Exodus 31
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
യഹോവ മോശയോടു പിന്നെയും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു:
2 “See, I have called by name Bezaleel, son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,
“ഇതാ, യെഹൂദാഗോത്രത്തിൽ ഹൂരിന്റെ മകനായ ഊരിയുടെ മകൻ ബെസലേലിനെ ഞാൻ പേരുചൊല്ലി വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
3 and I fill him [with] the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all work,
ഞാൻ അവനെ ദൈവാത്മാവിനാൽ നിറച്ച്, എല്ലാവിധ കരകൗശലപ്പണികളിലും വൈദഗ്ദ്ധ്യവും പ്രാപ്തിയും ജ്ഞാനവും നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
4 to devise inventions to work in gold, and in silver, and in bronze,
സ്വർണം, വെള്ളി, വെങ്കലം എന്നിവയിൽ കലാചാതുരിയോടെ പണികൾ ചെയ്യാനും
5 and in a carving of stone for settings, and in a carving of wood to work in all work.
രത്നങ്ങൾ വെട്ടിപ്പതിക്കാനും മരത്തിൽ കൊത്തുപണികൾ ചെയ്യാനും അങ്ങനെ സകലവിധമായ കരകൗശലപ്പണികൾ ചെയ്യാനും ഞാൻ അവനെ വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
6 And I, behold, have given with him Aholiab, son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, and I have given wisdom in the heart of every wise-hearted one, and they have made all that which I have commanded you.
മാത്രമല്ല, ദാൻഗോത്രത്തിൽ അഹീസാമാക്കിന്റെ മകനായ ഒഹൊലീയാബിനെ ഞാൻ അവനു സഹായിയായി നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. “ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കൽപ്പിച്ച എല്ലാ പണികളും ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് എല്ലാ വിദഗ്ദ്ധന്മാരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിലും ഞാൻ പ്രത്യേക കഴിവ് നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
7 The Tent of Meeting, and the Ark of Testimony, and the propitiatory covering which [is] on it, and all the vessels of the tent,
“സമാഗമകൂടാരവും ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ പേടകവും അതിന്മേലുള്ള പാപനിവാരണസ്ഥാനവും കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും
8 and the table and its vessels, and the pure lampstand and all its vessels, and the altar of the incense,
മേശയും അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും തങ്കംകൊണ്ടുള്ള നിലവിളക്കും അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും ധൂപപീഠവും
9 and the altar of the burnt-offering and all its vessels, and the laver and its base,
ഹോമയാഗപീഠവും അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വെങ്കലത്തൊട്ടിയും അതിന്റെ കാലും
10 and the colored garments, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, for acting as priests in;
നെയ്തെടുത്ത വിശേഷവസ്ത്രങ്ങളും പുരോഹിതനായ അഹരോന്റെ വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രങ്ങളും പൗരോഹിത്യശുശ്രൂഷയ്ക്കു വരുന്ന അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രങ്ങളും
11 and the anointing oil, and the incense of the spices for the holy place; according to all that I have commanded you—they do.”
അഭിഷേകതൈലവും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിനുള്ള സുഗന്ധധൂപവർഗവും. “ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കൽപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ അവർ ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.”
12 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
യഹോവ മോശയോടു പിന്നെയും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു:
13 “And you, speak to the sons of Israel, saying, Surely you keep My Sabbaths, for it [is] a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, to know that I, YHWH, am sanctifying you;
“നീ ഇസ്രായേൽമക്കളോട് ഇപ്രകാരം പറയണം. ‘നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകൾ ആചരിക്കണം. ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന യഹോവ ആകുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്, ഇതു തലമുറതലമുറയായി എനിക്കും നിങ്ങൾക്കും മധ്യേയുള്ള ഒരു ചിഹ്നം ആയിരിക്കണം.
14 and you have kept the Sabbath, for it [is] holy to you, he who is defiling it is certainly put to death—for any who does work in it—that person has even been cut off from the midst of his people.
“‘നിങ്ങൾ ശബ്ബത്ത് ആചരിക്കണം; അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വിശുദ്ധമാണ്. ശബ്ബത്തിനെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുന്നവർ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കണം. ആ ദിവസത്തിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും വേലചെയ്യുന്നവരെ സ്വജനത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഛേദിച്ചുകളയണം.
15 [For] six days work is done, and in the seventh day [is] a Sabbath of holy rest to YHWH; any who does work in the Sabbath day is certainly put to death,
ആറുദിവസം വേലചെയ്യണം; എന്നാൽ ഏഴാംദിവസം സ്വസ്ഥതയുടെ ശബ്ബത്ത്, അതു യഹോവയ്ക്കു വിശുദ്ധം. ശബ്ബത്തുനാളിൽ വേലചെയ്യുന്നവർ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കണം.
16 and the sons of Israel have observed the Sabbath; to keep the Sabbath throughout their generations [is] a perpetual covenant—
അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ നിത്യനിയമമായി ശബ്ബത്തിനെ തലമുറതലമുറയായി ആചരിക്കണം.
17 it [is] a sign between Me and the sons of Israel for all time; for [in] six days YHWH made the heavens and the earth, and in the seventh day He has ceased and is refreshed.”
അത് എനിക്കും ഇസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കും മധ്യേ എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ഒരു ചിഹ്നം ആകുന്നു; ആറുദിവസംകൊണ്ട് യഹോവ ആകാശത്തെയും ഭൂമിയെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഏഴാംദിവസം യഹോവ സ്വസ്ഥനായി വിശ്രമിച്ചു.’”
18 And He gives to Moses, when He finishes speaking with him in Mount Sinai, two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written by the finger of God.
അവിടന്ന് സീനായിപർവതത്തിൽവെച്ചു മോശയോട് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തശേഷം, ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വിരൽകൊണ്ട് എഴുതിയ കൽപ്പലകകളായ ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ പലക രണ്ടും അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു കൊടുത്തു.
