< Ezekiel 10 >
1 And I look, and behold, on the expanse that [is] above the head of the cherubim, as a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne, He has been seen over them.
Anwo yo, mwen wè yon bagay ou ta di yon gwo fotèy fèt an pyè safi.
2 And He speaks to the man clothed with linen and says, “Go into the midst of the wheel, to the place of the cherub, and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter over the city.” And he goes in before my eyes.
Bondye pale ak nonm ki te gen rad twal fin tou blan an. Li di l' konsa: -Antre nan fant ki nan mitan wou yo, anba bèt vivan yo. Pran yon ponyen chabon dife tou limen. Lèfini, gaye yo sou tout lavil la. Mwen wè l' ale vre.
3 And the cherubim are standing on the right side of the house, at the going in of the man, and the cloud has filled the inner court,
Gwo bèt vivan yo te kanpe sou bò sid tanp lan lè li antre a. Yon gwo nwaj anvayi tout lakou anndan tanp lan.
4 and the glory of YHWH becomes high above the cherub, over the threshold of the house, and the house is filled with the cloud, and the court has been filled with the brightness of the glory of YHWH.
Bèl limyè prezans Seyè a leve anwo tèt bèt vivan yo, li al kanpe nan papòt tanp lan. Nwaj la anvayi tout tanp lan. Lakou a menm te klere ak gwo limyè prezans Seyè a.
5 And a noise of the wings of the cherubim has been heard in the outer court, as the voice of God—the Mighty One—in His speaking.
6 And it comes to pass, in His commanding the man clothed with linen, saying, “Take fire from between the wheel, from between the cherubim,” and he goes in and stands near the wheel,
Lè Seyè a te bay nonm ak rad twal fin blan an lòd pou l' te al pran chabon dife nan mitan wou yo ki anba bèt vivan yo, nonm lan ale, li kanpe toupre yonn nan wou yo.
7 that the [one] cherub puts forth his hand from between the cherubim to the fire that [is] between the cherubim, and lifts up, and gives [it] into the hands of him who is clothed with linen, and he receives, and comes forth.
Yonn nan bèt vivan yo lonje men l' nan dife ki te nan mitan yo a, li pran kèk chabon dife, li mete yo nan men nonm ak rad twal fin blan an. Nonm lan pran chabon dife yo, li soti.
8 And there appears in the cherubim the form of a hand of man under their wings,
Lè sa a, mwen wè bèt vivan yo te gen yon bagay ki te sanble ak men moun anba zèl yo.
9 and I look, and behold, four wheels near the cherubim, one wheel near one cherub, and another wheel near the other cherub, and the appearance of the wheels [is] as the color of a beryl stone.
Mwen gade, mwen wè te gen kat wou, yonn bò kote chak bèt vivan yo. Wou yo te klere tankou pyè krizolit.
10 And [as for] their appearances, [the] four had one likeness, as it were the wheel in the midst of the wheel.
Chak wou te gen yon lòt wou antravè nan mitan yo. Kat wou yo te gen menm fòm.
11 In their going, they go on their four sides; they do not turn around in their going, for to the place to where the head turns, they go after it, they do not turn around in their going.
12 And all their flesh, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, are full of eyes all around—[the] wheels [the] four had.
Yo te gen je sou tout kò yo, nan do yo, sou tout men yo, nan zèl yo. Te gen je sou tout kat wou yo tou.
13 As for the wheels—they were called “Whirling Wheel” in my ears.
Wou yo te tankou wou mwen te wè nan premye vizyon mwen an. Mwen tande yo te rele wou yo Toubouyon.
14 And four faces [are] to each; the face of the first [is] the face of the cherub, and the face of the second [is] the face of man, and of the third the face of a lion, and of the fourth the face of an eagle.
Chak gwo bèt vivan yo te gen kat figi. Premye figi gwo bèt vivan yo te tankou tèt yon towo bèf, dezyèm lan tankou tèt yon moun, twazyèm lan tankou tèt yon lyon, katriyèm lan tankou tèt yon malfini.
15 And the cherubim are lifted up, it [is] the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.
16 And in the going of the cherubim, the wheels go beside them; and in the cherubim lifting up their wings to be high above the earth, the wheels do not turn around, even they, from being beside them.
y'ap deplase, wou yo deplase ansanm avèk yo tou. Lè yo louvri zèl yo pou yo vole, wou yo vole ansanm ak yo tou.
17 In their standing they stand, and in their exaltation they are exalted with them: for [the] spirit of the living creature [is] in them.
Lè bèt vivan yo rete an plas, wou yo rete an plas tou. Lè bèt vivan yo vole, wou yo vole ak yo tou, paske se gwo bèt vivan yo ki t'ap kontwole wou yo.
18 And the glory of YHWH goes forth from off the threshold of the house, and stands over the cherubim,
Lè sa a, bèl limyè prezans Seyè a soti bò papòt tanp lan, li al kanpe anwo bèt vivan yo.
19 and the cherubim lift up their wings, and are lifted up from the earth before my eyes; in their going forth, the wheels [are] also alongside them, and he stands at the opening of the east gate of the house of YHWH, and the glory of the God of Israel [is] over them from above.
Bèt vivan yo louvri zèl yo. Yo vole soti sou tè a devan je m'. Epi wou yo vole ale ak yo tou. Y' al poze sou papòt pòtay tanp Seyè a ki bay sou bò solèy leve. Bèl limyè prezans Bondye pèp Izrayèl la te anlè yo.
20 It [is] the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar, and I know that they are cherubim.
21 [The] four—each had four faces, and each had four wings, and the likeness of the hands of man [is] under their wings.
Yo chak te gen kat figi, kat zèl ak yon fòm men moun anba chak zèl.
22 And the likeness of their faces, they [are] the faces that I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves; they each go straight forward.
Chak bèt vivan t'ap mache dwat devan yo.
