Ezekiel 27
1 And there is a word of YHWH to me, saying,
Cuvântul DOMNULUI a venit din nou la mine, spunând:
2 “And you, son of man, lift up a lamentation concerning Tyre, and you have said to Tyre:
Și tu, fiu al omului, înalță o plângere pentru Tir;
3 O dweller on the entrances of the sea, Merchant of the peoples to many islands, Thus said Lord YHWH: O Tyre, you have said, I [am] the perfection of beauty.
Și spune Tirului: Tu, cel care ești situat la intrarea mării, [care ești] un comerciant pentru popoarele din multe insule: Astfel spune Domnul DUMNEZEU: Tirule, tu ai spus: Eu [sunt] de o frumusețe desăvârșită.
4 Your borders [are] in the heart of the seas, Your builders have perfected your beauty.
Granițele tale [sunt] în mijlocul mărilor, constructorii tăi ți-au desăvârșit frumusețea.
5 They have built of firs from Senir all your double-boarded ships for you, They have taken of cedars from Lebanon to make a mast for you,
Ei ți-au făcut toate scândurile [pentru corăbii] din brazi de Senir; au luat cedri din Liban pentru a face catarge pentru tine.
6 They made your oars of oaks from Bashan, They have made your bench of ivory, A branch of Ashurim from islands of Chittim.
[Din] stejarii Basanului ți-au făcut vâslele; ceata de așuriți ți-au făcut băncile [din] fildeș, [adus] din insulele Chitimului.
7 Your sail has been of fine linen with embroidery from Egypt, To be for your ensign, Your covering has been of blue and purple from islands of Elishah.
In subțire, cu lucrare brodată din Egipt, era ceea ce tu întindeai pentru a fi pânza ta; albastru și purpură din insulele Elișei era ceea ce te acoperea.
8 Inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad have been rowers for you, Your wise men, O Tyre, have been in you, They [are] your pilots.
Locuitorii Sidonului și ai Arvadului erau marinarii tăi; înțelepții tăi Tirule, [care] erau în tine, erau cârmacii tăi.
9 The elderly of Gebal and its wise men have been in you, Strengthening your breach; All ships of the sea and their mariners, Have been in you, to trade your merchandise.
Bătrânii Ghebalului și [bărbații] lui înțelepți erau în tine reparându-ți [spărturile] tale; toate corăbiile mării cu marinarii lor erau în tine pentru a face schimb cu marfa ta.
10 Persia and Lud and Phut Have been in your forces—your men of war. They hung up shield and helmet in you, They have given out your honor.
Cei din Persia și din Lud și din Put erau în armata ta, bărbații tăi de război; ei își atârnau scutul și coiful în tine; ei îți dădeau frumusețea.
11 The sons of Arvad, and your force, [Are] on your walls all around, And short swordsmen have been in your towers, They have hung up their shields on your walls all around, They have perfected your beauty.
Bărbații Arvadului cu armata ta [erau] pe zidurile tale de jur împrejur și gamadimii erau în turnurile tale; ei își atârnau scuturile pe zidurile tale de jur împrejur; ei îți desăvârșeau frumusețea.
12 Tarshish [is] your merchant, Because of the abundance of all wealth, They have given silver, iron, tin, and lead [for] your wares.
Tarsisul [era] comerciantul tău din cauza mulțimii tuturor [felurilor de] bogății; ei au făcut comerț în târgurile tale cu argint, fier, cositor și plumb.
13 Javan, Tubal, and Meshech—they [are] your merchants, They have given [the] soul of man, and vessels of bronze, [for] your merchandise.
Iavanul, Tubalul și Meșecul, ei [erau] comercianții tăi: ei făceau comerț cu sufletele oamenilor și vase de aramă în piața ta.
14 Those of the house of Togarmah, They have given horses, and riding steeds, and mules [for] your wares.
Cei din casa Togarmei făceau comerț în târgurile tale cu cai și călăreți și catâri.
15 Sons of Dedan [are] your merchants, Many islands [are] the market of your hand, They sent back horns of ivory and ebony [for] your reward.
Bărbații Dedanului [erau] comercianții tăi; multe insule [erau] marfa mâinii tale; ei îți aduceau colți de fildeș și abanos [ca] dar.
16 Aram [is] your merchant, Because of the abundance of your works, They have given emerald, purple, and embroidery, And fine linen, and coral, and agate for your wares.
Siria [era] comerciantul tău datorită mulțimii mărfurilor tale; ei făceau schimb în târgurile tale cu smaralde, purpură și lucrare brodată și in subțire și corali și agate.
17 Judah and the land of Israel—they [are] your merchants, They have given wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, And honey, and oil, and balm [for] your merchandise.
Iuda și țara lui Israel [erau] comercianții tăi; ei făceau comerț în piața ta [cu] grâu de Minit și Panag și miere și untdelemn și balsam.
18 Damascus [is] your merchant, For the abundance of your works, Because of the abundance of all wealth, For wine of Helbon, and white wool.
Damascul [era] comerciantul tău datorită mulțimii mărfurilor tale, datorită mulțimii tuturor bogățiilor; în vin din Helbon și lână albă.
19 Dan and Javan go about with your wares, They have given shining iron, cassia, and cane, It has been in your merchandise.
Dan de asemenea și Iavanul mergând încoace și încolo făceau schimb în târgurile tale; fier strălucitor, casie și trestie [mirositoare] erau în piața ta.
20 Dedan [is] your merchant, For clothes of freedom for riding.
Dedanul [era] comerciantul tău în învelitori prețioase pentru care.
21 Arabia, and all princes of Kedar, They [are] the traders of your hand, For lambs, and rams, and male goats, In these your merchants.
Arabia și toți prinții Chedarului făceau schimb cu tine cu miei și berbeci și capre; cu acestea [erau] comercianții tăi.
22 Merchants of Sheba and Raamah—they [are] your merchants, They have given the chief of all spices, And every precious stone, and gold [for] your wares.
Comercianții din Seba și din Raama [erau] comercianții tăi; ei făceau schimb în târgurile tale cu cele mai alese dintre toate mirodeniile și cu toate pietrele prețioase și aur.
23 Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, merchants of Sheba, Asshur—Chilmad—[are] your merchants,
Haranul și Canehul și Edenul, comercianții Sebei, ai Așurului [și] ai Chilmadului [erau] comercianții tăi.
24 They [are] your merchants for perfect things, For wrappings of blue, and embroidery, And for treasuries of rich apparel, With cords bound and girded, for your merchandise,
Aceștia [erau] comercianți cu toate felurile [de lucruri], cu veșminte albastre și lucrare brodată și cu lăzi cu haine bogate, legate cu funii și făcute din cedru, printre mărfurile tale.
25 Ships of Tarshish are journeying [with] your merchandise for you, And you are filled and honored greatly, In the heart of the seas.
Corăbiile Tarsisului cântau despre tine în piața ta; și erai umplut și ai ajuns foarte glorios în mijlocul mărilor.
26 Those rowing you have brought you into great waters, The east wind has broken you in the heart of the seas.
Vâslașii tăi te-au adus în ape mari; vântul de est te-a frânt în mijlocul mărilor.
27 Your wealth and your wares, Your merchandise, your mariners, And your pilots, strengtheners of your breach, And the traders of your merchandise, And all your men of war, who [are] in you, And in all your assembly that [is] in your midst, Fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your fall,
Bogățiile tale și târgurile tale, mărfurile tale, marinarii tăi și cârmacii tăi, reparatorii [spărturilor] tale și cei care făceau schimb cu mărfurile tale și toți bărbații tăi de război, care [sunt] în tine și în toată ceata ta, din mijlocul tău, vor cădea în mijlocul mărilor în ziua ruinării tale.
28 At the voice of the cry of your pilots the outskirts shake.
Împrejurimile se vor zgudui la sunetul strigătului cârmacilor tăi.
29 And all handling an oar come down from their ships, Mariners [and] all the pilots of the sea stand on the land,
Și toți cei ce mânuiesc vâsla, marinarii [și] toți cârmacii mării vor coborî din corăbiile lor [și] vor sta în picioare pe uscat;
30 And have sounded with their voice for you, And cry bitterly, and cause dust to go up on their heads, They roll themselves in ashes;
Și vor face ca vocea lor să fie auzită împotriva ta și vor striga cu amărăciune și își vor arunca țărână pe capete, se vor tăvăli în cenușă;
31 And they have made themselves bald for you, And they have girded on sackcloth, And they have wept for you, In bitterness of soul—a bitter mourning.
Și se vor cheli în întregime pentru tine și se vor încinge cu pânză de sac și vor plânge pentru tine cu amărăciune a inimii [și] bocet amar.
32 And their sons have lifted up a lamentation for you, And they have lamented over you, Who [is] as Tyre? As the cut-off one in the midst of the sea?
Și în bocetul lor vor înălța o plângere pentru tine și te vor plânge, [spunând]: Care [cetate este] ca Tirul, ca acea distrusă în mijlocul mării?
33 With the outgoing of your wares from the seas, You have filled many peoples, With the abundance of your riches, and your merchandise, You have enriched [the] kings of earth.
Când mărfurile tale treceau mările, tu săturai multe popoare; tu ai îmbogățit pe împărații pământului cu abundența bogățiilor tale și a mărfurilor tale.
34 At the time of [your] being broken by the seas in the depths of the waters, Your merchandise and all your assembly have fallen in your midst.
În timpul [când] vei fi frânt de mări în adâncurile apelor, mărfurile tale și toată ceata ta din mijlocul tău, vor cădea.
35 All inhabitants of the islands have been astonished at you, And their kings have been severely afraid, They have been troubled in countenance.
Toți locuitorii insulelor vor fi înmărmuriți din [cauza] ta și împărații lor vor fi foarte înspăimântați, vor fi tulburați în înfățișarea [lor].
36 Merchants among the peoples have shrieked for you, You have been terrors, and you are not—for all time!”
Comercianții dintre popoare te vor șuiera; vei fi o teroare și nu [vei] mai [fi].
