
15 And they come to Noah, into the Ark, two by two of all the flesh in which [is] a living spirit;
pumsa ah hingnah hil aka om boeih khuikah loh a bok bok la Noah taengkah lawng khuila kun uh.
16 and they that are coming in, male and female of all flesh, have come in as God has commanded him, and YHWH closes [it] for him.
Te dongah Pathen kah a uen vanbangla pumsa boeih khuikah a hluei neh a la loh ham paan uh tih a kun uh phoeiah BOEIPA loh lawng te a khaih.
17 And the flood is on the earth [for] forty days, and the waters multiply and lift up the Ark, and it is raised up from off the earth;
Tuilii te khaw diklai ah khohnin likip lo tih tui khaw yet. Te dongah lawng te a phoh hang tih diklai dong lamloh a pom.
18 and the waters are mighty and multiply exceedingly on the earth; and the Ark goes on the face of the waters.
Tui khaw len khungdaeng tih diklai ah muep a yet dongah lawng te tui hman soah cet.
19 And the waters have been very, very mighty on the earth, and all the high mountains are covered which [are] under the whole heavens;
Te phoeiah tui te diklai ah bahoeng len tih vaan hmui boeih kah tlang sang rhoek boeih te a khuk.
20 the waters prevailed from above the mountains, and cover [them] fifteen cubits;
Tui te a so ben la dong hlai nga a sang dongah tlang rhoek te boeih a khuk.
21 and all flesh expires that is moving on the earth, among bird, and among livestock, and among beast, and among every teeming thing which is teeming on the earth, and all mankind;
Te dongah diklai ah aka yuel saa boeih neh vaa boeih, rhamsa khaw, mulhing khaw, diklai dongkah aka luem rhulcai boeih khaw, hlang khaw boeih pal.
22 all in whose nostrils [is] breath of a living spirit—of all that [is] in the dry land—have died.
A hnarhong khuiah hingnah mueihla hiil aka khueh boeih te khaw, lanhak ah aka om boeih te khaw duek uh.
23 And all the substance that is on the face of the ground is wiped away—from man to beast, to creeping thing, and to bird of the heavens; indeed, they are wiped away from the earth, and only Noah is left, and those who [are] with him in the Ark;
Te vaengah diklai hman kah mulhing boeih, hlang lamloh rhamsa due, rhulcai neh vaan kah vaa due, a khoe dongah diklai ah hmata uh. Tedae Noah neh lawng khuiah amah neh aka om rhoek bueng te sueng.
24 and the waters are mighty on the earth [for] one hundred and fifty days.
Tui te khaw diklai ah khohnin ya neh sawmnga khuiah len.
