Exodus 30

1 “And you have made an altar [for] making incense; you make it of shittim wood;

೧“ಸುಗಂಧದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಧೂಪಹಾಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಜಾಲೀಮರದಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಧೂಪವೇದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

2 a cubit its length and a cubit its breadth (it is square), and two cubits its height; its horns [are] of the same.

೨ಅದು ಒಂದು ಮೊಳ ಉದ್ದವಾಗಿಯು, ಒಂದು ಮೊಳ ಅಗಲವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದು ಚಚ್ಚೌಕವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಅದರ ಎತ್ತರವು ಎರಡು ಮೊಳವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಅದರ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳು ಅದರಿಂದಲೇ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು.

3 And you have overlaid it with pure gold—its top, and around its sides, and its horns; and you have made a crown of gold for it all around;

೩ಅದರ ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ, ನಾಲ್ಕು ಬದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಿಗೆ, ಚೊಕ್ಕ ಬಂಗಾರದ ತಗಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊದಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಅರುಗನ್ನು (ಅಂಚು) ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಬೇಕು.

4 and you make two rings of gold for it, under its crown on its two ribs; you make [them] on its two sides, and they have become places for poles to carry it with them.

೪ಅದರ ತೋರಣದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಎರಡು ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡೆರಡು ಚಿನ್ನದ ಬಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೂಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹಾಕಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಬೇಕು.

5 And you have made the poles of shittim wood, and have overlaid them with gold;

೫ಆ ಕಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಲೀಮರದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ತಗಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊದಿಸಬೇಕು.

6 and you have put it before the veil, which [is] by the Ark of the Testimony, before the propitiatory covering which [is] over the Testimony, where I meet with you.

೬ಆಜ್ಞಾಶಾಸನವಿರುವ ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಮುಂದಣ ಪರದೆಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ, ಅಂದರೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಶಾಸನವಿರುವ ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಮೇಲಿರುವಂಥ ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ದರ್ಶನ ಕೊಡುವಂಥ ಕೃಪಾಸನದ ಮುಂದೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಇಡಬೇಕು.

7 And Aaron has made incense on it, incense of spices, morning by morning; in his making the lamps right, he makes incense [on] it,

೭“ಆರೋನನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಹೊತ್ತಾರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವಾಗಲೂ

8 and in Aaron’s causing the lamps to go up between the evenings, he makes incense [on] it; [it is] a continual incense before YHWH throughout your generations.

೮ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿಸುವಾಗಲೂ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಗಂಧದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದಲೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂತತಿಯವರಿಂದಲೂ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾದ ಧೂಪ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು.

9 You do not cause strange incense to go up on it—and burnt-offering and present; and you do not pour out a drink-offering on it;

೯ಆ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಧೂಪವನ್ನೂ ಹಾಕಬಾರದು. ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇತರೆ ಹೋಮವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಭೋಜನದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾನದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಕೂಡದು.

10 and Aaron has made atonement on its horns once in a year, by the blood of the sin-offering of atonements; once in a year he makes atonement for it, throughout your generations; it [is] most holy to YHWH.”

೧೦ಆರೋನನು ಅವನ ಸಂತತಿಯವರೂ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಸಾರಿ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞದ ಪಶುವಿನ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಆ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಅದರ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಅತಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.”

11 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

೧೧ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,

12 “When you take up the census of the sons of Israel for their numbers, then they have each given an atonement [for] his soul to YHWH in their being numbered, and there is no plague among them in their being numbered.

೧೨“ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಜನಗಣತಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸುವಾಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಾಧೆಯುಂಟಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಧಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನೂ ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಮೋಚನ ಕ್ರಯವನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

13 This they give, everyone passing over to those numbered, half a shekel, by the shekel of the holy place (the shekel [is] twenty gerahs); half a shekel [is] the raised-offering to YHWH;

೧೩ಲೆಕ್ಕಿತರಾದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನೂ ದೇವರ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಗೇರಾ ತೂಕದ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಈ ಅರ್ಧ ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

14 everyone passing over to those numbered, from a son of twenty years and upwards, gives the raised-offering of YHWH;

೧೪ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದವರೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವಯಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳವರೂ ಆ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

15 the rich do not multiply, and the poor do not diminish from the half-shekel, to give the raised-offering of YHWH, to make atonement for your souls.

೧೫ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತರಾದರೂ ಅರ್ಧಶೆಕೆಲಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕೊಡಬಾರದು. ಬಡವರು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಕೊಡಬಾರದು.

16 And you have taken the atonement-money from the sons of Israel, and have given it for the service of the Tent of Meeting; and it has been to the sons of Israel for a memorial before YHWH, to make atonement for your souls.”

೧೬ನೀನು ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಆ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯು ಯೆಹೋವನಾದ ನನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕವಾಗಿರುವುದು.”

17 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

೧೭ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,

18 “And you have made a laver of bronze (and its base of bronze), for washing; and you have put it between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and have put water [in] there,

೧೮“ಸ್ನಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ತಾಮ್ರದ ತೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತಾಮ್ರದ ಪೀಠವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೂ, ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಗೂ ನಡುವೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ತುಂಬಿಸಬೇಕು.

19 and Aaron and his sons have washed their hands and their feet from it;

೧೯ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಅದರಿಂದ ಕೈಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

20 they wash [with] water in their going into the Tent of Meeting, and do not die; or in their drawing near to the altar to minister, to make incense [as] a fire-offering to YHWH,

೨೦ಅವರು ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ದೇವರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರಾಗಿ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಹೋಮವನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ಜೀವದಿಂದಿರಲು ಕೈಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕು.

21 then they have washed their hands and their feet, and they do not die, and it has been a continuous statute to them, to him and to his seed, throughout their generations.”

೨೧ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಮರಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗುವುದು. ಇದು ಅವನಿಗೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಸಂತತಿಯವರಿಗೂ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ನಿಯಮವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.”

22 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

೨೨ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಪುನಃ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,

23 “And you, take [these] principal spices for yourself: five hundred [shekels] of liquid myrrh, and the half of that—two hundred and fifty [shekels]—of spice-cinnamon, and two hundred and fifty [shekels] of spice-cane,

೨೩“ನೀನು ಸುಗಂಧದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ತೂಕದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಐನೂರು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಅಚ್ಚರಕ್ತಬೋಳ, ಅದರರ್ಧ ಅಂದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂರೈವತ್ತು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದ ಲವಂಗ,

24 and five hundred [shekels] of cassia, by the shekel of the holy place, and a hin of olive oil;

೨೪ಐನೂರು ಸುಗಂಧವಾದ ಚೆಕ್ಕೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಹೀನ್ ಒಲೀವ್ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು,

25 and you have made it a holy anointing oil, a compound mixture, work of a compounder; it is a holy anointing oil.

೨೫ಸುಗಂಧ ದ್ರವ್ಯಕಾರರ ಪದ್ದತಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಮಿಶ್ರಮಾಡಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ತೈಲವಾಗಿರುವುದು.

26 And with it you have anointed the Tent of Meeting, and the Ark of the Testimony,

೨೬ಆದುದರಿಂದ ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರ, ಆಜ್ಞಾಶಾಸನಗಳ ಮಂಜೂಷ, ಮೇಜು, ಮೇಜಿನ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳು,

27 and the table and all its vessels, and the lampstand and its vessels, and the altar of incense,

೨೭ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭ, ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭದ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳು,

28 and the altar of burnt-offering and all its vessels, and the laver and its base;

೨೮ಧೂಪವೇದಿ, ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿ, ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳು ಹಾಗು ನೀರಿನ ತೊಟ್ಟಿ ಅದರ ಪೀಠ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಬೇಕು.

29 and you have sanctified them, and they have been most holy; all that is coming against them is holy;

೨೯ಅವು ಅತಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

30 and you anoint Aaron and his sons, and have sanctified them for being priests to Me.

೩೦ಅದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ನನಗೆ ಯಾಜಕರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಿ ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕು.”

31 And you speak to the sons of Israel, saying, This is a holy anointing oil to Me, throughout your generations;

೩೧ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ನೀವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂತತಿಯವರೂ ಈ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ತೈಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

32 it is not poured on [the] flesh of man, and you make nothing [else] like it in its proportion; it [is] holy—it is holy to you;

೩೨ಜನರು ಮೈಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬಾರದು. ಈ ವಿಧಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲೇಬಾರದು. ಇದು ದೇವರ ವಸ್ತು. ಇದು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದದ್ದು ಎಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

33 a man who compounds [any] like it, or who puts of it on a stranger, has even been cut off from his people.”

೩೩ಇದರಂತೆ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನಾಗಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನಲ್ಲದವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಚ್ಚುವವನಾಗಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕೃತನಾಗುವನು.”

34 And YHWH says to Moses, “Take to yourself spices—stacte, and onycha, and galbanum—spices and pure frankincense; they are part for part;

೩೪ಅದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ನೀನು ಹಾಲುಮಡ್ಡಿ, ಗುಗ್ಗುಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಗಂಧದ ಚೆಕ್ಕೆ ಎಂಬ ಪರಿಮಳ ದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾದ ಧೂಪವನ್ನೂ ಸಮಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು,

35 and you have made it an incense, a compound, work of a compounder, salted, pure, holy;

೩೫ಸುಗಂಧ ದ್ರವ್ಯ ತಯಾರಿಸುವವರ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಕಲಿಸಿ ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ದೇವರ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಧೂಪದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

36 and you have beaten [some] of it small, and have put of it before the Testimony in the Tent of Meeting, to where I meet with you; it is most holy to you.

೩೬ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಪುಡಿಮಾಡಿಸಿ ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಶಾಸನಗಳ ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ದರ್ಶನ ಕೊಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಅತಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದದ್ದೆಂದು ನೀವು ಭಾವಿಸಬೇಕು.

37 As for the incense which you make, you do not make [any] for yourselves in its proportion; it is holy to you for YHWH;

೩೭ನೀವು ಆ ಧೂಪದ್ರವ್ಯದ ವಿಧಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಧೂಪದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ಅದು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಮೀಸಲಾದ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಪದಾರ್ಥವೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಬೇಕು.

38 a man who makes [any] like it—to be refreshed by it—has even been cut off from his people.”

೩೮ಸುವಾಸನೆಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಅಂಥದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಕುಲದಿಂದ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವನು.”
