Ezra 3
1 And the seventh month comes, and the sons of Israel [are] in the cities, and the people are gathered, as one man, to Jerusalem.
| و چون ماه هفتم رسید بنی‌اسرائیل درشهرهای خود مقیم بودند و تمامی قوم مثل یک مرد در اورشلیم جمع شدند. | ۱ |
2 And Jeshua son of Jozadak rises, and his brothers the priests, and Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and his brothers, and they build the altar of the God of Israel, to cause to ascend on it burnt-offerings, as it is written in the Law of Moses, the man of God.
| و یشوع بن یوصاداق و برادرانش که کاهنان بودند و زربابل بن شالتیئیل با برادران خود برخاستند و مذبح خدای اسرائیل را برپا کردند تا قربانی های سوختنی برحسب آنچه در تورات موسی، مرد خدا مکتوب است بر آن بگذرانند. | ۲ |
3 And they establish the altar on its bases, because of the fear on them of the peoples of the lands, and he causes burnt-offerings to ascend on it to YHWH, burnt-offerings for the morning and for the evening.
| پس مذبح را برجایش برپا کردند زیرا که به‌سبب قوم زمین، ترس بر ایشان مستولی می‌بود وقربانی های سوختنی برای خداوند یعنی قربانی های سوختنی، صبح و شام را بر آن گذرانیدند. | ۳ |
4 And they make the Celebration of the Shelters as it is written, and the burnt-offering of the day daily in number according to the ordinance, the matter of a day in its day;
| و عید خیمه‌ها را به نحوی که مکتوب است نگاه داشتند و قربانی های سوختنی روز به روز، معتاد هر روز را در روزش، برحسب رسم و قانون گذرانیدند. | ۴ |
5 and after this a continual burnt-offering, and for new moons, and for all appointed times of YHWH that are sanctified; and for everyone who is willingly offering a willing-offering to YHWH.
| و بعد از آن، قربانی های سوختنی دائمی را در غره های ماه و در همه مواسم مقدس خداوند و برای هر کس که هدایای تبرعی به جهت خداوند می‌آورد، می‌گذرانیدند. | ۵ |
6 From the first day of the seventh month they have begun to cause burnt-offerings to ascend to YHWH, and the temple of YHWH has not been founded,
| از روز اول ماه هفتم، حینی که بنیاد هیکل خداوند هنوز نهاده نشده بود، به گذرانیدن قربانی های سوختنی برای خداوند شروع کردند. | ۶ |
7 and they give money to hewers and to craftsmen, and food, and drink, and oil to Zidonians and to Tyrians, to bring in cedar-trees from Lebanon to the Sea of Joppa, according to the permission of Cyrus king of Persia concerning them.
| و به حجاران و نجاران نقره دادند و به اهل صیدون و صور ماکولات و مشروبات و روغن (دادند) تا چوب سرو آزاد از لبنان از دریا به یافا، برحسب امری که کورش پادشاه فارس، به ایشان داده بود بیاورند. | ۷ |
8 And in the second year of their coming to the house of God, to Jerusalem, in the second month, began Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua son of Jozadak, and the remnant of their brothers the priests and the Levites, and all those coming from the captivity to Jerusalem, and they appoint the Levites from a son of twenty years and upward, to overlook the work of the house of YHWH.
| و در ماه دوم از سال دوم، بعد از رسیدن ایشان به خانه خدا در اورشلیم، زربابل بن شالتیئیل و یشوع بن یوصاداق و سایر برادران ایشان از کاهنان و لاویان و همه کسانی که ازاسیری به اورشلیم برگشته بودند، به نصب نمودن لاویان از بیست ساله و بالاتر بر نظارت عمل خانه خداوند شروع کردند. | ۸ |
9 And Jeshua stands, [and] his sons, and his brothers, Kadmiel and his sons, sons of Judah together, to overlook those doing the work in the house of God; the sons of Henadad, [and] their sons and their brothers the Levites.
| و یشوع با پسران وبرادران خود و قدمیئیل با پسرانش از بنی یهودا باهم ایستادند تا بر بنی حیناداد و پسران و برادران ایشان که از لاویان در کار خانه خدا مشغول می‌بودند، نظارت نمایند. | ۹ |
10 And those building have founded the temple of YHWH, and they appoint the priests, clothed, with trumpets, and the Levites, sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise YHWH, by means of [the instruments of] David king of Israel.
| و چون بنایان بنیاد هیکل خداوند را نهادند، کاهنان را با لباس خودشان با کرناها و لاویان بنی آساف را با سنجها قرار دادند تا خداوند رابرحسب رسم داود پادشاه اسرائیل، تسبیح بخوانند. | ۱۰ |
11 And they respond in praising and in giving thanks to YHWH, “For [He is] good, for His kindness [is] for all time over Israel!” And all the people have shouted [with] a great shout in giving praise to YHWH, because the house of YHWH has been founded.
| و بر یکدیگر می‌سراییدند و خداوندرا تسبیح و حمد می‌گفتند، که «او نیکوست زیراکه رحمت او بر اسرائیل تا ابدالاباد است» وتمامی قوم به آواز بلند صدا زده، خداوند را به‌سبب بنیاد نهادن خانه خداوند، تسبیح می‌خواندند. | ۱۱ |
12 And many of the priests, and the Levites, and the heads of the fathers, the aged men who had seen the first house—in this house being founded before their eyes—are weeping with a loud voice, and many with a shout, in joy, lifting up the voice;
| و بسیاری از کاهنان و لاویان و روسای آباکه پیر بودند و خانه اولین را دیده بودند، حینی که بنیاد این خانه در نظر ایشان نهاده شد، به آواز بلندگریستند و بسیاری با آواز شادمانی صداهای خود را بلند کردند. | ۱۲ |
13 and the people are not discerning the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people, for the people are shouting [with] a great shout, and the noise has been heard to a distance.
| چنانکه مردم نتوانستند درمیان صدای آواز شادمانی و آواز گریستن قوم تشخیص نمایند زیرا که خلق، صدای بسیار بلندمی دادند چنانکه آواز ایشان از دور شنیده می‌شد. | ۱۳ |
