Ezekiel 39
1 “And you, son of man, prophesy concerning Gog, and you have said, Thus said Lord YHWH: Behold, I [am] against you, O Gog, Chief prince of [[or prince of Rosh, ]] Meshech and Tubal,
Tu pois, ó filho do homem, profetiza ainda contra Gog, e dize: Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Eis que eu estou contra ti, ó Gog, príncipe e chefe de Mesech e de Tubal.
2 And have turned you back, and enticed you, And caused you to come up from the sides of the north, And brought you in against mountains of Israel,
E te farei voltar, e te porei seis anzois, e te farei subir das bandas do norte, e te trarei aos montes de Israel.
3 And have struck your bow out of your left hand, Indeed, I cause your arrows to fall out of your right.
E tirarei o teu arco da tua mão esquerda, e farei cair as tuas flechas da tua mão direita.
4 You fall on mountains of Israel, You, and all your bands, and the peoples who [are] with you, To ravenous bird—a bird of every wing, And [to] a beast of the field, I have given you for food.
Nos montes de Israel cairás, tu e todas as tuas tropas, e os povos que estão contigo; e às aves de rapina, e às aves de toda a aza, e aos animais do campo, te dei por pasto.
5 You fall on the face of the field, for I have spoken, A declaration of Lord YHWH.
Sobre a face do campo cairás, porque eu o falei, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
6 And I have sent a fire against Magog, And against the confident inhabitants of the islands, And they have known that I [am] YHWH.
E enviarei um fogo a MaGog, e entre os que habitam seguros nas ilhas; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor.
7 And I make My holy Name known in the midst of My people Israel, And I do not defile My holy Name anymore, And the nations have known that I, YHWH, the Holy One, [am] in Israel.
E farei conhecido o meu santo nome no meio do meu povo Israel, e nunca mais deixarei profanar o meu santo nome; e as nações saberão que eu sou o Senhor, o Santo em Israel.
8 Behold, it has come, and it has been done, A declaration of Lord YHWH, It [is] the day of which I spoke.
Eis que é vindo, e será feito, diz o Senhor Jehovah: este é o dia de que tenho falado.
9 And those dwelling [in the] cities of Israel have gone out, And they have burned and kindled [a fire], With armor, and shield, and buckler, With bow, and with arrows, And with hand weapon, and with javelin, And they have caused a fire to burn seven years with them,
E os habitantes das cidades de Israel sairão, e acenderão fogo, e queimarão as armas, e os escudos e as rodelas, com os arcos, e com as flechas, e com os bastões de mão, e com as lanças; e acenderão fogo com elas por sete anos.
10 And they do not take wood out of the field, Nor do they hew out of the forests, For they cause the fire to burn with armor, And they have spoiled their spoilers, And they have plundered their plunderers, A declaration of Lord YHWH.
E não trarão lenha do campo, nem a cortarão dos bosques, mas com as armas acenderão fogo; e roubarão aos que os roubaram, e despojarão aos que os despojaram, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
11 And it has come to pass in that day, I give a place to Gog there—a grave in Israel, the valley of those passing by, east of the sea, and it is stopping those passing by, and they have buried there Gog, and all his multitude, and have cried, O valley of the multitude of Gog!
E sucederá que, naquele dia, darei ali a Gog um lugar de sepultura em Israel, o vale dos que passam ao oriente do mar; e este tapará os narizes aos que passarem; e ali sepultarão a Gog, e a toda a sua multidão, e lhe chamarão o vale da multidão de Gog.
12 And the house of Israel has buried them—in order to cleanse the land—seven months.
E a casa de Israel os enterrará por sete meses, para purificar a terra.
13 Indeed, all the people of the land have buried them, and it has been to them for a name—the day of My being honored—a declaration of Lord YHWH.
Pois todo o povo da terra os enterrará, e lhes será de nomeada o dia em que eu for glorificado, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
14 And they separate men for continual employment, with those passing through, passing on through the land, burying those who are left on the face of the earth, to cleanse it. At the end of seven months they search.
E separarão uns homens que incessantemente passarão pela terra, para que eles, juntamente com os que passam, sepultem os que tiverem ficado sobre a face da terra, para a purificarem: ao cabo de sete meses farão esta busca.
15 And those passing by have passed through the land, and seen a bone of man, and one has constructed a sign near it until those burying have buried it in the valley of the multitude of Gog.
E os que passam pela terra passarão, e, vendo algum o osso de um homem, lhe levantará ao pé um sinal, até que os enterradores o houverem enterrado no vale da multidão de Gog.
16 And also the name of the city [is] The Multitude; and they have cleansed the land.
E também o nome da cidade será Hamona: assim purificarão a terra.
17 And you, son of man, thus said Lord YHWH: Say to the bird—every wing, and to every beast of the field: Be assembled and come in, Be gathered from all around, For My sacrifice that I am sacrificing for you, A great sacrifice on mountains of Israel, And you have eaten flesh, and drunk blood.
Tu, pois, ó filho do homem, assim diz o Senhor Jehovah, dize às aves de toda a aza, e a todos os animais do campo: ajuntai-vos e vinde, congregai-vos de ao redor para o meu sacrifício, que eu sacrifiquei por vós, um sacrifício grande, nos montes de Israel, e comei carne e bebei sangue.
18 You eat [the] flesh of [the] mighty, And you drink [the] blood of [the] princes of the earth, Of rams, of lambs, and of male goats, Of calves, fatlings of Bashan—all of them.
Comereis a carne dos príncipes da terra; dos carneiros, dos cordeiros, e dos bodes, e dos bezerros, todos cevados de Basan.
19 And you have eaten fat to satiety, And you have drunk blood—to drunkenness, Of My sacrifice that I sacrificed for you.
E comereis a gordura até vos fartardes, e bebereis o sangue até vos embebedardes, do meu sacrifício, que sacrifiquei por vós.
20 And you have been satisfied at My table with horse and rider, Mighty man, and every man of war, A declaration of Lord YHWH.
E vos fartareis à minha mesa, de cavalos, e de carros, de valentes, e de todos os homens de guerra, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
21 And I have given My glory among nations, And all the nations have seen My judgment that I have done, And My hand that I have laid on them.
E eu porei a minha glória entre as nações, e todas as nações verão o meu juízo, que eu tiver executado, e a minha mão, que sobre elas tiver carregado.
22 And the house of Israel has known that I [am] their God YHWH, From that day and from now on.
E saberão os da casa de Israel que eu sou o Senhor seu Deus, desde aquele dia em diante.
23 And the nations have known That the house of Israel was removed for their iniquity, Because they have trespassed against Me, And I hide My face from them, And give them into the hand of their adversaries, And they fall by sword—all of them.
E as nações saberão que os da casa de Israel, por causa da sua iniquidade, foram levados em cativeiro, porque se rebelaram contra mim, e eu escondi deles a minha face, e os entreguei nas mãos de seus adversários, e todos cairam à espada.
24 According to their uncleanness, And according to their transgressions, I have done with them, And I hide My face from them.
Conforme a sua imundícia e conforme as suas prevaricações usei com eles, e escondi deles a minha face.
25 Therefore, thus said Lord YHWH: Now I bring back the captivity of Jacob, And I have pitied all the house of Israel, And have been zealous for My holy Name.
Portanto assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Agora tornarei a trazer os cativos de Jacob, e me compadecerei de toda a casa de Israel; zelarei pelo meu santo nome;
26 And they have forgotten their shame, And all their trespass that they trespassed against Me, In their dwelling on their land confidently and none troubling.
Quando houverem levado sobre si a sua vergonha, e toda a sua rebeldia, com que se rebelaram contra mim, habitando eles seguros na sua terra, sem haver quem os espantasse.
27 In My bringing them back from the peoples, I have assembled them from the lands of their enemies, And I have been sanctified in them before the eyes of the many nations,
Quando eu os tornar a trazer de entre os povos, e os houver ajuntado das terras de seus inimigos, e eu for santificado neles aos olhos de muitas nações,
28 And they have known that I [am] their God YHWH, In My removing them to the nations, And I have gathered them to their land, And I leave none of them there anymore.
Então saberão que eu sou o Senhor seu Deus, vendo que eu os fiz levar em cativeiro entre as nações, e os tornei a ajuntar para a sua terra, e nenhum deles deixei lá mais
29 And I do not hide My face from them anymore, In that I have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel, A declaration of Lord YHWH!”
Nem esconderei mais a minha face deles, quando eu houver derramado o meu espírito sobre a casa de Israel, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
