Ezekiel 34
1 And there is a word of YHWH to me, saying,
BAWIPA e lawk kai koe a pha teh,
2 “Son of man, prophesy concerning shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and you have said to them, Thus said Lord YHWH to the shepherds: Woe [to] the shepherds of Israel, Who have been feeding themselves! Do the shepherds not feed the flock?
tami capa Isarel tukhoumnaw taranlahoi pâpho haw. Pâpho nateh, ahnimouh tukhoumnaw koe hettelah Bawipa Jehovah ni a dei, Isarel tukhoumnaw, mahoima dueng kâkawknaw teh lungmathoe hanlah a o, tukhoumnaw ni tu hah a kawk awh mahoeh na maw.
3 You eat the fat, and you put on the wool, You slaughter the fed one, You do not feed the flock.
Nangmouh ni a thaw hah na ca awh teh, a muen hah na kâkhu awh. Kathâw kathâw e na thei awh, hatei, tunaw teh na kawk awh hoeh toe.
4 You have not strengthened the weak, And you have not healed the sick one, And you have not bound up the broken, And have not brought back the driven away, And you have not sought the lost, And you have ruled them with might and with rigor.
A thayoun e tha na poe awh hoeh, kapatawnaw na dam sak awh hoeh, a khok kâkhoenaw na kawm pouh awh hoeh. Pâlei e naw bout na bankhai awh hoeh. Kahmat e hai na tawng awh hoeh. Thama thama lahoi lawkkahram lah na hram sin awh.
5 And they are scattered from want of a shepherd, And are for food to every beast of the field, Indeed, they are scattered.
Kakhoumkung ao hoeh dawkvah, tunaw teh a kâkayei awh. A kâkayei toteh, sarangnaw e rawca lah ao awh.
6 My flock goes astray on all the mountains, And on every high hill, And My flock has been scattered on [the] whole face of the earth, And there is none inquiring, and none seeking.
Kaie tunaw teh mon tangkuem koe a kâva awh, kaie tu hah talai pueng koe a kâkayei teh khopouk pouh kung hoi katawngkung awm hoeh, telah dei haw telah a ti.
7 Therefore, shepherds, hear a word of YHWH:
Hatdawkvah, tukhoumnaw BAWIPA e lawk thai awh haw.
8 [As] I live—a declaration of Lord YHWH, If not, because of My flock being for a prey, Indeed, My flock is for food to every beast of the field, Because there is no shepherd, And My shepherds have not sought My flock, And the shepherds feed themselves, And they have not fed My flock.
Kai ka hring e patetlah Bawipa Jehovah ni a dei. Tukhoumnaw awm hoeh. Tukhoumnaw ni kaie tunaw hah a tawng awh hoeh dawkvah, kaie tunaw kahrawng e sarangnaw e rawca lah ao awh teh, kaie tunaw hah sarang ni kei hanelah ao awh. Tukhoumnaw ni amahoima a kâkawk awh teh, kaie tuhu hah kawkhik awh hoeh.
9 Therefore, O shepherds, hear a word of YHWH!
Hatdawkvah, nangmouh tukhoumnaw BAWIPA e lawk thai awh haw.
10 Thus said Lord YHWH: Behold, I [am] against the shepherds, And have required My flock from their hand, And caused them to cease from feeding the flock, And the shepherds feed themselves no more, And I have delivered My flock from their mouth, And they are not for food to them.
Hettelah Bawipa Jehovah ni a dei. Khenhaw! tukhoumnaw ka taran, a kut thung e tunaw hah ka lawp vaiteh kaie tukhoumnae koehoi kâhat sak han. 11 For thus said Lord YHWH: Behold, I—even I, have required My flock, And I have sought it out.
Bangkongtetpawiteh, Bawipa Jehovah ni hettelah a dei. Khenhaw! kai kama roeroe ni ka tunaw hah ka tawng vaiteh ka hmu han.
12 As a shepherd’s searching of his drove, In the day of his being in the midst of his scattered flock, so I seek My flock, And have delivered them out of all places, To where they have been scattered, In a day of cloud and thick darkness.
Tukhoumkung ni tuhu kâkayei e tunaw a tawng e patetlah ka tunaw hah ka tawng han, tâmai hoi hmonae hmuen koe pueng hai ka tawng han.
13 And I have brought them out from the peoples, And have gathered them from the lands, And brought them to their own ground, And have fed them on mountains of Israel, By streams, and by all dwellings of the land.
Ram tangkuem koehoi ka la vaiteh ka pâkhueng han, amamae ram roeroe dawk ka ceikhai han. Isarel ram thung hoi tanghling, khosaknae hmuen pueng koevah ka kawk han.
14 I feed them with good pasture, And their habitation is on mountains of the high place of Israel, There they lie down in a good habitation, And they enjoy fat pastures on mountains of Israel.
Ramhringnae koe ka pâ sak vaiteh, a im hah Isarel mon rasangnae koe ao han, kahawi e takha dawkvah a tabo awh vaiteh, Isarel mon dawk hrâmnaw a onae koe a pâ awh han.
15 I feed My flock, and cause them to lie down, A declaration of Lord YHWH.
Kai kama roeroe ni ka tunaw hah ka kawkhik han, karoumcalah ka tabo sak han, telah Bawipa Jehovah ni a ti.
16 I seek the lost, and bring back the driven away, And I bind up the broken, and I strengthen the sick, And I destroy the fat and the strong, I feed it with judgment.
Kahmat e ka tawng vaiteh, pâlei e bout ka bankhai han. A khok kâkhoe hah ka kawm pouh vaiteh, a patawnae hah kahawi sak han. Hateiteh, kathâw e hoi a thasai e hah ka thei vaiteh, lawkcengnae koe ka pha sak han, telah BAWIPA ni a ti.
17 And you, My flock, thus said Lord YHWH: Behold, I am judging between sheep and sheep, Between rams and male goats.
Bawipa Jehovah ni a dei e teh, Oe! ka tunaw, saring alouklouknaw thoseh, tutannaw hoi hmaetannaw thoseh, kai ni ka kapek han.
18 Is it a little thing for you—[that] you enjoy the good pasture, And tread down the remnant of your pasture with your feet, And drink a depth of waters, And trample the remainder with your feet,
Nangmouh teh kahawie hram kanaw e hmuen koe na ca awh e dueng laipalah, kacawie tui hah na khok hoi na pânut sak hane teh, kathoengcae hno doeh, telah na pouk awh na maw.
19 And My flock consumes the trodden thing of your feet, And drinks the trampled thing of your feet?
Nangmouh ni na coungroe e phokungnaw thoseh, na khok hoi na pânut sak e tui hai thoseh, kaie tunaw ni a canei awh han na maw.
20 Therefore, thus said Lord YHWH to them: Behold, I—even I, have judged between fat sheep and lean sheep.
Hatdawkvah, Bawipa Jehovah ni ahnimouh koe hettelah a dei, kathâw e saringnaw hoi kamsoe e saringnaw hah kai ni lawkceng han.
21 Because you thrust away with side and with shoulder, And push all the diseased with your horns, Until you have scattered them to the out-place,
Nangmouh ni a thakayoune tunaw hah hmuen tangkuem koe kâkayei sak hanelah na loung hoi na en awh teh, na ki hoi na deng awh.
22 Therefore I have given safety to My flock, And they are not for prey anymore, And I have judged between sheep and sheep.
Hatdawkvah, ka tunaw ka rungngang vaiteh, ahnimouh teh sarang ni a kei rumram e lah awm mahoeh toe. Tunaw e a rahak vah lawk ka ceng han.
23 And have raised up one shepherd over them, And he has fed them—My servant David, He feeds them, and he is their shepherd,
Tukhoumkung buet touh ka rawi pouh vaiteh, ahni ni a kawk han. Kaie ka san Devit ni ahnimouh a kawk vaiteh, ama teh kakhoumkung lah ao vaiteh a kawkhik han.
24 And I, YHWH, I am their God, And My servant David [is] prince in their midst, I, YHWH, have spoken.
Kai BAWIPA teh ahnimae Cathut lah ka o vaiteh, ka thaw katawkkung Devit teh ahnimae lathueng kahrawikung lah ao han, kai BAWIPA roeroe ni yo ka dei toe.
25 And I have made a covenant of peace with them, And caused evil beasts to cease out of the land, And they have dwelt confidently in a wilderness, And they have slept in forests.
Hahoi, ahnimouh hoi roumnae lawkkamnae hah ka sak vaiteh, sarang kathout hah ram thung hoi ka baw sak han, kahrawngum vah karoumcalah kho a sak vaiteh, ratu thungvah karoumcalah a i awh han.
26 And I have given them, and the outskirts of My hill, a blessing, And caused the shower to come down in its season, They are showers of blessing.
Ahnimouh thoseh kaie mon petkâkalup lah kaawm e hai thoseh, yawhawi ka poe vaiteh, amae atueng dawk kho ka rak sak vaiteh, yawhawinae khotui a rak han.
27 And the tree of the field has given its fruit, And the land gives her increase, And they have been confident on their land, And they have known that I [am] YHWH, In My breaking the bands of their yoke, And I have delivered them from the hand of those laying service on them.
Ram thung e thingnaw ni a pawra han, talai ni hai apaw a tâco sak han, khocanaw ni karoumcalah ao awh han, ahnimouh ni a phu awh e kahnam rui ka a pouh vaiteh, thama thama lah ka rek e ahnimae kut dawk hoi ka tâco sak toteh, kai teh BAWIPA lah ka o tie a panue awh han.
28 And they are no longer a prey to nations, And the beast of the earth does not devour them, And they have dwelt confidently, And there is none troubling.
Jentelnaw ni bout lawm awh mahoeh toe, ram dawk e sarang ni hai kei awh mahoeh toe. Apihai takinae poe mahoeh toe, ahnimouh teh karoumcalah ao awh han toe.
29 And I have raised a plantation of renown for them, And they are no longer consumed by hunger in the land, And they no longer bear the shame of the nations.
A min kamthang e takha hai ahnimouh hanelah kai ni ka sak pouh han, a ram dawk takangnae, kahai lah onae bout awm mahoeh toe. Jentelnaw e dudamnae khang awh mahoeh toe.
30 And they have known that I, YHWH, their God, [am] with them, And they—the house of Israel—My people, A declaration of Lord YHWH.
Ahnimae Bawipa Jehovah teh ahnimouh hoi rei o e thoseh, Isarel imthungnaw hai ka tami lah ao e hai thoseh, a panue awh han telah Bawipa Jehovah ni a dei.
31 And you, My flock, the flock of My pasture, You [are] men [and] I [am] your God, A declaration of Lord YHWH!”
Nangmouh ka tuhu hoi saring pânae hmuen dawk e ka tuhu hah ka tami na o awh. Kai hai nangmae Cathut ka ka o, telah Bawipa Jehovah ni a dei telah a ti.
