< Ephesians 2 >

1 Also you—being dead in trespasses and sins,
Mu thama beno bu luba bafua mu zinzimbala zieno ayi mu masumu meno;
2 in which you once walked according to the age of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience, (aiōn g165)
mu mawu beno ludiatila boso buididi ntoto wawu ayi boso buididi Pfumu yi lulendo lu mbimbi, pheve yinsalanga mu batu badi matingu. (aiōn g165)
3 among whom we also all walked once in the desires of our flesh, doing the wishes of the flesh and of the thoughts, and were by nature children of wrath—as also the others,
Beto mamveto, tuba banga bawu; tuzingila boso bubela zinzinunu zieto zi kinsuni ayi tudukisa luzolo lu nsuni ayi lu mayindu meto. Mu kimutu beto tuba batu bobo zinganzi zi Nzambi zifueti buila banga batu bankaka.
4 but God, being rich in kindness, because of His great love with which He loved us,
Vayi Nzambi nkua kimvuama mu kiadi mu diambu di luzolo lunneni lolokatuzodila;
5 even being dead in the trespasses, made us alive together with the Christ (by grace you are saved),
wutuzingisa va kimosi ayi Klisto; beto bobo tuba bafua mu diambu di zinzimbala zieto. Mu nlemvo luvukila.
6 and raised [us] up together, and sat [us] together in the heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus,
Wutufulukisa va kimosi ayi niandi ayi wutuvuandisa va kimosi, mu Diyilu, mu Klisto Yesu
7 that He might show, in the ages that are coming, the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus, (aiōn g165)
mu diambu katumonisa mu zitsungi ziela kuiza bunneni bu kimvuama ki nlemvo andi mu diambu di mamboti mandi kuidi beto mu Klisto Yesu. (aiōn g165)
8 for by grace you are saved, through faith, and this [is] not of yourselves—[it is] the gift of God,
Bila mu nlemvo luvukila; mu nzila yi minu. Luvulusu beni lusia ba kuidi beno ko vayi didi dikaba di Nzambi.
9 not of works, that no one may boast;
Bika sia ti mu mavanga luvukila muingi mutu kabika kuandi kukiniemisa.
10 for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus on good works, which God prepared before, that we may walk in them.
Bila beto tuidi bivangu biandi; tuvangu mu Klisto Yesu mu diambu di vanganga mavanga mamboti momo Nzambi kakubika tona thama muingi tusadila mawu.
11 For this reason, remember, that you [were] once the nations in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that called Circumcision in the flesh made by hands,
Diawu, lutebuka moyo ti beno luba Bapakanu mu nsuni, baba kulutedilanga batu bakambu zengo kuidi bobo baba tedilanga bazengo. Nzengolo beni yivangimina, mu nitu, mu mioko mi batu.
12 that you were at that time apart from Christ, having been alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of the promise, having no hope, and without God in the world;
Lutebuka moyo ti mu thangu beni, beno luba bavambana ayi Klisto, lusia ba minsua mu vuanda mu divula di Iseli ko bila luba banzenza mu zinguizani ziozi zivanunu tsila; luba batu basobolo kuidi Nzambi ko bila luba banzenza mu zinguizani zi Nzambi zivanunu tsila; luba batu bakambulu diana ayi bakambulu Nzambi va ntoto.
13 but now, in Christ Jesus, you being once far off became near in the blood of the Christ,
Vayi buabu, mu Klisto Yesu; beno lutuama ba thama ayi Nzambi vayi luyikidi bafikama mu diambu di menga matengula Klisto.
14 for He is our peace, who made both one, and broke down the middle wall of the partition of hostility,
Bila niandi ndembama yeto. Niandi wukitula Bayuda ayi Bapakanumutu wumosi ayi niandi wutiolumuna baka ki kithatu kioki kiba vambisa.
15 the enmity in His flesh, having done away [with] the Law of the commands in ordinances, that He might create the two into one new man in Himself, making peace,
Bila mu nsuni andi niandi wuvonda mina va kimosi ayi zithumunu ziandiayi minsiku miandi. Diodi divangimina mu diambu di vanga mu niandi veka mutu wumosi wumona wuntotukila mu batu buadi. Buawu bobo kakotisila ndembama.
16 and might reconcile both in one body to God through the Cross, having slain the enmity by it,
Mu diambu kabaka bu vutudila, mu nzila yi dikulusi, nguizani yi bawu buadi mu nitu yimosi kuidi Nzambi bu kavondila kimbeni kiawu va dikulusi.
17 and having come, He proclaimed good news—peace to you—the far-off and the near,
Klisto wuyiza ayi wusamuna ndembama kuidi beno luba thama ayi wusamuna ndembama kuidi bobo baba bafikama.
18 because through Him we have the access—we both—in one Spirit to the Father.
Bila, mu diambu diandi, beto yawu tubeki minsua mu kota kuidi Tata mu Pheve yimosi.
19 Then, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow-citizens of the holy ones, and of the household of God,
Diawu, beno lusiedi diaka banzenza ko voti minkibi ko, vayi lueka buabu basi tsi va kimosi ayi banlongo ayi basi nzo yi Nzambi.
20 being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being chief corner-[stone],
Beno lutungu va yilu fundasio yi bamvuala ayi mimbikudi. Yesu Klisto, niandi ditadi di mfunu di fuma.
21 in whom all the building fitly framed together increases to a holy temple in the LORD,
Mu niandi nzo yoso yibundusulu va kimosi ayi yilembo yundukamu diambu yiba Nzo yi Nzambi yinlongo mu Pfumu.
22 in whom you also are built together, for a habitation of God in the Spirit.
Ayi mu niandi, beno lulembo tungulu va kimosi mu diambu lukituka nzo yimvuandanga Nzambi mu Pheve.
