Ezekiel 4
1 “And you, son of man, take a brick for yourself, and you have put it before you, and have carved a city on it—Jerusalem,
Y tú, hijo de hombre, toma un ladrillo, ponlo delante de ti y diseña la imagen de un pueblo, incluso Jerusalén.
2 and have placed a siege against it, and built a fortification against it, and poured out a mound against it, and placed camps against it, indeed, set battering-rams against it all around.
Rodéala de un ejército, construye una barda y una rampa también; y coloca carpas contra él, colocando arietes a su alrededor para derribar sus paredes.
3 And you, take an iron pan for yourself, and you have made it a wall of iron between you and the city; and you have prepared your face against it, and it has been in a siege, indeed, you have laid siege against it. It [is] a sign to the house of Israel.
Y toma una plancha de hierro plana, y pónla por una pared de hierro entre tú y el pueblo; y gira tu cara hacia ella, como si la atacaras. Esto será una señal para los hijos de Israel.
4 And you, lie on your left side, and you have placed the iniquity of the house of Israel on it; the number of the days that you lie on it, you bear their iniquity.
Luego, echándote sobre tu lado izquierdo, toma el pecado de los hijos de Israel sobre ti mismo, porque mientras estés extendido, el pecado de los hijos de Israel estará sobre ti.
5 And I have laid the years of their iniquity on you, the number of days, three hundred and ninety days; and you have borne the iniquity of the house of Israel.
Porque te he dado los años de su pecado, igual a los años de su iniquidad; trescientos noventa días. Llevarás sobre ti el pecado de los hijos de Israel.
6 And you have completed these, and have lain on your right side, a second time, and have borne the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days—a day for a year—a day for a year I have appointed to you.
Y cuando hayas cumplido estos días, gira hacia tu lado derecho, debes asumir el pecado de los hijos de Judá: cuarenta días, un día por un año, lo tengo arreglado para ti.
7 And to the siege of Jerusalem you prepare your face, and your arm [is] uncovered, and you have prophesied concerning it.
Y sea tu rostro hacia donde está sitiada Jerusalén, con tu brazo descubierto, y profetiza contra él.
8 And behold, I have put thick bands on you, and you do not turn from side to side until your completing the days of your siege.
Y mira, te atare con cuerdas; y te quedarás sin voltearte de un lado a otro hasta que finalicen los días de tu sitio.
9 And you, take for yourself wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and spelt, and you have put them in one vessel, and made them for bread for yourself; the number of the days that you are lying on your side—three hundred and ninety days—you eat it.
Y toma para ti trigo, cebada y diferentes tipos de grano, y ponlos en un recipiente y haz de ellos pan para ti; Todos los días que estarás acostado de lado izquierdo será tu comida.
10 And your food that you eat [is] by weight, twenty shekels daily; from time to time you eat it.
Y debes tomar tu comida por peso, un cuarto de kilo por día: debes tomarla a horas regulares.
11 And you drink water by measure, a sixth part of the hin; from time to time you drink [it].
Y debes tomar agua por medida, la sexta parte de un hin: debes tomarla a horas regulares.
12 And you eat it [as] barley-cake, and it with dung—the filth of man—you bake before their eyes.”
Y que tu comida se convierta en pasteles de cebada, cocinándolos, ante ellos, con estiércol humano.
13 And YHWH says, “Thus the sons of Israel eat their defiled bread among the nations to where I drive them.”
Y el Señor dijo: Así, los hijos de Israel tendrán pan inmundo para su alimento entre las naciones a donde yo los voy a desterrar.
14 And I say, “Aah! Lord YHWH, behold, my soul is not defiled, and carcass, and torn thing, I have not eaten from my youth, even until now; nor has abominable flesh come into my mouth.”
Entonces dije: ¡Ah, Señor! mira, mi alma nunca ha sido inmunda, y nunca he tomado como mi alimento nada que haya llegado a una muerte natural o haya sido destruido por bestias, desde que era joven hasta ahora; ninguna carne asquerosa ha entrado en mi boca.
15 And He says to me, “See, I have given to you bullock’s dung instead of man’s dung, and you have made your bread by it.”
Entonces él me dijo: Mira, te permito que uses él estiércol de vaca en lugar de los desechos del hombre, para cocer tu pan.
16 And He says to me, “Son of man, behold, I am breaking the staff of bread in Jerusalem, and they have eaten bread by weight and with fear; and water by measure and with astonishment, they drink;
Y él me dijo: Hijo de hombre, mira, quitaré de Jerusalén la provisión de pan: tomarán su pan por ración, tomando su agua con temor y aflicción.
17 so that they lack bread and water, and have been astonished with one another, and been consumed in their iniquity.”
Para que al escasear el pan y agua y se aterren unos a otros, destruyéndose en su pecado.
