Ezekiel 10
1 And I look, and behold, on the expanse that [is] above the head of the cherubim, as a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne, He has been seen over them.
Al mirar, vi que en el arco del cielo que estaba sobre la cabeza de los querubines se veía sobre ellos lo que parecía una piedra de zafiro, con la forma de un trono.
2 And He speaks to the man clothed with linen and says, “Go into the midst of the wheel, to the place of the cherub, and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter over the city.” And he goes in before my eyes.
Y dijo al hombre vestido de lino: Ve entre las ruedas, debajo de las alas, y agarra en tus dos manos de carbones ardientes entre las alas y esparcelas sobre la ciudad. Y entró ante mis ojos.
3 And the cherubim are standing on the right side of the house, at the going in of the man, and the cloud has filled the inner court,
Ahora los alados estaban estacionados en el lado derecho del templo cuando el hombre entró; y él atrio interior estaba lleno de la nube.
4 and the glory of YHWH becomes high above the cherub, over the threshold of the house, and the house is filled with the cloud, and the court has been filled with the brightness of the glory of YHWH.
Y la gloria del Señor se levantó del querubin y se detuvo en el umbral de la casa; y la casa estaba llena de la nube y él atrio abierto estaba llena del brillo de la gloria del Señor.
5 And a noise of the wings of the cherubim has been heard in the outer court, as the voice of God—the Mighty One—in His speaking.
Y el sonido de las alas de los querubines era claro incluso en el atrio exterior, como la voz del Dios Todopoderoso cuando habla.
6 And it comes to pass, in His commanding the man clothed with linen, saying, “Take fire from between the wheel, from between the cherubim,” and he goes in and stands near the wheel,
Y cuando dio órdenes al hombre vestido de lino, diciendo: Toma fuego de entre las ruedas, de entre los querubines, luego entró y tomó su lugar al lado de una rueda.
7 that the [one] cherub puts forth his hand from between the cherubim to the fire that [is] between the cherubim, and lifts up, and gives [it] into the hands of him who is clothed with linen, and he receives, and comes forth.
Y extendiendo su mano hacia el fuego que estaba entre los querubines, tomó algo y salió.
8 And there appears in the cherubim the form of a hand of man under their wings,
Y vi la forma de las manos de un hombre entre las alas debajo de sus alas.
9 and I look, and behold, four wheels near the cherubim, one wheel near one cherub, and another wheel near the other cherub, and the appearance of the wheels [is] as the color of a beryl stone.
Y mirando, vi cuatro ruedas al lado de los querubines, una rueda al lado de un querubín; una rueda para cada querubín; y las ruedas eran como el color de una piedra de berilo, tal vez jaspe amarillo.
10 And [as for] their appearances, [the] four had one likeness, as it were the wheel in the midst of the wheel.
En su forma, los cuatro eran todos iguales, parecían una rueda dentro de una rueda.
11 In their going, they go on their four sides; they do not turn around in their going, for to the place to where the head turns, they go after it, they do not turn around in their going.
Cuando se estaban moviendo, iban por sus cuatro lados sin volverse; Fueron tras la cabeza en la dirección en que miraba; Fueron sin volverse.
12 And all their flesh, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, are full of eyes all around—[the] wheels [the] four had.
Y todo su cuerpo, espaldas, manos, alas y aun los bordes de las cuatro ruedas estaban llenos de ojos alrededor.
13 As for the wheels—they were called “Whirling Wheel” in my ears.
En cuanto a las ruedas, alcancé a oír se les decía: torbellino.
14 And four faces [are] to each; the face of the first [is] the face of the cherub, and the face of the second [is] the face of man, and of the third the face of a lion, and of the fourth the face of an eagle.
Y cada uno tenía cuatro caras: la primera cara era la cara de un toro, y la segunda era la cara de un hombre, y la tercera la cara de un león, y la cuarta la cara de un águila.
15 And the cherubim are lifted up, it [is] the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.
Y los querubines se elevaron: este es el ser vivo que vi junto al río Quebar.
16 And in the going of the cherubim, the wheels go beside them; and in the cherubim lifting up their wings to be high above the earth, the wheels do not turn around, even they, from being beside them.
Y cuando los querubines se fueron, las ruedas se fueron por su lado: y cuando sus alas fueron levantadas para sacarlas de la tierra, las ruedas no se apartaban de su lado.
17 In their standing they stand, and in their exaltation they are exalted with them: for [the] spirit of the living creature [is] in them.
Cuando estaban descansando en su lugar, estos estaban en reposo; cuando fueron levantados, éstos subieron con ellos, porque el espíritu de vida estaba en ellos.
18 And the glory of YHWH goes forth from off the threshold of the house, and stands over the cherubim,
Entonces la gloria del Señor salió por la puerta de la casa y se posó sobre los querubines.
19 and the cherubim lift up their wings, and are lifted up from the earth before my eyes; in their going forth, the wheels [are] also alongside them, and he stands at the opening of the east gate of the house of YHWH, and the glory of the God of Israel [is] over them from above.
Y los querubines, levantando sus alas, subieron de la tierra delante de mis ojos, con las ruedas a su lado; y se detuvieron en la entrada este de la casa del Señor; y la gloria del Dios de Israel estaba sobre ellos en lo alto.
20 It [is] the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar, and I know that they are cherubim.
Este es el ser vivo que vi bajo el río Quebar bajo el Dios de Israel; y me quedó claro que eran los querubines.
21 [The] four—each had four faces, and each had four wings, and the likeness of the hands of man [is] under their wings.
Cada uno tenía cuatro caras y cada uno tenía cuatro alas; Y las manos como las de un hombre estaban debajo de sus alas.
22 And the likeness of their faces, they [are] the faces that I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves; they each go straight forward.
En cuanto a la forma de sus rostros, eran los rostros cuya forma vi por el río Quebar; cuando se fueron, cada uno avanzaba de frente.
