Ezekiel 41

1 And he brings me into the temple, and he measures the posts, six cubits the breadth on this side and six cubits the breadth on that side—the breadth of the tent.

Kemudian dibawanya aku ke dalam ruang besar Bait Suci dan ia mengukur tiang temboknya: yang sebelah sini enam hasta tebalnya dan yang sebelah sana enam hasta juga.

2 And the breadth of the opening [is] ten cubits; and the sides of the opening [are] five cubits on this side and five cubits on that side; and he measures its length—forty cubits, and the breadth—twenty cubits.

Lebar pintu itu adalah sepuluh hasta dan lebar dinding sampingnya adalah lima hasta sebelah sini dan lima hasta sebelah sana. Panjang ruang besar diukur juga: empat puluh hasta dan lebarnya dua puluh hasta.

3 And he has gone inward, and measures the post of the opening—two cubits, and the opening—six cubits, and the breadth of the opening—seven cubits.

Lalu ia sampai ke ruang dalam. Ia mengukur tiang temboknya: tebalnya dua hasta, dan lebar pintu sendiri: enam hasta dan lebar dinding sampingnya tujuh hasta sebelah sini dan tujuh hasta sebelah sana.

4 And he measures its length—twenty cubits, and the breadth—twenty cubits, to the front of the temple, and he says to me, “This [is] the Holy of Holies.”

Ia mengukur panjang ruang dalam itu: dua puluh hasta, dan lebarnya: dua puluh hasta sesuai dengan lebar ruang besar. Lalu ia berkata kepadaku: "Inilah tempat maha kudus."

5 And he measures the wall of the house—six cubits, and the breadth of the side-chamber—four cubits, all around the house.

Kemudian ia mengukur dinding Bait Suci itu: enam hasta tebalnya dan lebar kamar tambahan yang terdapat di sekeliling Bait Suci itu, empat hasta.

6 And the side-chambers [are] side-chamber by side-chamber, thirty-three times; and they are entering into the wall—which the house has for the side-chambers all around—to be taken hold of, and they are not taken hold of by the wall of the house.

Kamar-kamar tambahan itu ada tiga tingkat dan pada satu tingkat terdapat tiga puluh kamar. Pada sekeliling dinding Bait Suci ada ceruk-ceruk untuk mengokohkan kamar-kamar tambahan itu, sebab kamar-kamar ini tidak digabungkan pada dinding Bait Suci.

7 And it has become wider when one has turned even higher toward the side-chambers, for the encompassment of the house [is] even higher all around the house: therefore the breadth of the house [goes] upwards, and so the lower [story] goes up to the higher by the middle.

Dan kamar-kamar tambahan semakin lebih besar dari tingkat pertama sampai tingkat ketiga selaras dengan bertambah besarnya ceruk-ceruk pada tiap tingkat sekeliling Bait Suci itu; ada tangga menuju ke atas dan dengan demikian orang dapat naik dari tingkat bawah ke tingkat atas melalui tingkat tengah.

8 And I have looked at the height all around the house: the foundations of the side-chambers [are] the fullness of the reed, six cubits by the joining.

Aku melihat bahwa alas Bait Suci itu lebih tinggi dari sekelilingnya. Dasar kamar-kamar tambahan itu berukuran satu tongkat penuh, yaitu tingginya enam hasta.

9 The breadth of that wall, of the side-chamber, at the outside, [is] five cubits; and the space remaining of the side-chambers—that of the house,

Tebal dinding yang sebelah luar kamar tambahan adalah lima hasta; lebar bagian alas Bait Suci yang dibiarkan kosong adalah lima hasta. Di antara alas bangunan itu dan

10 and between the chambers—[is] a breadth of twenty cubits around the house, all around.

bilik-bilik ada jarak dua puluh hasta sekeliling bangunan itu.

11 And the opening of the side-chamber [is] to the remaining [space], one opening northward and one opening southward, and the breadth of the remaining space [is] five cubits all around.

Dan pintu-pintu kamar tambahan ke luar ke bagian yang kosong itu, satu pintu di sebelah utara dan satu pintu di sebelah selatan; dan lebar tempat yang kosong itu adalah lima hasta sekeliling.

12 As for the building that [is] at the front of the separate place [at] the corner westward, the breadth [is] seventy cubits, and the wall of the building [is] five cubits broad all around, and its length—ninety cubits.

Bangunan yang terdapat di lapangan tertutup yang di sebelah barat lebarnya tujuh puluh hasta, sedang dinding yang mengelilinginya tebalnya lima hasta dan panjangnya sembilan puluh hasta.

13 And he has measured the house, the length [is] one hundred cubits; and the separate place, and the building, and its walls, the length [is] one hundred cubits;

Lalu ia mengukur Bait Suci itu: seratus hasta panjangnya dan lapangan tertutup bersama bangunan dan dindingnya: seratus hasta juga;

14 and the breadth of the front of the house, and of the separate place eastward—one hundred cubits.

begitu juga lebarnya muka Bait Suci bersama lapangan tertutup sebelah timur: seratus hasta.

15 And he has measured the length of the building to the front of the separate place that [is] at its back part, and its galleries on this side and on that side—one hundred cubits. And the inner temple and the porches of the court,

Kemudian ia mengukur panjang bangunan yang terdapat di lapangan tertutup sebelah barat bersama serambi-serambinya di kedua belah: seratus hasta. Ruang besar, ruang dalam dan balai luar

16 the thresholds, and the narrow windows, and the galleries around the three of them, opposite the threshold, [were] paneled with wood all around—and the ground to the windows, and the windows were covered,

ditutupi dengan papan dan sekeliling ketiga ruang itu ada jendela-jendela yang berbidai dan serambi-serambi. Di hadapan ambang itu seluruh Bait Suci ditutupi dengan papan, mulai dari lantai sampai ke jendela-jendelanya--sedang jendela-jendela ini terlindung--

17 over above the opening, and to the inner-house, and at the outside, and by all the wall all around inside and outside [by] measurements.

sampai bagian atas pintu dan ruang dalam dan juga di luar. Dan di seluruh dinding bagian dalam dan bagian luar terukir

18 And it is made [with] cherubim and palm-trees, and a palm-tree [is] between cherub and cherub, and two faces [are] on the cherub;

gambar-gambar kerub dan pohon-pohon korma, di antara dua kerub sebatang pohon korma, dan masing-masing kerub itu mempunyai dua muka.

19 and the face of a man toward the palm-tree on this side and the face of a young lion toward the palm-tree on that side; it is made to all the house all around.

Dari sebelah yang satu muka manusia dan dari sebelah yang lain muka singa yang menghadap ke pohon korma itu dan begitulah dibuat di seluruh Bait Suci.

20 From the earth to above the opening the cherubim and the palm-trees [were] made, and [on] the wall of the temple.

Dari lantai sampai ke atas pintu terukir kerub-kerub dan pohon-pohon korma pada dinding.

21 The doorpost of the temple [is] square, and of the front of the sanctuary, the appearance [is] as that appearance.

Tiang-tiang pintu dari ruang besar adalah empat persegi. Dan di hadapan tempat maha kudus ada sesuatu yang kelihatan menyerupai

22 Of the altar, the wood [is] three cubits in height, and its length—two cubits; and its corners [are] to it, and its length, and its walls [are] of wood, and he speaks to me, “This [is] the table that [is] before YHWH.”

mezbah dari kayu, tingginya tiga hasta, panjangnya dua hasta dan lebarnya dua hasta; sudut-sudutnya serta alasnya dan dindingnya dari kayu. Ia berkata kepadaku: "Inilah meja yang ada di hadirat TUHAN."

23 And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors;

Ruang besar mempunyai dua daun pintu dan tempat maha kudus

24 and the doors had two panels, two turning panels: two on one door, and two panels on the other.

juga mempunyai dua daun pintu. Pada pintu-pintu itu ada dua daun pintu yang dapat berputar, dua daun pintu pada pintu yang satu dan dua daun pintu pada yang lain.

25 And made on them, on the doors of the temple, [are] cherubim and palm-trees as are made on the walls, and a thickness of wood [is] at the front of the porch on the outside.

Pada pintu-pintu ini juga, yaitu pintu-pintu ruang besar, terukir kerub-kerub dan pohon-pohon korma, seperti pada dinding-dinding. Di muka balai Bait Suci itu, yaitu di luar, ada tangga kayu.

26 And narrow windows and palm-trees [are] on this side and on that side, at the sides of the porch, and the side-chambers of the house, and the thick places.

Pada kedua dinding samping dari balai itu ada jendela-jendela yang berbidai dan ukiran pohon-pohon korma.
