< Galatians 1 >
1 Paul, an apostle—not from men, nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised Him out of the dead—
Assi xeygidaden asi Kiitidade gidonta Yesuss Kiristossa hayqope denthida iza aawa Xoossafe kiititda Phawulossape.
2 and all the brothers with me, to the assemblies of Galatia:
Tanagara diza ishata wurisofe Gelatiyan diza wossa keethatas.
3 Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,
Nu aawa Xoossafe Goda Yesuss Kiristossa Xoossa kiyatethine saroy intes gido.
4 who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us out of the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, (aiōn )
Nu aawa Xoossa shenemala hayssa ita 7alamezape nuna ashanas nena aththi imidaysas. (aiōn )
5 to whom [is] the glory through the ages of the ages. Amen. (aiōn )
Xoossas medhiipe medhiina gakanas izas bonchoy gido. (aiōn )
6 I wonder that you are so quickly removed from Him who called you in the grace of Christ to another good news—
Inte intena Kiristossa kiiyatethan xeygidaysa agagidi hara duma shako mishiracho qaalakko siimidaysi tana daro garanthes (malalises)
7 not that there is another, except there are certain who are troubling you, and wishing to pervert the good news of the Christ;
Tumape qasse isinipe hara mishiracho qaalay dena. Coo intena balethanasne Kiristossa mishiracho qaala miirqanas koyza is asati detes.
8 but even if we or a messenger out of Heaven may proclaim good news to you different from what we proclaimed to you—let him be accursed!
Gido attiin nuna gidin woykko sallo kiitanchata gidinka nu intes sabkiida mishiracho qaalape hara duma mishiracho qaala sabakiko he uray medhiinaso qangetidade giido.
9 As we have said before, and now say again: if anyone may proclaim to you good news different from what you received—let him be accursed!
Nu kase gidamalaka ta haikka zaridaka kasse inte eko mishiracho qaalape hara duma mishiracho qaala sabakiko izadey medhinas qangetidade gido gays.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men—I should not be Christ’s servant.
Haii ta asi tana eroshi hashuganamala koyazina ye Xoosi hashu gaana mala koyazina? Woykko asa ufaysana koyazina? Ta ase ufaysana koyzako Kiristossa oothancha gidikke.
11 And I make known to you, brothers, the good news that was proclaimed by me, that it is not according to man,
Ta ishato ta intes sabakiida mishirachoy asa ootho gidontaysa inte eranamala koyays.
12 for neither did I receive it from man, nor was I taught [it], but through a revelation of Jesus Christ,
Ta asape ekabeykene asape tamara beyke. Yesuss Kiristossa tas qonccisides attiin.
13 for you heard of my behavior once in Judaism, that I was exceedingly persecuting the Assembly of God, and destroying it,
Tani kasse Ayhudata amano wana diidakone Xoossa wossa keethe ta aymala godidakone qasse mule dhaysanas ta aymala dafetidakone inte siydista.
14 and I was advancing in Judaism above many equals in age in my own race, being more abundantly zealous of my fathers’ deliverances,
Kase ta diza woden diza daro Ayhude asata darotape amanon adhays. Kasse nu awata waga naganas daro minays shin.
15 and when God was well pleased—having separated me from the womb of my mother, and having called [me] through His grace—
Gido attiin kasse koyro tana ta ayy ullon bes shakiida ba kiiyatethan ana xeygida Xoossi.
16 to reveal His Son in me, that I might proclaim Him as good news among the nations, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood,
Amanonta dereza gidon iza gish ta sabakanamala ba naza tanan qoncisana dosida gish ta asho mayda asara oonaraka zoristabeyke.
17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away to Arabia, and again returned to Damascus;
Tape kasse Haware gididaytako Yerusalame ba beyke shin amanida mala heraka arabe biita badis hepekka Damasqo simadis.
18 then, after three years I went up to Jerusalem to inquire about Peter, and remained with him fifteen days,
Hepeka heezdzdu laythae guye Phixirossara gaganas Yerusalame kezadis. Izara gagada tamane ichachu galas gakanas gam7adiis.
19 and I did not see [any] other of the apostles, except James, the brother of the LORD.
Gidikokka Goda Gakanas gam7adis.
20 And the things that I write to you, behold, before God—I do not lie;
Haysa ta intes xafizaysan wogado hasa7ontaysa Xoossa sinthan yotays.
21 then I came into the regions of Syria and of Cilicia,
Hessafe guye gede Soriyane Kilqiya getetiza dere badis.
22 and was unknown by face to the assemblies of Judea, that [are] in Christ,
Kirstossa amaniza yodan diza wossa keethata asay tana bey eretena.
23 and they were only hearing that “he who is persecuting us then, now proclaims good news—the faith that he was then destroying”;
Gido attiin “Beni nuna amano gish godi dhaysana koyza adezi haii he amano zari sabakes” Giza wore xala siiyda.
24 and they were glorifying God in me.
Isti ta giidon Xoosu galatida.
