Deuteronomy 10
1 “At that time YHWH has said to me, Hew two tablets of stone for yourself like the first, and come up to Me into the mountain, and you have made an ark of wood for yourself,
౧అప్పుడు యెహోవా “నువ్వు మొదటి పలకల వంటివి రెండు రాతిపలకలు చెక్కి, కొండ ఎక్కి నా దగ్గరికి రా. అలాగే చెక్కతో ఒక పెట్టె చేసుకో.
2 and I write on the tablets the words which were on the first tablets, which you have broken, and you have placed them in the Ark.
౨నువ్వు పగలగొట్టిన మొదటి పలకల మీద ఉన్న మాటలను నేను ఈ పలకల మీద రాసిన తరవాత వాటిని నువ్వు ఆ పెట్టెలో ఉంచాలి” అని నాతో చెప్పాడు.
3 And I make an ark of shittim wood, and hew two tablets of stone like the first, and go up to the mountain with the two tablets in my hand.
౩కాబట్టి నేను తుమ్మకర్రతో ఒక పెట్టె చేయించి మొదటి పలకలవంటి రెండు రాతి పలకలను చెక్కి వాటిని పట్టుకుని కొండ ఎక్కాను.
4 And He writes on the tablets according to the first writing, the Ten Commandments, which YHWH has spoken to you in the mountain, out of the midst of the fire, in the day of the assembly, and YHWH gives them to me,
౪మీరు సమావేశమైన రోజున ఆయన ఆ కొండ మీద అగ్నిలో నుండి మీతో పలికిన పది ఆజ్ఞలనూ మొదట రాసినట్టే ఆ పలకల మీద రాశాడు. యెహోవా వాటిని నాకిచ్చిన తరువాత నేను కొండ దిగి వచ్చి
5 and I turn and come down from the mountain, and put the tablets in the Ark which I had made, and they are there, as YHWH commanded me.
౫నేను చేసిన మందసంలో ఆ పలకలు ఉంచాను. అదుగో, యెహోవా నాకాజ్ఞాపించినట్టు వాటిని దానిలో ఉంచాను.
6 And the sons of Israel have journeyed from Beeroth of the sons of Jaakan to Mosera; Aaron died there, and he is buried there, and his son Eleazar acts as priest in his stead.
౬ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలు యహకానీయులకు చెందిన బెయేరోతు నుండి బయలుదేరి మోసేరుకు వచ్చినప్పుడు అహరోను చనిపోయాడు. అక్కడ అతణ్ణి సమాధి చేశారు. అతని కొడుకు ఎలియాజరు అతని స్థానంలో యాజకుడయ్యాడు.
7 From there they journeyed to Gudgodah, and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land of brooks of water.
౭అక్కడ నుండి వారు గుద్గోదకు, గుద్గోద నుండి నీటివాగులతో నిండి ఉండే యొత్బాతా ప్రాంతానికి ప్రయాణమయ్యారు.
8 At that time YHWH has separated the tribe of Levi to carry the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH, to stand before YHWH, to serve Him, and to bless in His Name to this day;
౮అప్పటి వరకూ జరుగుతున్నట్టు యెహోవా నిబంధన మందసాన్ని మోయడానికి, యెహోవా సన్నిధిలో నిలబడి సేవించడానికి, ప్రజలను ఆయన పేరిట దీవించడానికి ఆ సమయంలో యెహోవా లేవీ గోత్రం వారిని ఎన్నుకున్నాడు.
9 therefore there has not been a portion and inheritance for Levi with his brothers; YHWH Himself [is] his inheritance, as your God YHWH has spoken to him.
౯అందుకే లేవీయులు తమ సోదరులతో పాటు స్వాస్థ్యం పొందలేదు. మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా వారితో చెప్పినట్టు వారి స్వాస్థ్యం ఆయనే.
10 And I have stood in the mountain, as the former days, [for] forty days and forty nights, and YHWH also listens to me at that time; YHWH has not willed to destroy you.
౧౦ఇంతకు ముందులాగా నేను నలభై పగళ్లు, నలభై రాత్రులు కొండ మీద ఉన్నప్పుడు యెహోవా నా మనవి ఆలకించి మిమ్మల్ని నాశనం చేయడం మానుకున్నాడు.
11 And YHWH says to me, Rise, go to journey before the people, and they go in and possess the land which I have sworn to their fathers to give to them.
౧౧యెహోవా నాతో “ఈ ప్రజలు నేను వారి పూర్వీకులకు వాగ్దానం చేసిన దేశంలో ప్రవేశించి స్వాధీనం చేసుకొనేలా వారికి ముందుగా నడువు” అని చెప్పాడు.
12 And now, O Israel, what is your God YHWH asking from you, except to fear your God YHWH, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve your God YHWH with all your heart and with all your soul,
౧౨కాబట్టి ఇశ్రాయేలూ, మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు భయపడి ఆయన మార్గాల్లో నడుస్తూ, ఆయన్ని ప్రేమించి, మీ పూర్ణ మనస్సుతో, మీ పూర్ణాత్మతో సేవించు.
13 to keep the commands of YHWH, and His statutes which I am commanding you today, for good for you?
౧౩మీ మేలు కోసం ఈ రోజు నేను మీకు ఆజ్ఞాపించే యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞలను, కట్టడలను పాటించడం తప్ప మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మిమ్మల్ని ఇంకేమి కోరుతున్నాడు?
14 Behold, the heavens, even the heavens of the heavens, [belong] to your God YHWH, [as does] the earth and all that [is] in it.
౧౪చూడు, ఆకాశ మహాకాశాలు, భూమి, వాటిలో ఉన్నదంతా మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవావే.
15 Only, YHWH has delighted in your fathers, to love them, and He fixes on their seed after them—on you, out of all the peoples, as [at] this day.
౧౫అయితే యెహోవా మీ పూర్వీకులను ప్రేమించి వారి విషయంలో సంతోషించి వారి సంతానమైన మిమ్మల్ని మిగిలిన ప్రజలందరిలో ఈ రోజు ఏర్పాటు చేసుకున్నాడు.
16 And you have circumcised the foreskin of your heart, and you do not harden your neck anymore.
౧౬కాబట్టి మీరు మూర్ఖంగా ప్రవర్తించకుండా సున్నతి లేని మీ హృదయాలకు సున్నతి చేసుకోండి.
17 For He, your God YHWH, [is] God of the gods and Lord of the lords—the great, the mighty, and the fearful God, who does not accept by appearances, nor takes a bribe;
౧౭ఎందుకంటే మీ దేవుడు యెహోవా దేవుళ్లకే దేవుడు, ప్రభువులకే ప్రభువు. ఆయనే మహా దేవుడు, పరాక్రమవంతుడు, భయంకరుడైన దేవుడు. ఆయన మానవులెవరినీ లక్ష్య పెట్టడు. లంచం పుచ్చుకోడు.
18 He is doing the judgment of fatherless and widow, and loving the sojourner, to give bread and raiment to him.
౧౮ఆయన అనాథలకు, విధవరాళ్ళకు న్యాయం తీరుస్తాడు, పరదేశుల మీద దయ చూపి వారికి అన్నవస్త్రాలు అనుగ్రహిస్తాడు.
19 And you have loved the sojourner, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.
౧౯మీరు ఐగుప్తు దేశంలో ప్రవాసులుగా ఉన్నవారే కాబట్టి పరదేశి పట్ల జాలి చూపండి.
20 You fear your God YHWH, you serve Him, and you cleave to Him, and you swear by His Name.
౨౦మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు భయపడి, ఆయన్ను సేవించి, ఆయన్నే హత్తుకుని, ఆయన పేరటే ప్రమాణం చేయండి.
21 He [is] your praise, and He [is] your God, who has done these great and fearful [things] with you which your eyes have seen.
౨౧ఆయనే మీ స్తుతికి పాత్రుడు. మీరు కళ్ళారా చూస్తుండగా భీకరమైన గొప్ప కార్యాలు మీ కోసం చేసిన మీ దేవుడు ఆయనే.
22 Your fathers went down to Egypt with seventy persons, and now your God YHWH has made you as [the] stars of the heavens for multitude.”
౨౨మీ పూర్వీకులు 70 మంది గుంపుగా ఐగుప్తుకు వెళ్ళారు. ఇప్పుడైతే మీ యెహోవా దేవుడు ఆకాశనక్షత్రాల్లాగా మిమ్మల్ని విస్తరింపజేశాడు.
