< Deuteronomy 6 >

1 “And this [is] the command, the statutes and the judgments which your God YHWH has commanded to teach you to do in the land which you are passing over there to possess it,
Tala mibeko, bikateli mpe malako oyo Yawe, Nzambe na bino, atindi ngai koteya bino mpo ete bosalela yango kati na mokili oyo bokokota mpo na kokamata yango,
2 so that you fear your God YHWH, to keep all His statutes and His commands which I am commanding you, you, and your son, and your son’s son, all [the] days of your life, and so that your days are prolonged.
mpo ete yo, bana na yo mpe bakitani na yo, botosa Yawe, Nzambe na bino, tango nyonso oyo bokozala na bomoi na kobatelaka bikateli na Ye nyonso mpe mibeko oyo napesi bino mpo ete bozala na bomoi molayi.
3 And you have heard, O Israel, and observed to do [them], that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply exceedingly, as YHWH, God of your fathers, has spoken to you, [in] the land flowing with milk and honey.
Oh Isalaele, yoka malamu! Senzela ete otosa yango mpo ete ozala malamu mpe bokoma ebele na mokili oyo ezali kobimisa miliki mpe mafuta ya nzoyi, ndenge Yawe Nzambe ya bakoko na bino alakaki bino.
4 Hear, O Israel: Our God YHWH—YHWH [is] one!
Isalaele, yoka malamu! Yawe azali Nzambe na biso, Yawe azali kaka moko.
5 And you have loved your God YHWH with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
Okolinga Yawe, Nzambe na yo, na motema na yo mobimba, na molimo na yo mobimba mpe na makasi na yo nyonso.
6 And these words which I am commanding you today have been on your heart,
Tika ete mibeko oyo napesi yo lelo, ewumela kati na motema na yo.
7 and you have repeated them to your sons, and spoken of them in your sitting in your house, and in your walking in the way, and in your lying down, and in your rising up,
Okoteyaka yango na bana na yo tango ozali na ndako, tango ozali kotambola na nzela, tango olali mpe tango olamuki.
8 and have bound them for a sign on your hand, and they have been for frontlets between your eyes,
Kanga yango na maboko na yo lokola bilembo mpe tia yango na elongi na yo lokola elembo.
9 and you have written them on doorposts of your house and on your gates.
Koma yango na makonzi ya ndako na yo mpe na bikuke na yo.
10 And it has been, when your God YHWH brings you into the land which He has sworn to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give to you great and good cities which you have not built,
Tango Yawe, Nzambe na yo, akokotisa yo na mokili oyo alapelaki ndayi epai ya bakoko na yo, epai ya Abrayami, Izaki, mpe Jakobi mpo na kopesa yo bingumba ya minene mpe ya malamu oyo yo otongaki te,
11 and houses full of all good things which you have not filled, and wells dug which you have not dug, vineyards and olive-yards which you have not planted, that you have eaten and been satisfied.
bandako etonda na biloko ya malamu ya ndenge na ndenge oyo yo otiaki te, mabulu ya mayi oyo yo otimolaki te, bilanga ya vino mpe ya olive oyo yo olonaki te; boye tango okolia mpe okotonda;
12 Take heed to yourself lest you forget YHWH who has brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of a house of servants.
keba ete obosana Yawe te oyo abimisaki yo na Ejipito, mokili ya bowumbu.
13 You fear your God YHWH, and you serve Him, and you swear by His Name.
Tosa Yawe, Nzambe na yo; salela kaka Ye mpe lapa ndayi na yo na Kombo na Ye.
14 You do not go after other gods, of the gods of the peoples who [are] around you,
Kosalela banzambe mosusu te, banzambe ya bato oyo bazingeli yo;
15 for your God YHWH [is] a zealous God in your midst—lest the anger of your God YHWH burns against you, and He has destroyed you from off the face of the ground.
pamba te Yawe, Nzambe na yo, oyo azali kati na yo, azali Nzambe ya zuwa, mpo ete asilikela yo te mpe abebisa yo te na mokili.
16 You do not try your God YHWH as you tried [Him] in Massah.
Komeka te Yawe, Nzambe na yo, ndenge osalaki na Masa.
17 You diligently keep the commands of your God YHWH, and His testimonies and His statutes which He has commanded you,
Batela malamu mibeko, mitindo mpe bikateli ya Yawe, Nzambe na yo, oyo apesi yo.
18 and you have done that which is right and good in the eyes of YHWH, so that it is well with you, and you have gone in and possessed the good land which YHWH has sworn to your fathers,
Sala oyo ezali alima mpe malamu na miso ya Yawe, mpo ete ozala moto ya esengo, mpo ete okota, mpe mpo ete okamata mokili ya malamu oyo Yawe alakaki kopesa na bakoko na yo na nzela ya ndayi,
19 to drive away all your enemies from your presence, as YHWH has spoken.
na kobengana banguna na yo nyonso liboso na yo, ndenge Yawe alobaki.
20 When your son asks you hereafter, saying, What [are] the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments which our God YHWH has commanded you?
Na mikolo ekoya, soki mwana na yo ya mobali atuni yo: Mitindo, bikateli mpe mibeko oyo Yawe, Nzambe na biso, atinda yo, elingi kolakisa nini?
21 Then you have said to your son, We have been servants of Pharaoh in Egypt, and YHWH brings us out of Egypt by a high hand;
Okoloba na ye: Tozalaki bawumbu ya Faraon na Ejipito, kasi Yawe abimisaki biso na Ejipito na loboko na ye ya nguya.
22 and YHWH gives signs and wonders, great and severe, on Egypt, on Pharaoh, and on all his house, before our eyes;
Yawe asalaki na miso na biso bilembo minene mpe bikamwa, ya minene mpe ya somo na Ejipito, na Faraon mpe na ndako na ye mobimba.
23 and He has brought us out from there, in order to bring us in, to give to us the land which He had sworn to our fathers.
Kasi abimisaki biso kuna mpo na kokotisa biso mpe kopesa biso mokili oyo alakaki na bakoko na biso na ndayi oyo alapaki.
24 And YHWH commands us to do all these statutes, to fear our God YHWH, for good to ourselves [for] all the days, to keep us alive, as [at] this day;
Yawe atindaki biso kotosa mibeko oyo nyonso mpe kobanga Yawe, Nzambe na biso, mpo ete tozala tango nyonso malamu mpe tozala na bomoi ndenge ezali lelo.
25 and it is righteousness for us when we observe to do all this command before our God YHWH, as He has commanded us.”
Mpe soki totosi malamu mibeko nyonso oyo, liboso ya Yawe, Nzambe na biso, ndenge atindaki biso, wana tokozala bato ya sembo.
