Exodus 11
1 And YHWH says to Moses, “One more plague I bring in on Pharaoh and on Egypt, afterward he sends you away from this; when he is sending you away, he surely casts you out from this [place] altogether;
Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Una plaga aun traeré sobre Faraón, y sobre Egipto: después de la cual él os dejará ir de aquí, y enviando os echará de aquí del todo.
2 now speak in the ears of the people, and they ask—each man from his neighbor, and each woman from her neighbor—[for] vessels of silver and vessels of gold.”
Habla ahora al pueblo, que cada uno demande a su vecino, y cada una a su vecina, vasos de plata y de oro.
3 And YHWH gives the grace of the people in the eyes of the Egyptians; also the man Moses [is] very great in the land of Egypt, in the eyes of the servants of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of the people.
Y Jehová dio gracia al pueblo en los ojos de los Egipcios. También Moisés era muy gran varón en la tierra de Egipto delante de los siervos de Faraón, y delante del pueblo.
4 And Moses says, “Thus said YHWH: About midnight I am going out into the midst of Egypt,
Y dijo Moisés: Jehová ha dicho así: A la media noche yo saldré por medio de Egipto:
5 and every firstborn in the land of Egypt has died, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who is sitting on his throne, to the firstborn of the maidservant who [is] behind the millstones, and all the firstborn of beasts;
Y morirá todo primogénito en tierra de Egipto, desde el primogénito de Faraón, que está asentado en su trono, hasta el primogénito de la sierva, que está tras la muela; y todo primogénito de las bestias.
6 and there has been a great cry in all the land of Egypt, such as there has not been, and such as there is not again;
Y habrá gran clamor por toda la tierra de Egipto, cual nunca fue, ni nunca será.
7 and against all the sons of Israel a dog does not sharpen its tongue, from man even to beast, so that you know that YHWH makes a separation between the Egyptians and Israel.
Mas en todos los hijos de Israel no habrá perro que mueva su lengua, desde el hombre hasta la bestia, para que sepáis que hará diferencia Jehová entre los Egipcios y los Israelitas.
8 And all these servants of yours have come down to me, and bowed themselves to me, saying, Go out, you and all the people who [are] at your feet; and afterward I go out”; and he goes out from Pharaoh in the heat of anger.
Y descenderán a mí todos estos tus siervos, e inclinados delante de mí dirán: Sal tú, y todo el pueblo que está debajo de ti. Y después de esto yo saldré. Y salióse muy enojado de delante de Faraón.
9 And YHWH says to Moses, “Pharaoh does not listen to you, so as to multiply My wonders in the land of Egypt”;
Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Faraón no os oirá, para que mis maravillas se multipliquen en la tierra de Egipto.
10 and Moses and Aaron have done all these wonders before Pharaoh, and YHWH strengthens Pharaoh’s heart, and he has not sent the sons of Israel out of his land.
Y Moisés y Aarón hicieron todos estos prodigios delante de Faraón: mas Jehová había endurecido el corazón de Faraón, y no envió a los hijos de Israel de su tierra.
