Ezekiel 26
1 And it comes to pass, in the eleventh year, on the first of the month, there has been a word of YHWH to me, saying, “Son of man,
১বাবিলে আমাদের বন্দিত্বের সময়ে সেই একাদশ বছরে, মাসের প্রথম দিনের, সদাপ্রভুর এই বাক্য আমার কাছে এল এবং বলল,
2 Because that Tyre has said of Jerusalem: Aha, she has been broken, The doors of the peoples, She has turned around to me, I am filled—she has been laid waste,
২“মানুষের সন্তান, যিরূশালেমের বিষয়ে সোর বলেছে, ‘হায়! লোকদের দরজা ভেঙে গেল! সে আমার দিকে ফিরেছে; আমি পূর্ণা হব, যেমন সে উচ্ছিন্ন হয়েছে!’
3 Therefore, thus said Lord YHWH: Behold, I [am] against you, O Tyre, And have caused many nations to come up against you, As the sea causes its billows to come up.
৩এই জন্য প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, ‘হে সোর, দেখ, আমি তোমার বিরুদ্ধে এবং সমুদ্র যেমন তরঙ্গ ওঠায়, তেমনি তোমার বিরুদ্ধে আমি অনেক জাতিকে ওঠাব।
4 And they have destroyed the walls of Tyre, And they have broken down her towers, And I have scraped her dust from her, And made her for a clear place of a rock.
৪তারা সোরের পাঁচিল ধ্বংস করবে, তার উচ্চ দুর্গ সব ভেঙে ফেলবে। আমি তার ধূলো তা থেকে দূর করে ফেলব ও তাকে উন্মুক্ত পাথর করব।
5 She is a spreading place of nets in the midst of the sea, For I have spoken,” A declaration of Lord YHWH, “And she has been for a spoil to nations.
৫সে সমুদ্রের মধ্যে জাল পাতার জায়গা হবে, কারণ আমিই এটা বললাম!’ এটা প্রভু সদাপ্রভু বলেন এবং সে জাতিদের লুটের জিনিস হবে।
6 And her daughters who [are] in the field, are slain by sword, And they have known that I [am] YHWH,”
৬এলাকায় তার যে মেয়েরা আছে, তারা তরোয়ালে বধ হবে এবং তারা জানবে যে, আমিই সদাপ্রভু!
7 For thus said Lord YHWH: “Behold, I am bringing Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to Tyre, From the north—a king of kings, With horse, and with chariot, and with horsemen, Even an assembly, and a numerous people.
৭কারণ প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, দেখ, আমি উত্তরদিক থেকে ঘোড়া, রথ ও অশ্বারোহীদের এবং জনসমাজের ও অনেক সৈন্যের সঙ্গে রাজাধিরাজ বাবিল-রাজ নবূখদনিত্সরকে এনে সোরে উপস্থিত করবে।
8 He slays your daughters in the field by sword, And he has made a fort against you, And has poured out a mound against you, And has raised a buckler against you.
৮সে দেশের প্রধান অংশে তোমার মেয়েদেরকে তরোয়ালের আঘাতে হত্যা করবে, তোমার বিরুদ্ধে অবরোধের দেয়াল তুলবে। সে অবরোধের দেয়াল তোমার বিরুদ্ধে তৈরী করবে এবং তোমার বিরুদ্ধে ঢাল তুলবে।
9 And he places a battering-ram before him against your walls, And he breaks your towers with his weapons.
৯আর সে তোমার দেয়ালে সংঘাত করবে ও নিজের তীক্ষ্ণ অস্ত্র দ্বারা তোমার উচ্চগৃহ সব ভেঙে ফেলব।
10 From the abundance of his horses their dust cover you, From the noise of horseman, and wheel, and rider, Your walls shake, in his coming into your gates, As the coming into a city that has been broken-up.
১০সে তার ঘোড়াদের বাহুল্যের জন্য তাদের ধূলো তোমাকে ঢেকে ফেলবে; সে যখন শহরে প্রবেশের মতো তোমার দরজা সবের ভিতর যাবে, তখন ঘোড়াদের, চাকার ও রথের শব্দে তোমার দেয়াল কাঁপবে।
11 He treads all your out-places with [the] hooves of his horses, He slays your people by sword, And the pillars of your strength come down to the earth.
১১সে নিজের ঘোড়াদের খুরে তোমার সমস্ত পথ দলিত করবে, তরোয়ালের দ্বারা তোমার লোকদেরকে হত্যা করবে ও তোমার শক্তিশালী পাথরের স্তম্ভ সব পড়ে যাবে।
12 And they have spoiled your wealth, And they have plundered your merchandise, And they have thrown down your walls, And they break down your desirable houses, And your stones, and your wood, and your dust, They place in the midst of the waters.
১২ওরা তোমার সম্পত্তি লুট করবে, তোমার বাণিজ্যের জিনিস লুট করবে, তোমার দেয়াল ভেঙে ফেলবে ও তোমার ঐশ্বর্য্যশালী বাড়ি সব ধ্বংস করবে এবং তারা তোমার পাথর, কাঠ ও ধূলো জলের মধ্যে নিক্ষেপ করবে।
13 And I have caused the noise of your songs to cease, And the voice of your harps is heard no more.
১৩আর আমি তোমার গানের শব্দ থামাব এবং তোমার বীণাধ্বনি আর শোনা যাবে না।
14 And I have given you up for a clear place of a rock, You are a spreading-place of nets, You are not built up anymore, For I, YHWH, have spoken,” A declaration of Lord YHWH.
১৪আর আমি তোমাকে শুকনো পাথর করব; তুমি জাল বিস্তার করার জায়গা হবে; তুমি আর তৈরী হবে না; কারণ আমি সদাপ্রভু এটা বললাম,” এটা প্রভু সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
15 Thus said Lord YHWH to Tyre: “Do not—from the noise of your fall, In the groaning of the wounded, In the slaying of the slaughter in your midst—The islands shake?
১৫“প্রভু সদাপ্রভু সোরকে এই কথা বলেন, তোমার পতনের শব্দে, তোমার মধ্যে আহতদের কোঁকা নিতে ও ভয়ানক নরহত্যায় উপকূল সব কি কাঁপবে না?
16 And all princes of the sea have come down from off their thrones, And they have turned their robes aside, And strip off their embroidered garments, They put on trembling, They sit on the earth, And they have trembled every moment, And they have been astonished at you,
১৬তখন সমুদ্রের অধ্যক্ষরা সবাই নিজেদের সিংহাসন থেকে না মরে, নিজেদের পোশাক ত্যাগ করবে, রঙিন পোশাক সব খুলে ফেলবে; তারা ভয় পরিধান করবে; তারা মাটিতে বসবে, সবদিন ভীত থাকবে ও তোমার বিষয়ে আতঙ্কিত হবে।
17 And have lifted up a lamentation for you, And said to you: How you have perished, That are inhabited from the seas, The praised city, that was strong in the sea, She and her inhabitants, Who put their terror on all her inhabitants!
১৭আর তারা তোমার বিষয়ে বিলাপ করে তোমাকে বলবে, হে সমুদ্রে উত্পন্ন স্থাননিবাসিনী তুমি কিভাবে বিনষ্ট হলে। সেই বিখ্যাতা পুরী যা অনেক শক্তিশালী ছিল তা এখন সমুদ্রে! এবং তুমি, তার সমস্ত অধিবাসীর উপর তাদের ভয়ার্হতা অর্পণ করত।
18 Now the islands tremble [on the] day of your fall; The islands that [are] in the sea have been troubled at your outgoing.”
১৮এখন তোমার পতনের দিনের উপকূল সব কাঁপছে, তোমার চলে যাওয়াতে সমুদ্রে অবস্থিত দ্বীপ সব আতঙ্কগ্রস্থ হয়েছে।
19 For thus said Lord YHWH: “In My making you a city dried up, Like cities that have not been inhabited, In bringing up the deep against you, Then the great waters have covered you.
১৯কারণ প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, যখন আমি নিবাসিহীন শহরের মতো তোমাকে উচ্ছিন্ন শহর করব, যখন আমি তোমার উপরে সমুদ্র ওঠাব ও বিশাল জলরাশি তোমাকে ঢেকে ফেলবে,
20 And I have caused you to go down, With those going down to the pit, To the people of old, And I have caused you to dwell In the lower parts of the earth—in ancient ruins, With those going down to the pit, So that you are not inhabited, And I have given beauty in the land of the living.
২০তখন আমি তোমাকে গর্তগামীদের সঙ্গে প্রাচীন দিনের র লোকেদের কাছে নামাব এবং নিচে পৃথিবীতে, চিরোৎসন্ন জায়গায়, গর্তগামী সবার সঙ্গে বাস করাব, তাতে তুমি আর বসতিস্থান হবে না; কিন্তু জীবিতদের দেশে আমি শোভা স্থাপন করব।
21 I make you a terror, and you are not, And you are sought, and are not found anymore—for all time,” A declaration of Lord YHWH!
২১আমি তোমাকে বিপর্যয়ের জায়গা করব, তুমি আর থাকবে না; লোকেরা তোমার খোঁজ করলেও আর কখনও তোমাকে পাবে না,” এটা সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
