Exodus 40
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Și DOMNUL i-a vorbit lui Moise, spunând:
2 “On the first day of the month, in the first month, you raise up the Dwelling Place of the Tent of Meeting,
În prima zi a primei luni ridică tabernacolul cortului întâlnirii.
3 and have set the Ark of the Testimony [in] there, and have covered over the Ark with the veil,
Și pune înăuntru chivotul mărturiei și acoperă chivotul cu perdeaua.
4 and have brought in the table, and set its arrangement in order, and have brought in the lampstand, and caused its lamps to go up.
Și adu înăuntru masa și așază în ordine lucrurile care trebuie să fie așezate în ordine pe ea; și adu înăuntru sfeșnicul și aprinde-i lămpile.
5 And you have put the golden altar for incense before the Ark of the Testimony, and have put the covering of the opening to the Dwelling Place,
Și așază altarul din aur pentru tămâie înaintea chivotului mărturiei și pune perdeaua ușii tabernacolului.
6 and have put the altar of the burnt-offering before the opening of the Dwelling Place of the Tent of Meeting,
Și așază altarul ofrandei arse înaintea ușii tabernacolului cortului întâlnirii.
7 and have put the laver between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and have put water [in] there.
Și așază ligheanul între cortul întâlnirii și altar și pune apă în el.
8 And you have set the court all around, and have placed the covering of the gate of the court,
Și pune curtea de jur împrejur și atârnă perdeaua la poarta curții.
9 and have taken the anointing oil, and anointed the Dwelling Place, and all that [is] in it, and hallowed it, and all its vessels, and it has been holy;
Și ia untdelemnul pentru ungere și unge tabernacolul și tot ce este în el și sfințește-l și toate vasele lui; și va fi sfânt.
10 and you have anointed the altar of the burnt-offering, and all its vessels, and sanctified the altar, and the altar has been most holy;
Și unge altarul ofrandei arse și toate vasele lui și sfințește altarul; și va fi un altar preasfânt.
11 and you have anointed the laver and its base, and sanctified it.
Și unge ligheanul și piciorul său și sfințește-l.
12 And you have brought Aaron and his sons near to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and have bathed them with water;
Și adu pe Aaron și pe fiii săi la ușa tabernacolului întâlnirii și spală-i cu apă.
13 and you have clothed Aaron with the holy garments, and anointed him, and sanctified him, and he has acted as priest to Me.
Și pune sfintele veșminte peste Aaron și unge-l și sfințește-l, ca el să îmi servească în serviciul de preot.
14 And you bring his sons near, and have clothed them with coats,
Și adu pe fiii săi și îmbracă-i cu haine;
15 and anointed them as you have anointed their father, and they have acted as priests to Me, and their anointing has been to them for a continuous priesthood throughout their generations.”
Și unge-i, precum ai uns pe tatăl lor, ca ei să îmi servească în serviciul de preot, pentru că ungerea lor va fi cu adevărat o preoție veșnică prin toate generațiile.
16 And Moses does according to all that YHWH has commanded him; so he has done.
Astfel a făcut Moise, conform cu tot ceea ce DOMNUL i-a poruncit, așa a făcut el.
17 And it comes to pass, in the first month, in the second year, on the first of the month, the Dwelling Place has been raised up;
Și s-a întâmplat, în prima lună, în al doilea an, în prima zi a lunii, că tabernacolul a fost înălțat.
18 and Moses raises up the Dwelling Place, and sets its sockets, and places its boards, and places its bars, and raises its pillars,
Și Moise a ridicat tabernacolul și a fixat soclurile acestuia și a așezat scândurile lui și i-a pus drugii și i-a înălțat stâlpii.
19 and spreads the tent over the Dwelling Place, and puts the covering of the tent on it above, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Și a întins cortul peste tabernacol și a pus acoperământul cortului deasupra acestuia, precum DOMNUL i-a poruncit lui Moise.
20 And he takes and puts the Testimony into the Ark, and sets the poles on the Ark, and puts the propitiatory covering on the Ark above;
Și a luat și a pus mărturia în chivot și a pus drugii la chivot și a pus șezământul milei deasupra, peste chivot.
21 and brings the Ark into the Dwelling Place, and places the veil of the covering, and covers over the Ark of the Testimony, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Și a adus chivotul în tabernacol și a pus perdeaua acoperământului și a acoperit chivotul mărturiei, precum DOMNUL a poruncit lui Moise.
22 And he puts the table in the Tent of Meeting, on the side of the Dwelling Place northward, at the outside of the veil,
Și a pus masa în cortul întâlnirii, pe partea tabernacolului spre nord, dincoace de perdea.
23 and sets in order the arrangement of bread on it, before YHWH, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Și a pus pâinea prezentării în ordine pe aceasta înaintea DOMNULUI, precum DOMNUL i-a poruncit lui Moise.
24 And he puts the lampstand in the Tent of Meeting, opposite the table, on the side of the Dwelling Place southward,
Și a pus sfeșnicul în cortul întâlnirii, lângă masă, pe partea tabernacolului spre sud.
25 and causes the lamps to go up before YHWH, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Și a aprins lămpile înaintea DOMNULUI, precum DOMNUL i-a poruncit lui Moise.
26 And he sets the golden altar in the Tent of Meeting, before the veil,
Și a pus altarul din aur în cortul întâlnirii înaintea perdelei;
27 and makes incense on it—spice-incense—as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Și a ars tămâie dulce pe acesta, precum DOMNUL i-a poruncit lui Moise.
28 And he sets the covering [at] the opening of the Dwelling Place,
Și a pus perdeaua la ușa tabernacolului.
29 and he has set the altar of the burnt-offering [at] the opening of the Dwelling Place of the Tent of Meeting, and causes the burnt-offering to go up on it, and the present, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Și a pus altarul ofrandei arse la ușa tabernacolului cortului întâlnirii și a oferit pe acesta ofranda arsă și darul de mâncare, precum DOMNUL i-a poruncit lui Moise.
30 And he puts the laver between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and puts water [in] there for washing,
Și a așezat ligheanul între cortul întâlnirii și altar și a pus apă acolo pentru spălare.
31 and Moses and Aaron and his sons have washed their hands and their feet at the same;
Și Moise și Aaron și fiii săi și-au spălat mâinile și picioarele acolo;
32 in their going into the Tent of Meeting, and in their drawing near to the altar, they wash, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Când au intrat în cortul întâlnirii și când s-au apropiat de altar, s-au spălat, precum DOMNUL i-a poruncit lui Moise.
33 And he raises up the court all around the Dwelling Place, and around the altar, and places the covering of the gate of the court; and Moses completes the work.
Și a înălțat curtea de jur împrejurul tabernacolului și altarului și a atârnat perdeaua porții curții. Astfel Moise a terminat lucrarea.
34 And the cloud covers the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of YHWH has filled the Dwelling Place;
Atunci un nor a acoperit cortul întâlnirii și gloria DOMNULUI a umplut tabernacolul.
35 and Moses has not been able to go into the Tent of Meeting, for the cloud has dwelt on it, and the glory of YHWH has filled the Dwelling Place.
Și Moise nu a fost în stare să intre în cortul întâlnirii, deoarece norul a rămas peste el și gloria DOMNULUI a umplut tabernacolul.
36 And in the going up of the cloud from off the Dwelling Place the sons of Israel journey in all their journeys;
Și după ce norul s-a ridicat de pe tabernacol, copiii lui Israel au mers înainte în toate călătoriile lor;
37 and if the cloud does not go up then they do not journey, until the day of its going up.
Dar dacă norul nu s-a ridicat, nu au călătorit până în ziua în care acesta s-a ridicat.
38 For the cloud of YHWH [is] on the Dwelling Place by day, and fire is in it by night, before the eyes of all the house of Israel in all their journeys.
Căci norul DOMNULUI era peste tabernacol în timpul zilei și foc era peste el în timpul nopții, înaintea ochilor întregii case a lui Israel, prin toate călătoriile lor.
