Ezekiel 4
1 “And you, son of man, take a brick for yourself, and you have put it before you, and have carved a city on it—Jerusalem,
೧“ನರಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನೀನು ಒಂದು ಇಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ನಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಬರೆ.
2 and have placed a siege against it, and built a fortification against it, and poured out a mound against it, and placed camps against it, indeed, set battering-rams against it all around.
೨ಆ ನಕ್ಷೆಯ ಸುತ್ತಲು ದಿಬ್ಬಹಾಕಿ, ಅಡ್ಡಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಪಾಳೆಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ, ಕತ್ತರಿಸುವ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕು.
3 And you, take an iron pan for yourself, and you have made it a wall of iron between you and the city; and you have prepared your face against it, and it has been in a siege, indeed, you have laid siege against it. It [is] a sign to the house of Israel.
೩ಆಮೇಲೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಹಂಚನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ನಿನಗೂ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೂ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಡು; ಅದು ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಡುವುದು, ನೀನು ಅದನ್ನು ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದಂತಾಗುವುದು. ಇದು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ವಂಶದವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಗುರುತು.
4 And you, lie on your left side, and you have placed the iniquity of the house of Israel on it; the number of the days that you lie on it, you bear their iniquity.
೪“ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಎಡಮಗ್ಗುಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿಕೋ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ವಂಶದವರ ಪಾಪದ ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲಿಡಬೇಕು. ನೀನು ಎಡಮಗ್ಗುಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗುವ ದಿನಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರ ಪಾಪದ ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು.
5 And I have laid the years of their iniquity on you, the number of days, three hundred and ninety days; and you have borne the iniquity of the house of Israel.
೫ನಾನು ದಿನಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರ ಪಾಪದ ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅವು ಮುನ್ನೂರತೊಂಬತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ವಂಶದವರ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಹೊರಬೇಕು.
6 And you have completed these, and have lain on your right side, a second time, and have borne the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days—a day for a year—a day for a year I have appointed to you.
೬“ಅಷ್ಟು ದಿನಗಳು ತೀರಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಲಮಗ್ಗುಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಯೆಹೂದ ವಂಶದವರ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಬೇಕು; ವರ್ಷ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಲ್ವತ್ತು ದಿನ ಅವರ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಹೊರಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತುಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
7 And to the siege of Jerusalem you prepare your face, and your arm [is] uncovered, and you have prophesied concerning it.
೭ನಿನ್ನ ತೋಳಿಗೆ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆಯಾದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಅಶುಭವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸು.
8 And behold, I have put thick bands on you, and you do not turn from side to side until your completing the days of your siege.
೮ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆಯ ದಿನಗಳು ತೀರುವ ತನಕ ನೀನು ಬಲಮಗ್ಗುಲಿಂದ ಎಡಮಗ್ಗುಲಿಗೆ ಹೊರಳದಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವೆನು.
9 And you, take for yourself wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and spelt, and you have put them in one vessel, and made them for bread for yourself; the number of the days that you are lying on your side—three hundred and ninety days—you eat it.
೯“ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀನು ಗೋದಿ, ಜವೆಗೋದಿ, ಅವರೆ, ಅಲಸಂದಿ, ನವಣೆ, ಕಡಲೆ, ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಒಂದೇ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೋ; ಮಗ್ಗುಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಷ್ಟು ದಿನ, ಅಂದರೆ ಮುನ್ನೂರತೊಂಬತ್ತು ದಿನ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನು.
10 And your food that you eat [is] by weight, twenty shekels daily; from time to time you eat it.
೧೦ನಿನ್ನ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ತೂಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದಿನವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ತೊಲಾದಂತೆ (230 ಗ್ರಾಂ) ತಿನ್ನು; ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು.
11 And you drink water by measure, a sixth part of the hin; from time to time you drink [it].
೧೧ನೀರನ್ನು ಅಳತೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದಿನವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಟ್ಟಲಂತೆ ಕುಡಿ; ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಕು.
12 And you eat it [as] barley-cake, and it with dung—the filth of man—you bake before their eyes.”
೧೨ನೀನು ಸೌದೆಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮಲವನ್ನು ಉರಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರ ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರಿಗೆ ಆ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಮಾಡಿ ಜವೆಗೋದಿಯ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗಳಂತೆ ತಿನ್ನು.
13 And YHWH says, “Thus the sons of Israel eat their defiled bread among the nations to where I drive them.”
೧೩ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ವಂಶದವರು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಅನ್ಯದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಆ ದೇಶೀಯರ ನಡುವೆ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊಲಸಾಗಿ ತಿನ್ನುವರು” ಇದು ಯೆಹೋವನ ನುಡಿ.
14 And I say, “Aah! Lord YHWH, behold, my soul is not defiled, and carcass, and torn thing, I have not eaten from my youth, even until now; nor has abominable flesh come into my mouth.”
೧೪ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು, “ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಾನು ಹೊಲಸನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿದವನಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಸತ್ತ ಪಶುವಿನ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಕಾಡುಮೃಗವು ಕೊಂದ ಪಶುವಿನ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ತಿಂದವನೇ ಅಲ್ಲ; ಯಾವ ಅಸಹ್ಯಪದಾರ್ಥವೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯೊಳಗೆ ಸೇರಲಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡಲು,
15 And He says to me, “See, I have given to you bullock’s dung instead of man’s dung, and you have made your bread by it.”
೧೫ಆತನು ನನಗೆ, “ನೋಡು, ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ದನಗಳ ಸಗಣಿಯನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತುಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಇದನ್ನು ಉರಿಸಿ ನಿನ್ನ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟುಕೋ” ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
16 And He says to me, “Son of man, behold, I am breaking the staff of bread in Jerusalem, and they have eaten bread by weight and with fear; and water by measure and with astonishment, they drink;
೧೬ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನು ನನಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು, “ನರಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನಾನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹಾರ ಸರಬರಾಜನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಬಿಡುವೆನು. ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ಅನ್ನವನ್ನು ತೂಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕಳವಳದಿಂದ ತಿನ್ನುವರು, ನೀರನ್ನು ಅಳತೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಡುಗುತ್ತಾ ಕುಡಿಯುವರು.
17 so that they lack bread and water, and have been astonished with one another, and been consumed in their iniquity.”
೧೭ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಅನ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಕುಗ್ಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧರ್ಮದಿಂದ ನಾಶವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವರು.”
