Exodus 31
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Depois falou o Senhor a Moisés, dizendo:
2 “See, I have called by name Bezaleel, son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,
Eis que eu tenho chamado por nome a Bezaleel, o filho de Uri, filho de Ur, da tribo de Judá,
3 and I fill him [with] the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all work,
E o enchi do espírito de Deus, de sabedoria, e de entendimento, e de ciência, em todo o artifício,
4 to devise inventions to work in gold, and in silver, and in bronze,
Para inventar invenções, e obrar em ouro, em prata, e em cobre,
5 and in a carving of stone for settings, and in a carving of wood to work in all work.
E em lavramento de pedras para engastar, e em artifício de madeira, para obrar em todo o lavor.
6 And I, behold, have given with him Aholiab, son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, and I have given wisdom in the heart of every wise-hearted one, and they have made all that which I have commanded you.
E eis que eu tenho posto com ele a Aholiab, o filho de Ahisamach, da tribo de Dan, e tenho dado sabedoria ao coração de todo aquele que é sábio de coração, para que façam tudo o que te tenho ordenado;
7 The Tent of Meeting, and the Ark of Testimony, and the propitiatory covering which [is] on it, and all the vessels of the tent,
A saber, a tenda da congregação, e a arca do testemunho, e o propiciatório que estará sobre ela, e todos os vasos da tenda;
8 and the table and its vessels, and the pure lampstand and all its vessels, and the altar of the incense,
E a mesa com os seus vasos, e o castiçal puro com todos os seus vasos, e o altar do incenso;
9 and the altar of the burnt-offering and all its vessels, and the laver and its base,
E o altar do holocausto com todos os seus vasos, e a pia com a sua base;
10 and the colored garments, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, for acting as priests in;
E os vestidos do ministério, e os vestidos santos de Aarão o sacerdote, e os vestidos de seus filhos, para administrarem o sacerdócio;
11 and the anointing oil, and the incense of the spices for the holy place; according to all that I have commanded you—they do.”
E o azeite da unção, e o incenso aromático para o santuário: farão conforme a tudo que te tenho mandado.
12 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Falou mais o Senhor a Moisés, dizendo:
13 “And you, speak to the sons of Israel, saying, Surely you keep My Sabbaths, for it [is] a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, to know that I, YHWH, am sanctifying you;
Tu pois fala aos filhos de Israel, dizendo: Certamente guardareis meus sábados: porquanto isso é um sinal entre mim e vós nas vossas gerações; para que saibais que eu sou o Senhor, que vos santifica.
14 and you have kept the Sabbath, for it [is] holy to you, he who is defiling it is certainly put to death—for any who does work in it—that person has even been cut off from the midst of his people.
Portanto guardareis o sábado, porque santo é para vós: aquele que o profanar certamente morrerá; porque qualquer que nele fizer alguma obra, aquela alma será extirpada do meio do seu povo.
15 [For] six days work is done, and in the seventh day [is] a Sabbath of holy rest to YHWH; any who does work in the Sabbath day is certainly put to death,
Seis dias se fará obra, porém o sétimo dia é o sábado do descanço, santo ao Senhor; qualquer que no dia do sábado fizer obra, certamente morrerá.
16 and the sons of Israel have observed the Sabbath; to keep the Sabbath throughout their generations [is] a perpetual covenant—
Guardarão pois o sábado os filhos de Israel, celebrando o sábado nas suas gerações por concerto perpétuo.
17 it [is] a sign between Me and the sons of Israel for all time; for [in] six days YHWH made the heavens and the earth, and in the seventh day He has ceased and is refreshed.”
Entre mim e os filhos de Israel será um sinal para sempre: porque em seis dias fez o Senhor os céus e a terra, e ao sétimo dia descançou, e restaurou-se.
18 And He gives to Moses, when He finishes speaking with him in Mount Sinai, two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written by the finger of God.
E deu a Moisés (quando acabou de falar com ele no monte de Sinai) as duas tábuas do testemunho, tábuas de pedra, escritas pelo dedo de Deus.
