< Deuteronomy 27 >
1 And Moses and [the] elderly of Israel command the people, saying, “Keep all the command which I am commanding you today;

2 and it has been, in the day that you pass over the Jordan to the land which your God YHWH is giving to you, that you have raised up great stones for yourself, and plastered them with plaster,
Mgbe ị gabigara osimiri Jọdan ruo nʼala ahụ Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị na-enye gị, bukọtaanụ nkume buru ibu nʼotu ebe, jirikwa ụrọ ọcha techie ha.
3 and written on them all the words of this law in your passing over, so that you go into the land which your God YHWH is giving to you—a land flowing with milk and honey, as YHWH, God of your fathers, has spoken to you.
Depụta nʼelu nkume ndị ahụ iwu na ụkpụrụ ndị a mgbe ị batara nʼala ahụ mmiri ara ehi na mmanụ aṅụ na-eru nʼime ya, nke Onyenwe anyị Chineke nna nna gị kwere nkwa inye gị.
4 And it has been, in your passing over the Jordan, you raise up these stones which I am commanding you today, in Mount Ebal, and you have plastered them with plaster,
Mgbe ị nọkwa nʼofe ọzọ nke osimiri Jọdan, doo nkume ukwu ndị a nʼugwu Ebal, dịka m na-enye gị nʼiwu taa. Jirikwa ụrọ ọcha techie ha.
5 and built an altar there to your God YHWH, an altar of stones; you do not wave iron over them.
Wuokwara Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị ebe ịchụ aja ya nʼebe ahụ. Ebe ịchụ aja eji naanị nkume wuo, nke ejighị ihe ngwa ọrụ igwe rụọ ihe bụla na ya.
6 You build the altar of your God YHWH [with] complete stones, and have caused burnt-offerings to ascend on it to your God YHWH,
Jiri nkume a na-awaghị awa wuore Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị ebe ịchụ aja ahụ, chụọkwa aja nʼelu ya nye Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị.
7 and sacrificed peace-offerings, and eaten there, and rejoiced before your God YHWH,
Chụọ aja udo nʼebe ahụ, rie ha, ma ṅụrịakwa ọṅụ nʼihu Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị.
8 and written on the stones all the words of this law, well engraved.”
Depụta iwu ndị a nke ọma, nʼelu nkume ndị ahụ i guzobere.”
9 And Moses speaks—the priests, the Levites, also—to all Israel, saying, “Keep silent and hear, O Israel: This day you have become a people for your God YHWH;
Mgbe ahụ, Mosis na ndị nchụaja, bụ ndị Livayị, gwakwara ndị Izrel niile okwu sị, “Nọọnụ jii, gị Izrel, gekwaa ntị! Taa, ị ghọọla ndị nke Onyenwe anyị Chineke unu.
10 and you have listened to the voice of your God YHWH, and done His commands and His statutes which I am commanding you today.”
Nʼihi ya debe iwu niile Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị na ụkpụrụ niile ndị m nyere gị taa.”
11 And Moses commands the people on that day, saying,
Nʼotu ụbọchị ahụ ka Mosis nyere ha iwu sị,
12 “These stand on Mount Gerizzim to bless the people, in your passing over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.
Mgbe unu gafere Jọdan, ebo ndị a: Simiọn, na Livayị na Juda na Isaka na Josef na Benjamin, ga-eguzo nʼelu ugwu Gerizim gọzie ụmụ Izrel
13 And these stand, for the reviling, on Mount Ebal: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.”
Agbụrụ Ruben, Gad, Asha, Zebụlọn, Dan na Naftalị ga-eguzo nʼelu ugwu Ebal kwupụta ọbụbụ ọnụ.
14 And the Levites have answered and said to every man of Israel [with] a loud voice:

15 “Cursed [is] the man who makes a carved and molten image, an abomination [to] YHWH, work of the hands of a craftsman, and has put [it] in a secret place.” And all the people have answered and said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka mmadụ ahụ bụ nke na-apị arụsị maọbụ oyiyi ọbụla, akaọrụ onye ǹka, nke bụ ihe arụ nʼanya Onyenwe anyị, ma na-eguzobe ya na nzuzo.” Ndị mmadụ niile ga-aza sị, “Amen.”
16 “Cursed [is] he who is making light of his father and his mother.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ, nke na-elelị nna ya na nne ya.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
17 “Cursed [is] he who is removing his neighbor’s border.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ nke na-ehigharị oke ala onye agbataobi ya.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
18 “Cursed [is] he who is causing the blind to err in the way.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ nke na-eduhie onye ìsì ụzọ.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
19 “Cursed [is] he who is turning aside the judgment of fatherless, sojourner, and widow.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ nke na-adịghị ekpe ikpe ziri ezi nye ndị ọbịa, na ụmụ mgbei, na ndị inyom di ha nwụrụ.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
20 “Cursed [is] he who is lying with his father’s wife, for he has uncovered his father’s skirt.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ nke na-abakwuru nwunye nna ya soro ya dinaa, nʼihi na o merụọla ihe ndina nna ya.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
21 “Cursed [is] he who is lying with any beast.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ nke ya na anụmanụ ọbụla na-edina.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
22 “Cursed [is] he who is lying with his sister, daughter of his father or daughter of his mother.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ, nke ya na nwanne ya nwanyị na-akwa iko, bụ nwanne ya nke nne ya mụrụ, maọbụ nke nwunye nna ya mụrụ.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
23 “Cursed [is] he who is lying with his mother-in-law.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ, nke ya na nne nwunye ya na-edina.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
24 “Cursed [is] he who is striking his neighbor in secret.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ, nke na-etigbu mmadụ ibe ya na nzuzo.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
25 “Cursed [is] he who is taking a bribe to strike a person, innocent blood.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ, nke na-anara ngarị maka itigbu onye na-emeghị ihe ọjọọ ọbụla.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
26 “Cursed [is] he who does not establish the words of this law, to do them.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
“Onye a bụrụ ọnụ ka onye ahụ bụ, nke na-adịghị eme ka iwu ndị a guzosie ike site na-edebeghị ha.” Ụmụ Izrel niile ga-aza, “Amen.”
