Ezra 2
1 And these [are] sons of the province who are going up—of the captives of the expulsion that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon removed to Babylon, and they return to Jerusalem and Judah, each to his city—
Tito pak jsou lidé té krajiny, kteříž se z zajetí a přestěhování toho brali, jakž je byl přestěhoval Nabuchodonozor král Babylonský do Babylona, a navrátili se do Jeruzaléma a do Judstva, jeden každý do města svého,
2 who have come in with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:
Kteříž přišli s Zorobábelem, s Jesua, s Nehemiášem, Saraiášem, Reelaiášem, Mardocheem, Bilsanem, Misparem, Bigvajem, Rechumem a Baanou. Počet mužů z lidu Izraelského:
3 sons of Parosh, two thousand one hundred seventy-two;
Synů Farosových dva tisíce, sto sedmdesáte dva.
4 sons of Shephatiah, three hundred seventy-two;
Synů Sefatiášových tři sta sedmdesáte dva.
5 sons of Arah, seven hundred seventy-five;
Synů Arachových sedm set sedmdesát pět.
6 sons of Pahath-Moab, of the sons of Jeshua [and] Joab, two thousand eight hundred and twelve;
Synů Pachat Moábových, synů Jesue a Joábových dva tisíce, osm set a dvanácte.
7 sons of Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four;
Synů Elamových tisíc, dvě stě padesáte čtyři.
8 sons of Zattu, nine hundred and forty-five;
Synů Zattuových devět set čtyřidceti pět.
9 sons of Zaccai, seven hundred and sixty;
Synů Zakkai sedm set a šedesát.
10 sons of Bani, six hundred forty-two;
Synů Báni šest set čtyřidceti dva.
11 sons of Bebai, six hundred twenty-three;

12 sons of Azgad, one thousand two hundred twenty-two;
Synů Azgadových tisíc, dvě stě dvamecítma.
13 sons of Adonikam, six hundred sixty-six;
Synů Adonikamových šest set šedesáte šest.
14 sons of Bigvai, two thousand fifty-six;
Synů Bigvai dva tisíce, padesáte šest.
15 sons of Adin, four hundred fifty-four;
Synů Adinových čtyři sta padesáte čtyři.
16 sons of Ater of Hezekiah, ninety-eight;
Synů Aterových z Ezechiáše devadesát osm.
17 sons of Bezai, three hundred twenty-three;
Synů Bezai tři sta třimecítma.
18 sons of Jorah, one hundred and twelve;
Synů Jorahových sto a dvanácte.
19 sons of Hashum, two hundred twenty-three;
Synů Chasumových dvě stě třimecítma.
20 sons of Gibbar, ninety-five;
Synů Gibbarových devadesáte pět.
21 sons of Beth-Lehem, one hundred twenty-three;
Synů Betlémských sto třimecítma.
22 men of Netophah, fifty-six;
Mužů Netofatských padesáte šest.
23 men of Anathoth, one hundred twenty-eight;
Mužů Anatotských sto osmmecítma.
24 sons of Azmaveth, forty-two;

25 sons of Kirjath-Arim, Chephirah, and Beeroth, seven hundred and forty-three;
Synů Kariatarimských, Kafirských a Berotských sedm set čtyřidceti a tři.
26 sons of Ramah and Gaba, six hundred twenty-one;
Synů Ráma a Gabaa šest set jedenmecítma.
27 men of Michmas, one hundred twenty-two;
Mužů Michmas sto dvamecítma.
28 men of Beth-El and Ai, two hundred twenty-three;

29 sons of Nebo, fifty-two;

30 sons of Magbish, one hundred fifty-six;

Synů Charimových tři sta dvadceti.
33 sons of Lod, Hadid, and Ono, seven hundred twenty-five;
Synů Lodových, Chadidových a Onových sedm set dvadceti pět.
34 sons of Jericho, three hundred forty-five;
Synů Jerecho tři sta čtyřidceti pět.
35 sons of Senaah, three thousand and six hundred and thirty.
Synů Senaa tři tisíce, šest set a třidceti.
36 The priests: sons of Jedaiah, of the house of Jeshua, nine hundred seventy-three;
Kněží, synů Jedaiášových z domu Jesua, devět set sedmdesáte tři.
37 sons of Immer, one thousand fifty-two;
Synů Immerových tisíc, padesáte dva.
38 sons of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred forty-seven;
Synů Paschurových tisíc, dvě stě čtyřidceti sedm.
39 sons of Harim, one thousand and seventeen.

40 The Levites: sons of Jeshua and Kadmiel, of the sons of Hodaviah, seventy-four.

41 The singers: sons of Asaph, one hundred twenty-eight.
Zpěváků, synů Azafových, sto dvadceti osm.
42 Sons of the gatekeepers: sons of Shallum, sons of Ater, sons of Talmon, sons of Akkub, sons of Hatita, sons of Shobai, the whole [are] one hundred thirty-nine.

56 sons of Jaalah, sons of Darkon, sons of Giddel,

57 sons of Shephatiah, sons of Hattil, sons of Pochereth of Zebaim, sons of Ami.
Synů Sefatiášových, synů Chattil, synů Pocheret Hazebaim, synů Ami,
58 All the Nethinim, and the sons of the servants of Solomon [are] three hundred ninety-two.
Všech Netinejských a synů služebníků Šalomounových tři sta devadesáte dva.
59 And these [are] those going up from Tel-Melah, Tel-Harsa, Cherub, Addan, Immer, and they have not been able to declare the house of their fathers, and their seed, whether they [are] of Israel:
Tito také byli, kteříž šli z Telmelach, Telcharsa, Cherub, Addan a Immer, ale nemohli ukázati domu otců svých a semene svého, že by z Izraele byli:
60 sons of Delaiah, sons of Tobiah, sons of Nekoda, six hundred fifty-two.
Synů Delaiášových, synů Tobiášových, synů Nekodových šest set padesáte dva.
61 And of the sons of the priests: sons of Habaiah, sons of Koz, sons of Barzillai (who took a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and is called by their name);
A z synů kněžských synové Chabaiášovi, synové Kózovi, synové Barzillai, kterýž pojav sobě ze dcer Barzillai Galádského manželku, nazván jest jménem jejich.
62 these have sought their register among those reckoning themselves by genealogy, and they have not been found, and they are redeemed from the priesthood,
Ti vyhledávali zapsání o sobě, chtíce prokázati rod svůj, ale nenašlo se. Protož zbaveni jsou kněžství.
63 and the Tirshatha says to them that they do not eat of the most holy things until the standing up of a priest with [the] Lights and with [the] Perfections.
A zapověděl jim Tirsata, aby nejedli z věcí svatosvatých, dokudž by nestál kněz s urim a thumim.
64 All the assembly together [is] forty-two thousand three hundred sixty,
Všeho toho shromáždění pospolu čtyřidceti a dva tisíce, tři sta šedesáte,
65 apart from their servants and their handmaids; these [are] seven thousand three hundred thirty-seven: and of them [are] two hundred male and female singers.
Kromě služebníků jejich, a děvek jejich, jichž bylo sedm tisíc, tři sta třidceti sedm. A mezi nimi bylo zpěváků a zpěvakyní dvě stě.
66 Their horses [are] seven hundred thirty-six, their mules, two hundred forty-five,
Koní jejich sedm set třidceti šest, mezků jejich dvě stě čtyřidceti pět.
67 their camels, four hundred thirty-five, donkeys, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
Velbloudů jejich čtyři sta třidceti pět, oslů šest tisíc, sedm set a dvadceti.
68 And some of the heads of the fathers in their coming to the house of YHWH that [is] in Jerusalem, have offered willingly for the house of God, to establish it on its base;
Z knížat pak čeledí otcovských, někteří, když přišli k domu Hospodinovu, kterýž byl v Jeruzalémě, dobrovolně se oddavše, aby stavěli dům Boží na gruntech jeho,
69 according to their power they have given to the treasure of the work; of gold, sixty-one thousand drams, and of silver, five thousand pounds, and of priests’ coats, one hundred.
Vedlé možnosti své dali náklad k dílu: Zlata jeden a šedesáte tisíc drachem, stříbra pak pět tisíc liber, a sukní kněžských sto.
70 And the priests dwell, and the Levites, and of the people, and the singers, and the gatekeepers, and the Nethinim, in their cities; even all Israel in their cities.
A tak osadili se kněží i Levítové a někteří z lidu, i zpěváci i vrátní a Netinejští v městech svých, i všecken Izrael v městech svých.
