< Ephesians 4 >

1 I, the prisoner of the LORD, then call on you to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called,
Aduga Ibungogidamak phadok oiriba eihakna, Tengban Mapuna koubiba adugi matik chaba punsi marel aduda hingnanaba nakhoida insinjari.
2 with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love,
Matam pumnamakta nollukpa, pukning tappa amasung akhaang kanba oibiyu. Amaga amaga khaangnabagi mapanna nakhoigi nungsiba adu utlu.
3 being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace;
Nakhoibu amata oina punsinbiriba ingthaba adugi mapanna Thawai Asengbana pibiba apunbagi lipun adu ngaktuna thamnaba kanna hotnabiyu.
4 one body and one Spirit, according as you were also called in one hope of your calling;
Tengban Mapuna nakhoibu koubikhiba matamda nakhoibu asha amada koubikhiba adugumna hakchang ama amasung Thawai ama lei.
5 one Lord, one faith, one immersion,
Aduga Ibungo ama, thajaba ama amasung baptize louba ama lei;
6 one God and Father of all, who [is] over all, and through all, and in you all,
Tengban Mapu ama lei, mahakti eikhoi pumnamakki Ipani. Mahakna pumnamakki mathakta palli, pumnamakta thabak toubi, pumnamakta leibi.
7 and to each one of you was given grace, according to the measure of the gift of Christ,
Adubu Christtana yenthokpibagi matung-inna pibikhraba akhannaba khudol adu eikhoi khudingmakna phangjare.
8 for this reason, it says, “Having gone up on high He led captive captivity, and gave gifts to men.”
Maram asimakna Mapugi Puyana asumna hai, “Mahakna awangba maphamda kakhatpa matamda, Mahakka loinana mahakna yamlaba lanphasingbu pure; Aduga mahakki misingda khudol pibire.”
9 And that, He went up, what is it except that He also went down first into the lower parts of the earth?
Masida, “mahakna kakhatpa” hairibasi karino? Masida hairiba asi mahakna malemgi khwaidagi nemba mapham aduda hanna kumtharakkhi haibani.
10 He who went down is the same who also went up far above all the heavens, that He may fill all things—
Maram aduna makhada kumlakkhiba mahak asi taibangpan apumbabu thalhannaba nongmadon atiya pumnamaktagisu henna wangna mathakta kakhatkhiba mahak adumakni.
11 and He gave some [as] apostles, and some [as] prophets, and some [as] proclaimers of good news, and some [as] shepherds and teachers,
Aduga mahakna mi kharabuna pakhonchatpa, kharana Tengban Mapugi wa phongdokpa, khara amana Aphaba Pao sandokpa aduga khara amana amuk pastor amasung ojasing oinaba pibire.
12 to the perfecting of the holy ones, for a work of ministry, for a building up of the body of the Christ,
Mahakna masi Christtagi hakchang adubu sagatnabagidamak Tengban Mapugi mi pumnamakpu thougalgi thabakkidamak thourang tounaba toubibani.
13 until we may all come to the unity of faith and of the recognition of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to a measure of stature of the fullness of the Christ,
Aduga masi eikhoi pumnamakna thajabada amadi Tengban Mapugi Machanupa adubu khangbada amata oiba adu youdriphaoba amasung mapung phaba oiraktuna, Christtagi mapungphaba adugi awangba chang adu oiraktriba phaobagini.
14 that we may no longer be children, being tossed by waves and being carried around by every wind of the teaching, in the cunning of men, in craftiness, to the scheming of leading astray,
Adudagi eikhoi ithakna koipu puba amadi misingbu makhoina semba taatna aranbada chingba lounam touba misinggi tambibagi nungsit khudingna koihum humba apikpa angangsing amuk oiraroi.
15 and [speaking] truth in love, we may increase to Him [in] all things, who is the head—the Christ;
Madugi mahutta, achumba adu nungsina ngangduna, maram khudingda eikhoina chaokhattuna, henna henna makok oiriba Christtagum oirakkadabani.
16 from whom the whole body, being fitly joined together and united, through the supply of every joint, according to the working in the measure of each single part, the increase of the body makes for the building up of itself in love.
Mahakki pangal makhada tongan tonganba hakchang kayat pumnamak samjinnei, aduga samjinnapham khudingmak phajinnabagi mapanna hakchang apumba adu chetna thammi. Maram aduna tongangba kayatsingna magi magi toupham thokpa adu tourabada, hakchang apumba adu chaokhatlak-i amasung nungsibagi mapanna madu mathanta sagatchei.
17 This, then, I say, and I testify in the LORD: you are no longer to walk, as also the other nations walk, in the vanity of their mind,
Maram aduna Ibungogi mingda eina nakhoida cheksin wa asi hairi, mamal yaodaba wakhal chelliba, Tengban Mapu khangdaba misinggumna nakhoina amuk hingganu.
18 being darkened in the understanding, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart,
Makhoigi pukningdi amambada lei. Tengban Mapuna pinabiba punsi aduda makhoigi saruk leite, maramdi makhoina kari amata khangde amasung ngak kalli.
19 who, having ceased to feel, gave themselves up to the licentiousness, for the working of all uncleanness in greediness;
Makhoigi ikaiba khangbagi wakhal pumnamak mangkhre; makhoina oktaba lamchatta masamakpu pithokchei amasung makhal khudingmakki sengdaba pumnamak karaambaga loinana makhoina tou-i.
20 and you did not so learn the Christ,
Adumakpu nakhoina Christtagi maramda tamkhiba adudi madu natte!
21 if [it] so be [that] you heard Him, and were taught in Him, as truth is in Jesus;
Nakhoina tasengna mahakki maramda takhre, aduga mahakki tung-inba ama oina nakhoina Jisuda leiba achumba adu tamkhre.
22 concerning the former behavior you are to put off the old man, that is corrupt according to the desires of the deceit,
Maram aduna nakhoina hanna hinglamba punsi aduda nakhoibu hinghalliba ariba mi haibadi lounam chaoba apambasing aduna mang-hankhraba ariba mi adu thadok-u.
23 and to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
Nakhoigi thamoi amasung pukning pumnou nouhanduna,
24 and to put on the new man, which, according to God, was created in righteousness and kindness of the truth.
Achumba chatpa amadi asengbada, Tengban Mapu manna semkhraba anouba mi adu nakhoina setlo.
25 For this reason, putting away the lying, each speak truth with his neighbor, because we are members of one another;
Maram aduna minamba amuk nganglaganu! Nakhoi khudingna atoppa thajaba ichil inaosingda achumba ngang-u, maramdi eikhoi pumnamak Christtagi hakchanggi kayat oiminnari.
26 be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your wrath,
Nahakna saoba matamda, nahakki asaoba aduna nahakpu papta tahan-ganu, aduga nahakki asaobadu numit chuppa leihanganu.
27 neither give place to the Devil;
Devil-da khudongchaba piganu.
28 whoever is stealing let him no longer steal, but rather let him labor, working the thing that is good with the hands, that he may have to impart to him having need.
Huranduna leiramba mahak adunasu amuk hurandaduna sengna hingnanaba amadi awatpa leiriba misingda pangbiba ngamnaba makhutmakna thabak susanu.
29 Let no corrupt word go forth out of your mouth, but what is good to the necessary building up, that it may give grace to the hearers;
Nakhoigi nachindagi karigumba phattaba wahei amatta thok-han-ganu. Adubu atabasingda aphaba oinanaba kanaba waheising haibadi semgatpiba amadi mathou taba adubu thunghanbiba wa adukhakta ngang-u.
30 and do not make the Holy Spirit of God sorrowful, in which you were sealed to [the] day of redemption.
Handokpibagi numit adugidamak nakhoibu chum nambikhraba Tengban Mapugi Thawai Asengba adubu wahan-ganu.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice,
Pukning khaba, meihouna saoba, asaoba, khatna cheinaba amadi thina ngangba, loinana makhal khudinggi tukkachaningai oiba wakhal, pumnamak adu thadok-u.
32 and become kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, according as God also forgave you in Christ.
Madugi mahutta, nakhoi amaga amagagi marakta chanbiheiba amadi pukning nouba oibiyu, aduga Tengban Mapunasu Christtagi mapanna nakhoibu kokpiba adugumna nakhoi amaga amaga koknou.
