< Exodus 21 >
1 And these [are] the judgments which you set before them:
— Sen ularning aldigha qoyidighan höküm-belgilimiler munulardur: —
2 When you buy a Hebrew servant, he serves [for] six years, and in the seventh he goes out as a freeman for nothing;
Eger sen bir ibraniy qulni sétiwalghan bolsang, u alte yilghiche xizmitingde bolup, yettinchi yili tölemsiz hör qilinsun.
3 if he comes in by himself, he goes out by himself; if he [is] owner of a wife, then his wife has gone out with him;
U qul qilinishqa tenha halette élip kélin’gen bolsa, tenha halette ketsun. Ayali bilen birge élip kélin’gen bolsa, ayalimu uning bilen bille ketsun.
4 if his lord gives a wife to him, and she has borne sons or daughters to him—the wife and her children are her lord’s, and he goes out by himself.
Eger xojisi uninggha xotun élip bergen bolsa, shundaqla ayali uninggha oghul-qizlarni tughup bergen bolsa, ayal baliliri bilen xojisigha qélip, er yalghuz ketsun.
5 And if the servant really says: I have loved my lord, my wife, and my sons—I do not go out free,
Lékin eger qul élan qilip: «Men xojam, ayalim we balilirimgha muhebbitim bolghini üchün hör bolup ketmeymen» dése,
6 then his lord has brought him near to God, and has brought him near to the door, or to the doorpost, and his lord has bored his ear with an awl, and he has served him for all time.
undaqta uning xojisi uni Xudaning [ibadet sorunining] aldigha élip bérip, uni ishikning aldida yaki ishikning késhikining aldida turghuzsun; andin xojisi bigiz bilen uning quliqini teshsun. Shundaq qilip, u menggüge xojisining quli bolup qalidu.
7 And when a man sells his daughter for a handmaid, she does not go out according to the going out of the menservants;
Eger birkim qizini dédeklikke sétiwetken bolsa, u er qullar hör qilin’ghandek hör qilinmisun.
8 if [it is] evil in the eyes of her lord, so that he has not betrothed her, then he has let her be ransomed; he has no power to sell her to a strange people, in his dealing treacherously with her.
Eger özige xas sétiwalghan qiz xojisigha yaqmisa, undaqta u qiz terepning heq tölep uni hör qilishigha yol qoyushi kérek. Lékin xojisining uni yat xelqqe sétish hoquqi bolmaydu; chünki xojisi uninggha wapasizliq qilghandur.
9 And if he betroths her to his son, he does to her according to the right of daughters.
Eger u qizni oghligha xas békitken bolsa, undaqta u belgilimiler boyiche uninggha öz qizidek muamile qilsun.
10 If he takes another [woman] for him, he does not withdraw her food, her covering, and her habitation;
Eger xojisi yene xotun alsa, eslide emrige alghan dédikining yémek-ichmikini, kiyim-kéchikini we er-xotunchiliq burchini kémeytmisun.
11 and if he does not do these three for her, then she has gone out for nothing, without money.
Eger u shu üch ishni ada qilmisa, undaqta u bedel tölimey hör bolsun.
12 He who strikes a man so that he has died is certainly put to death;
Kimki bir ademni urup öltürüp qoysa, umu choqum öltürülsun.
13 as for him who has not laid wait, but God has brought [him] to his hand, I have even set a place for you to where he flees.
Lékin eger u kishi [ölgüchining] jénini paylap turup qesten öltürmigen, belki men Xuda uning qoli arqiliq shu kishining ölüshige yol qoyghan bolsam, undaq ehwalda Men uninggha qachidighan bir jayni orunlashturimen.
14 And when a man presumes against his neighbor to slay him with subtlety, you take him from My altar to die.
Lékin eger birsi öz qoshnisini hiyle bilen öltürimen dep, uninggha qesten hujum qilsa, u gerche [panah izdep] qurban’gahimgha qéchip kelsimu, u shu yerde tutulsun we ölümge mehkum qilinsun.
15 And he who strikes his father or his mother is certainly put to death.
Kimki öz atisi yaki anisigha qol tegküzse, choqum öltürülsun.
16 And he who steals a man, and has sold him, and he has been found in his hand, is certainly put to death.
Kimki bir ademni bulap satqan bolsa yaki uning qolida barliqi melum bolsa, jezmen öltürülüshi kérek.
17 And he who is reviling his father or his mother is certainly put to death.
Kimki öz atisi yaki anisigha lenet qilip qarghighan bolsa, jezmen öltürülüshi kérek.
18 And when men contend, and a man has struck his neighbor with a stone, or with the fist, and he does not die, but has fallen on the bed;
Eger ikki kishi urushup qélip, biri yene birini tash ya moshti bilen ursa, urulghan kishi ölmey, orun tutup yétip qalghan bolsa,
19 if he rises, and has gone up and down outside on his staff, then the striker has been acquitted; he only gives [for] his cessation, and he is thoroughly healed.
u kishi qopup hasigha tayinip tashqirigha chiqqudek bolsa, undaqta uni urghan kishi jazadin xalas qilinsun; peqet zeximlen’güchining yétip ishtin qalghan waqti üchün tölem bérip, uni dawalitip sellimaza saqaytsun.
20 And when a man strikes his manservant or his handmaid with a rod, and he has died under his hand—he is certainly avenged;
Eger birsi quli yaki dédikini tayaqta ursa, shundaqla qul yaki dédek neq meydanda ölüp ketse, uning üchün [igisi] choqum jazagha tartilsun.
21 only if he remains a day, or two days, he is not avenged, for he [is] his money.
Lékin eger tayaq yégüchi bir-ikki kün tirik tursa, undaqta qul xojayinining shexsi mal-mülki bolghini üchün, qulning jazasigha tartilmisun.
22 And when men strive, and have struck a pregnant woman, and her children have come out, and there is no harm [to them], he is certainly fined as the husband of the woman lays on him, and he has given through the judges;
Eger kishiler bir-biri bilen urushup qélip, hamilidar bir ayalni urup salsa, hamilidar ayalda balisi baldur tughulushidin bashqa zeximlinish bolmisa, ayalning érining tölem telipi boyiche hakimlarning testiqidin ötküzülüp jerimane tölisun.
23 and if there is harm [to them], then you have given life for life,
Eger [ayal yaki bala] ziyan-zexetke uchrighan bolsa, undaqta jénigha jan,
24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
közige köz, chishigha chish, qoligha qol, putigha put,
25 burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
köyükke köyük, zeximge zexim, kökke kök tölensun.
26 And when a man strikes the eye of his manservant, or the eye of his handmaid, and has destroyed it, he sends him away as a freeman for his eye;
Eger birsi öz qul ya dédikining közini urup nakar qilip qoysa, közi wejidin uni azad qilsun.
27 and if he knocks out a tooth of his manservant or a tooth of his handmaid, he sends him away as a freeman for his tooth.
Shuningdek birsi öz quli ya dédikining chishini urup chiqiriwetken bolsa, chishi wejidin uni azad qilsun».
28 And when an ox gores man or woman, and they have died, the ox is certainly stoned, and his flesh is not eaten, and the owner of the ox [is] acquitted;
Eger bir kala bir er yaki ayal kishini üsüp öltürüp qoysa, shu kala choqum chalma-kések qilinishi kérek, uning göshi yéyilmisun. Lékin kalining igisige gunah kelmisun.
29 and if the ox is [one] accustomed to gore before, and it has been testified to its owner, and he does not watch it, and it has put to death a man or woman, the ox is stoned, and its owner is also put to death.
Lékin bu uyning ilgiridin üsüsh aditi bolup, igisige bu heqte agah bérilgen bolsa, lékin yenila uni baghlimighini üchün er-ayal kishilerni üsüp öltürüp qoyghan bolsa, undaqta kala chalma-kések qilinsun, igisimu ölümge mehkum qilinsun.
30 If atonement is laid on him, then he has given the ransom of his life, according to all that is laid on him;
Lékin uningdin xun heqqi telep qilinsa, öz jénining ornida uninggha qanchilik tölem qoyulghan bolsa shuni bersun.
31 whether it gores a son or gores a daughter, according to this judgment it is done to him.
Kalidin üsülgüchi oghul yaki qiz bala bolsa, kalining igisi oxshashla yuqiriqi hökümdikidek bir terep qilinsun.
32 If the ox gores a manservant or a handmaid, he gives thirty silver shekels to their lord, and the ox is stoned.
Kala qul yaki dédekni üsken bolsa, kalining igisi üsülgüchining xojisigha ottuz shekel kümüsh bersun; andin kala chalma-kések qilinsun.
33 And when a man opens a pit, or when a man digs a pit, and does not cover it, and an ox or donkey has fallen [in] there—
Eger birsi bir orining aghzini ochuq qoyup yaki kolawatqan orining aghzini yapmay, kala yaki éshek uninggha chüshüp ketse,
34 the owner of the pit repays, he gives back money to its owner, and the dead is his.
Undaqta orining igisi mal igisining ziyinini toluq tölep bersun; ölgen mal uningki bolidu.
35 And when a man’s ox strikes the ox of his neighbor and it has died, then they have sold the living ox, and halved its money, and they also halve the dead one;
Eger birsining kalisi yene birsining kalisini üsüp öltürüp qoyghan bolsa, undaqta ular tirik qalghan kalini sétip, pulni barawer bölüshsun hem ölük kalinimu shundaq bölüshsun.
36 or, [if] it has been known that the ox is [one] accustomed to gore before, and its owner does not watch it, he certainly repays ox for ox, and the dead is his.
Lékin kalining ilgiridin üsidighan aditi barliqi éniq turup, igisi uni baghlimay qoyuwetken bolsa, undaqta üsküchi kalining igisi kaligha kala tölep bersun, ölük kala uning bolsun.
