Exodus 29

1 “And this [is] the thing which you do to them, to hallow them, for being priests to Me: take one bullock, a son of the herd, and two rams, perfect ones,

“अब तुम उनको पवित्र करने के लिए एक निर्दोष बछड़ा तथा दो मेढ़ों को लाना.

2 and unleavened bread, and unleavened cakes anointed with oil; you make them of fine wheat flour,

उनको लेकर बिना खमीर रोटी तथा तेल से बनी बिना खमीर की पूरियां, तेल लगाई हुई बिना खमीर की रोटियां जिन्हें मैदे से तैयार किया गया हो, लेना.

3 and you have put them on one basket, and have brought them near in the basket, also the bullock and the two rams.

इन सभी को तुम एक टोकरी में रखकर तथा बछड़े एवं मेढ़ों के साथ चढ़ाना.

4 And you bring Aaron and his sons near to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and have bathed them with water;

तब तुम अहरोन और उसके पुत्रों को मिलनवाले तंबू के द्वार पर लाकर उनको नहलाना.

5 and you have taken the garments, and have clothed Aaron with the coat, and the upper robe of the ephod, and the ephod, and the breastplate, and have girded him with the girdle of the ephod,

और अहरोन को कुर्ता तथा एफ़ोद का परिधान, एफ़ोद तथा वक्ष पटल पहनाकर उसे एफ़ोद के फ़ीते से बांध देना;

6 and have set the turban on his head, and have put the holy crown on the turban,

उसके सिर पर वह पगड़ी रखना तथा उस पगड़ी पर पवित्र मुकुट रख देना.

7 and have taken the anointing oil, and have poured [it] on his head, and have anointed him.

तब अभिषेक का तेल लेकर उसके सिर पर डालकर उसका अभिषेक करना.

8 And you bring his sons near, and have clothed them [with] coats,

फिर उसके पुत्रों को कुर्ते पहनाना.

9 and have girded them [with] a girdle (Aaron and his sons), and have bound caps on them; and the priesthood has been theirs by a continuous statute, and you have consecrated the hand of Aaron, and the hand of his sons,

अहरोन तथा उनके पुत्रों की कमर बांधकर उनके सिर पर टोपियां रख देना. ऐसे पुरोहित पद पर हमेशा उनका अधिकार हो जाएगा. “इस तरह अहरोन तथा उसके पुत्रों का अभिषेक करना.

10 and have brought the bullock near before the Tent of Meeting, and Aaron has laid—his sons also—their hands on the head of the bullock.

“इसके बाद बछड़े को मिलनवाले तंबू के सामने लाना और अहरोन के पुत्र उस बछड़े के सिर पर अपना हाथ रखें.

11 And you have slaughtered the bullock before YHWH, at the opening of the Tent of Meeting,

तब उस बछड़े को याहवेह के सामने मिलनवाले तंबू के द्वार पर बलि चढ़ाना.

12 and have taken of the blood of the bullock, and have put [it] on the horns of the altar with your finger, and you pour out all the blood at the foundation of the altar;

तुम उस बछड़े का लहू अपनी उंगली पर लेकर वेदी के सींगों पर लगाना और बाकी बचे हुए लहू को वेदी पर डाल देना.

13 and you have taken all the fat which is covering the innards, and the redundance on the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, and have made incense on the altar;

उसकी अंतड़ियां के ऊपर की तथा कलेजे के ऊपर की चर्बी, तथा दोनों गुर्दों के ऊपर की चर्बी को वेदी पर जला देना.

14 and the flesh of the bullock, and his skin, and his dung, you burn with fire at the outside of the camp; it [is] a sin-offering.

किंतु बैल, उसकी खाल, मांस और इस प्रक्रिया में उत्पन्‍न गोबर को छावनी के बाहर अग्नि में जला देना, क्योंकि यह पापबलि है.

15 And you take the first ram, and Aaron and his sons have laid their hands on the head of the ram,

“फिर एक मेढ़ा भी लेना और अहरोन तथा उसके पुत्र अपना हाथ उस मेढ़े के सिर पर रखें;

16 and you have slaughtered the ram, and have taken its blood, and have sprinkled [it] around the altar,

फिर उस मेढ़े की बलि करके उसके लहू को एक साथ लेकर वेदी के आस-पास छिड़क देना.

17 and you cut the ram into its pieces, and have washed its innards, and its legs, and have put [them] on its pieces, and on its head;

फिर उस मेढ़े के टुकड़े-टुकड़े करके, उसके आंतरिक अंगों तथा टांगों को धोकर, इन सबको सिर के साथ रख देना.

18 and you have made incense with the whole ram on the altar. It [is] a burnt-offering to YHWH, a refreshing fragrance; it [is] a fire-offering to YHWH.

और पूरे मेढ़े को वेदी पर जला देना. यह याहवेह के लिए होमबलि होगी, और याहवेह के लिए अग्नि में समर्पित सुखदायक सुगंध होगा.

19 And you have taken the second ram, and Aaron has laid—his sons also—their hands on the head of the ram,

“इसके बाद दूसरा मेढ़ा अर्थात् संस्कार का मेढ़ा प्रस्तुत किया जाये और अहरोन और उनके पुत्र उस मेढ़े के सिर पर अपने हाथ रखें.

20 and you have slaughtered the ram, and have taken of its blood, and have put [it] on the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and on the tip of the right ear of his sons, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the great toe of their right foot, and have sprinkled the blood around the altar;

फिर उस मेढ़े को बलि करना, उसका कुछ रक्त लेकर अहरोन के दहिने कान पर तथा उनके दाएं हाथ एवं पांव के दाएं अंगूठों पर लगा देना तथा बाकी बचे हुए लहू को वेदी के चारों ओर छिड़क देना.

21 and you have taken of the blood which [is] on the altar, and of the anointing oil, and have sprinkled [it] on Aaron, and on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him, and he has been hallowed, he and his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.

फिर वेदी से थोड़ा लहू और अभिषेक का तेल लेकर अहरोन और उसके पुत्रों के ऊपर और उनके कपड़ों पर छिड़क देना; इससे अहरोन और उसके कपड़े तथा उसके पुत्र और उनके कपड़े पवित्र हो जायेंगे.

22 And you have taken from the ram the fat, and the fat tail, and the fat which is covering the innards, and the redundance on the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, and the right leg, for it [is] a ram of consecration,

“मेढ़े को अभिषेक वाला मानकर उसकी चर्बी, उसकी पूंछ, अंतड़ियां तथा कलेजे के ऊपर की चर्बी, दोनों गुर्दे तथा उसकी चर्बी और मेढ़े की दायीं जांघ लेना—क्योंकि यह अभिषेक का मेढ़ा है,

23 and one round cake of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one thin cake out of the basket of the unleavened things which [is] before YHWH;

और एक रोटी, तेल से चुपड़ी एक पूरी, बिना खमीर रोटी की टोकरी में से एक पपड़ी, जो याहवेह के सामने रखी गई थी;

24 and you have set the whole on the hands of Aaron, and on the hands of his sons, and have waved them [for] a wave-offering before YHWH;

ये सभी वस्तुएं अहरोन एवं उसके पुत्रों के हाथों में रखकर इन्हें याहवेह को चढ़ाने की भेंट मानकर याहवेह के आगे लहराया जाए.

25 and you have taken them out of their hand, and have made incense on the altar beside the burnt-offering, for refreshing fragrance before YHWH; it [is] a fire-offering to YHWH.

फिर वह इन वस्तुओं को लेकर होमबलि के लिए वेदी पर जलाए ताकि यह याहवेह के लिए सुखदायक सुगंध हो. यह याहवेह के लिए अग्निबलि होगी.

26 And you have taken the breast from the ram of the consecration which [is] for Aaron, and have waved it [for] a wave-offering before YHWH, and it has become your portion;

फिर अहरोन के अभिषेक के मेढ़े की छाती को लेकर याहवेह के सामने लहर की भेंट के रूप में लहराए. और वह तुम्हारा हिस्सा होगा.

27 and you have sanctified the breast of the wave-offering, and the leg of the raised-offering, which has been waved, and which has been lifted up from the ram of the consecration, of that which [is] for Aaron, and of that which [is] for his sons;

“मेढ़े के लहराए जाने की भेंट वाली छाती तथा उठाए जाने की भेंट वाला जांघ, जिसे लहराया गया था, और जिसे अभिषेक के मेढ़े में से चढ़ाया था, जो अहरोन एवं उसके पुत्रों के हिस्से में से था, पवित्र करना.

28 and it has been for Aaron and for his sons, by a continuous statute from the sons of Israel, for it [is] a raised-offering; and it is a raised-offering from the sons of Israel, from the sacrifices of their peace-offerings—their raised-offering to YHWH.

यह इस्राएल वंश से सदा के लिए अहरोन एवं उसके पुत्रों के लिए उनका हिस्सा होगा, क्योंकि यह उठाए जाने की भेंट है; यह इस्राएलियों की ओर से उनकी मेल बलियों में से याहवेह के लिए उठाए जाने की भेंट हो.

29 And the holy garments which are Aaron’s are for his sons after him, to be anointed in them and to consecrate their hand in them;

“अहरोन के बाद अहरोन के पवित्र कपड़े उसके पुत्र के होंगे, ताकि इन्हीं कपड़ों में उनको पवित्र एवं अभिषेक किया जा सके.

30 [for] seven days the priest in his stead (of his sons) puts them on when he goes into the Tent of Meeting to minister in the holy place.

अहरोन के बाद उसके पुत्रों में से जो पुरोहित बनेगा जब वह पवित्र स्थान में सेवा करने मिलनवाले तंबू में जाएगा तब अहरोन के कपड़ो को उसे सात दिन तक पहनना होगा.

31 And you take the ram of the consecration and have boiled its flesh in the holy place;

“फिर अभिषेक के उस मेढ़े को तथा उसके मांस को एक पवित्र स्थान पर पकाना.

32 and Aaron has eaten—his sons also—the flesh of the ram, and the bread which [is] in the basket, at the opening of the Tent of Meeting;

अहरोन एवं उसके पुत्र, उस मेढ़े के मांस एवं उस टोकरी की रोटी दोनों को मिलनवाले तंबू के द्वार पर खाएं.

33 and they have eaten those things by which there is atonement to consecrate their hand, to sanctify them; and a stranger does not eat [them], for they [are] holy;

इस प्रकार वे अभिषेक तथा पवित्र की गई वस्तुओं को खाएं, जिनके द्वारा प्रायश्चित किया गया था. लेकिन सामान्य व्यक्ति इसे न खाएं, क्योंकि ये वस्तुएं पवित्र हैं.

34 and if there is left of the flesh of the consecration or of the bread until the morning, then you have burned that which is left with fire; it is not eaten, for it [is] holy.

यदि अभिषेक के मांस में से कुछ मांस एवं रोटी बच जाती है तो उसे आग में जला देना, क्योंकि ये पवित्र वस्तुएं हैं.

35 And you have done thus to Aaron and to his sons, according to all that I have commanded you; [for] seven days you consecrate their hand;

“अहरोन तथा उसके पुत्रों के साथ वही करना जो उनके साथ करने के लिए मैंने तुमसे कहा हैं; सात दिन तक उनको पवित्र करते रहना.

36 and a bullock, a sin-offering, you prepare daily for the atonements, and you have atoned for the altar in your making atonement on it, and have anointed it to sanctify it;

रोज तुम पापबलि के लिए एक बछड़ा प्रायश्चित के लिए चढ़ाना. प्रायश्चित करने के समय वेदी को भी साफ़ करना. और उसे पवित्र करने के लिए उसका अभिषेक करना.

37 [for] seven days you make atonement for the altar, and have sanctified it, and the altar has been most holy; all that is coming against the altar is holy.

सात दिन तक वेदी के लिए तुम प्रायश्चित करके उसे पवित्र करना तब यह वेदी महा पवित्र हो जाएगी. जो कोई इस वेदी को छुएगा पवित्र हो जाएगा.

38 And this [is] that which you prepare on the altar: two lambs, sons of a year, daily continually;

“और एक-एक साल के दो मेमने वेदी पर रोज चढ़ाना.

39 you prepare the first lamb in the morning, and you prepare the second lamb between the evenings;

एक मेमना सुबह तथा दूसरा शाम को चढ़ाना.

40 and a tenth part of fine flour mixed with a fourth part of a hin of beaten oil, and a fourth part of a hin of wine [for] a drink-offering, [is] for the first lamb.

पहले मेमने के साथ पेरकर निकाले गए एक लीटर तेल में मिला हुआ डेढ़ किलो मैदा तथा पेय बलि के लिए एक लीटर दाखरस चढ़ाना

41 And you prepare the second lamb between the evenings; according to the present of the morning, and according to its drink-offering, you prepare for it, for refreshing fragrance, a fire-offering to YHWH—

तथा दूसरे मेमने के साथ शाम को अन्‍नबलि और पेय बलि चढ़ाना होगा, जो याहवेह के लिए चढ़ाया गया एक सुखदायक सुगंध हो जाए.

42 a continual burnt-offering for your generations [at] the opening of the Tent of Meeting before YHWH, to where I meet with you to speak to you there,

“यह याहवेह के सामने, मिलनवाले तंबू के द्वार पर जहां मैं तुमसे मिलकर बातें करूंगा, तुम्हारी समस्त पीढ़ियों द्वारा याहवेह के लिए मिलनवाले तंबू के द्वार पर नियमित रूप से होमबलि चढ़ाई जाएगी.

43 and I have met with the sons of Israel there, and it has been sanctified by My glory.

वहां मैं इस्राएलियों से मिलूंगा और वह तंबू मेरे तेज से पवित्र किया जायेगा.

44 And I have sanctified the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and I sanctify Aaron and his sons for being priests to Me,

“मैं मिलनवाले तंबू और वेदी को पवित्र करूंगा और अहरोन एवं उसके पुत्रों को भी पुरोहित के रूप में सेवा के लिए पवित्र करूंगा.

45 and I have dwelt in the midst of the sons of Israel, and have become their God,

मैं इस्राएलियों के साथ रहूंगा तथा मैं उनका परमेश्वर ठहरूंगा.

46 and they have known that I [am] their God YHWH, who has brought them out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell in their midst; I [am] their God YHWH.”

तब वे जान लेंगे कि मैं याहवेह उनका परमेश्वर हूं, जिसने उन्हें मिस्र देश से निकाला ताकि मैं उनके साथ रहूं. मैं याहवेह उनका परमेश्वर हूं.
