Ezra 2
1 And these [are] sons of the province who are going up—of the captives of the expulsion that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon removed to Babylon, and they return to Jerusalem and Judah, each to his city—
Desse äro de barn utu landen, som uppdrogo utu fängelset, hvilka NebucadNezar, Konungen i Babel, hade fört till Babel, och igenkommo till Jerusalem och Juda, hvar och en uti sin stad;
2 who have come in with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:
Och kommo med Serubbabel: Jesua, Nehemia, Seraja, Reelaja, Mardechai, Bilsan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, och Baana. Detta är nu talet af männerna i Israels folk.
3 sons of Parosh, two thousand one hundred seventy-two;
Paros barn, tutusend hundrade två och sjutio.
4 sons of Shephatiah, three hundred seventy-two;
Sephatja barn, trehundrad två och sjutio.
5 sons of Arah, seven hundred seventy-five;
Arahs barn, sjuhundrad fem och sjutio.
6 sons of Pahath-Moab, of the sons of Jeshua [and] Joab, two thousand eight hundred and twelve;
PahathMoabs barn, utaf Jesua Joabs barnom, tutusend åttahundrad och tolf.
7 sons of Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four;
Elams barn, tusende tuhundrad fyra och femtio.
8 sons of Zattu, nine hundred and forty-five;
Sattu barn, niohundrad fem och fyratio.
9 sons of Zaccai, seven hundred and sixty;
Saccai barn, sjuhundrad och sextio.
10 sons of Bani, six hundred forty-two;
Bani barn, sexhundrad två och fyratio.
11 sons of Bebai, six hundred twenty-three;
Bebai barn, sexhundrad tre och tjugu.
12 sons of Azgad, one thousand two hundred twenty-two;
Asgads barn, tusende tuhundrad två och tjugu.
13 sons of Adonikam, six hundred sixty-six;
Adonikams barn, sexhundrad sex och sextio.
14 sons of Bigvai, two thousand fifty-six;
Bigvai barn, tutusend sex och femtio.
15 sons of Adin, four hundred fifty-four;
Adins barn, fyrahundrad fyra och femtio.
16 sons of Ater of Hezekiah, ninety-eight;
Aters barn af Jehiskia, åtta och niotio.
17 sons of Bezai, three hundred twenty-three;
Bezai barn, trehundrad tre och tjugu.
18 sons of Jorah, one hundred and twelve;
Jorahs barn, hundrade och tolf.
19 sons of Hashum, two hundred twenty-three;
Hasums barn, tuhundrad tre och tjugu.
20 sons of Gibbar, ninety-five;
Gibbars barn, fem och niotio.
21 sons of Beth-Lehem, one hundred twenty-three;
BethLehems barn, hundrade tre och tjugu.
22 men of Netophah, fifty-six;
Netopha män, sex och femtio.
23 men of Anathoth, one hundred twenty-eight;
De män af Anathoth, hundrade åtta och tjugu.
24 sons of Azmaveth, forty-two;
Asmaveths barn, två och fyratio.
25 sons of Kirjath-Arim, Chephirah, and Beeroth, seven hundred and forty-three;
De barn af KiriathArim, Chephira, och Beeroth, sjuhundrad tre och fyratio.
26 sons of Ramah and Gaba, six hundred twenty-one;
De barn af Rama och Gaba, sexhundrad en och tjugu.
27 men of Michmas, one hundred twenty-two;
De män af Michmas, hundrade två och tjugu.
28 men of Beth-El and Ai, two hundred twenty-three;
De män af BethEl och Aj, tuhundrad tre och tjugu.
29 sons of Nebo, fifty-two;
Nebo barn, två och femtio.
30 sons of Magbish, one hundred fifty-six;
De män af Magbis, hundrade sex och femtio.
31 sons of another Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four;
De andra Elams barn, tusende tuhundrad fyra och femtio.
32 sons of Harim, three hundred and twenty;
Harims barn, trehundrad och tjugu.
33 sons of Lod, Hadid, and Ono, seven hundred twenty-five;

34 sons of Jericho, three hundred forty-five;
Jereho barn, trehundrad fem och fyratio.
35 sons of Senaah, three thousand and six hundred and thirty.

36 The priests: sons of Jedaiah, of the house of Jeshua, nine hundred seventy-three;

37 sons of Immer, one thousand fifty-two;

38 sons of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred forty-seven;

39 sons of Harim, one thousand and seventeen.

40 The Levites: sons of Jeshua and Kadmiel, of the sons of Hodaviah, seventy-four.

41 The singers: sons of Asaph, one hundred twenty-eight.

57 sons of Shephatiah, sons of Hattil, sons of Pochereth of Zebaim, sons of Ami.

58 All the Nethinim, and the sons of the servants of Solomon [are] three hundred ninety-two.
Alle Nethinim, och Salomos tjenares barn, voro tillhopa trehundrad två och niotio.
59 And these [are] those going up from Tel-Melah, Tel-Harsa, Cherub, Addan, Immer, and they have not been able to declare the house of their fathers, and their seed, whether they [are] of Israel:
Och desse drogo också med upp af ThelMelah, ThelHarsa, Cherub, Addan och Immer; men de kunde icke utvisa sina fäders hus, eller ock sina säd, om de voro af Israel;
60 sons of Delaiah, sons of Tobiah, sons of Nekoda, six hundred fifty-two.
Delaja barn, Tobia barn, Nekoda barn, sexhundrad två och femtio.
61 And of the sons of the priests: sons of Habaiah, sons of Koz, sons of Barzillai (who took a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and is called by their name);
Och af Prestabarnen: Habaja barn, Koz barn, Barsillai barn, den en hustru tog utaf Barsillai den Gileaditens döttrar, och vardt nämnd under deras namn.
62 these have sought their register among those reckoning themselves by genealogy, and they have not been found, and they are redeemed from the priesthood,
De samme sökte efter deras börds skrifter, och funno dem intet; derföre vordo de Presterskapet qvitte.
63 and the Tirshatha says to them that they do not eat of the most holy things until the standing up of a priest with [the] Lights and with [the] Perfections.
Och Thirsatha sade till dem, att de icke skulle äta utaf det aldrahelgasta, tilldess en Prest uppstode med Ljus och Fullkomlighet.
64 All the assembly together [is] forty-two thousand three hundred sixty,
Hela menigheten, såsom en man, var tu och fyratio tusend, trehundrad och sextio;
65 apart from their servants and their handmaids; these [are] seven thousand three hundred thirty-seven: and of them [are] two hundred male and female singers.
Förutan deras tjenare och tjenarinnor, de voro sjutusend trehundrad sju och tretio; och hade tuhundrad sångare, och sångerskor;
66 Their horses [are] seven hundred thirty-six, their mules, two hundred forty-five,
Sjuhundrad sex och tretio hästar, tuhundrad fem och fyratio mular;
67 their camels, four hundred thirty-five, donkeys, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
Fyrahundrad fem och tretio camelar, och sextusend sjuhundrad och tjugu åsnar.
68 And some of the heads of the fathers in their coming to the house of YHWH that [is] in Jerusalem, have offered willingly for the house of God, to establish it on its base;
Och somlige utaf öfversta fäderna, när de kommo till Herrans hus i Jerusalem, vordo de friviljoge till Guds hus, att man skulle det sätta uppå sitt rum;
69 according to their power they have given to the treasure of the work; of gold, sixty-one thousand drams, and of silver, five thousand pounds, and of priests’ coats, one hundred.
Och gåfvo, efter sina förmågo, till drätselen åt verket, ett och sextio tusend gylden, och fem tusend pund silfver, och hundrade Prestakjortlar.
70 And the priests dwell, and the Levites, and of the people, and the singers, and the gatekeepers, and the Nethinim, in their cities; even all Israel in their cities.
Alltså satte sig Presterna och Leviterna, och somlige af folket, och sångarena och dörravaktarena, och de Nethinim, uti sina städer; och hele Israel i sina städer.
