< Daniel 7 >
1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel has seen a dream, and the visions of his head on his bed, then he has written the dream, the chief of the things he has said.
Iti umuna a tawen ni Belsazar nga ari ti Babilonia, nagtagtagainep ni Daniel ken nakakita iti maysa a sirmata kabayatan a nakaidda isuna. Ket insuratna ti nakitana iti tagtagainepna. Insuratna dagiti kangrunaan a pasamak:
2 Daniel has answered and said, “I was seeing in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of the heavens are coming forth to the Great Sea;
Impalawag ni Daniel, “Iti sirmatak iti rabii, nakitak dagiti uppat nga angin ti langit ket kibkiburenda ti nalawa a baybay.
3 and four great beasts are coming up from the sea, diverse from one another.
Rimmuar manipud iti baybay dagiti uppat a dadakkel nga ayup, agduduma ti langa ti tunggal maysa.
4 The first [is] like a lion, and it has an eagle’s wings. I was seeing until its wings have been plucked, and it has been lifted up from the earth, and on feet as a man it has been caused to stand, and a heart of man is given to it.
Kasla leon ti umuna ngem addaan kadagiti payak ti agila. Kabayatan a kitkitaek, naparut dagiti payakna ken naipangato iti rabaw ti daga ket nagtakder a kasla tao. Naikkan iti panunot a kasla iti tao.
5 And behold, another beast, a second, like to a bear, and to the same authority it has been raised, and three ribs [are] in its mouth, between its teeth, and thus they are saying to it, Rise, consume much flesh.
Kalpasanna adda iti maikadua nga ayup, kasla oso, ket nakadumog daytoy; addaan iti tallo a paragpag iti nagbaetan dagiti ngipen ken iti ngiwatna. Naibaga iti daytoy, 'Tumakderka ket mangalun-onka iti adu a tattao.'
6 After this I was seeing, and behold, another like a leopard, and it has four wings of a bird on its back, and the beast has four heads, and dominion is given to it.
Kalpasan daytoy, kimmitaak manen. Adda iti sabali pay nga ayup, kasla leopardo ti langana. Addaan kadagiti uppat a payak iti bukotna a kasla kadagiti payak ti billit, ken addaan iti uppat nga ulo. Naikkan iti bileg a mangituray.
7 After this I was seeing in the visions of the night, and behold, a fourth beast, terrible and fearful, and exceedingly strong; and it has very great iron teeth, it has consumed, indeed, it breaks small, and it has trampled the remnant with its feet; and it [is] diverse from all the beasts that [are] before it; and it has ten horns.
Kalpasan daytoy nakitak iti tagtagainepko iti rabii ti maikapat nga ayup, nakabutbuteng, nakaam-amak, ken nakapigpigsa unay. Addaan iti dakkel a landok a ngipen; nangalun-on daytoy, nangrumek, ken impayat-payatna dagiti nabati. Naidumduma daytoy manipud kadagiti dadduma nga ayup, ken addaan kadagiti sangapulo a sara.
8 I was considering about the horns, and behold, another horn, a little one, has come up between them, and three of the first horns have been eradicated from before it, and behold, eyes as the eyes of man [are] in this horn, and a mouth speaking great things.
Kabayatan a buybuyaek dagiti sara, kimmitaak ket nakitak ti sabali pay a sara nga agtubtubo iti nagbabaetanda, maysa a bassit a sara. Naparut ti tallo kadagiti immun-una a sara. Nakitak iti daytoy a sara dagiti mata a kasla kadagiti mata ti tao ken ngiwat nga agpalpalangguad maipanggep kadagiti naindaklan a banbanag.
9 I was seeing until thrones have been thrown down, and the Ancient of Days is seated, His garment [is] white as snow, and the hair of His head [is] as pure wool, His throne flames of fire, its wheels burning fire.
Bayat a kitkitaek, naisimpa dagiti trono, ket nagtugaw ti Sibibiag iti Agnanayon. Napudaw a kasla niebe ti kawesna, ket kasla puro a de lana ti buokna. Gumilgil-ayab nga apuy ti tronona, ken dagiti pilid daytoy ket dumardarang nga apuy.
10 A flood of fire is proceeding and coming forth from before Him, one million serve Him and one hundred million rise up before Him, judgment has been set, and the scrolls have been opened.
Agay-ayus nga apuy ti agtaud iti sangoananna; milyon dagiti agserserbi kenkuana, ken sangagasut a milyon ti nakatakder iti sangoananna. Nangrugi ti panangukom, ket nalukatan dagiti libro.
11 I was seeing, then, because of the voice of the great words that the horn is speaking, I was seeing until the beast is slain, and his body has been destroyed, and given to the burning fire;
Intultuloyko ti kimmita gapu kadagiti napalangguad nga insao ti sara. Agbuybuyaak kabayatan a napapatay ti ayup, ket nadadael ti bagi daytoy, ket naiyawat daytoy tapno mapuoran.
12 and the rest of the beasts have caused their dominion to pass away, and a prolongation in life is given to them, until a season and a time.
Ket dagiti dadduma kadagiti uppat nga ayup, naikkat ti panagturayda, ngem napalubosanda nga agbiag iti ababa a tiempo.
13 I was seeing in the visions of the night, and behold, [One] like a Son of Man was coming with the clouds of the heavens, and to the Ancient of Days He has come, and before Him they have brought Him near.
Kadagiti sirmatak iti dayta a rabii, nakitak ti maysa nga um-umay a kaduana dagiti ulep ti langit a kasla iti anak ti tao; napan isuna iti Sibibiag iti Agnanayon ket naidatag iti sangoananna.
14 And to Him is given dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, and all peoples, nations, and languages serve Him, His dominion [is] a continuous dominion, that does not pass away, and His kingdom that which is not destroyed.
Naited kenkuana ti bileg a mangituray ken dayag ken naarian a pannakabalin tapno dagiti amin a tattao, dagiti nasion, ken pagsasao ket rumbeng nga agserbi kenkuana. Ti bilegna a mangituray ket agnanayon a kinabileg a saan a mapukaw, ket saanto a madadael ti pagarianna.
15 My spirit has been pierced—I, Daniel—in the midst of the sheath, and the visions of my head trouble me;
No maipapan kaniak a ni Daniel, agladingit ti espirituk iti kaunggak, ket riniribuknak dagiti sirmata a nakitak iti panunotko.
16 I have drawn near to one of those standing, and the certainty I seek from him of all this; and he has spoken to me, indeed, the interpretation of the things he has caused me to know:
Immasidegak iti maysa kadakuada a nakatakder sadiay ket dinawatko kenkuana nga ipakitana kaniak ti kaipapanan dagitoy a banbanag.
17 These great beasts, that [are] four, [are] four kings, they rise up from the earth;
Dagitoy a dadakkel nga ayup nga uppat iti bilangda, ket dagiti uppat nga ari a agturayto iti daga.
18 and the saints of the Most High receive the kingdom, and they strengthen the kingdom for all time, even for all time and all ages.
Ngem awatento dagiti nasantoan a tattao ti Kangangatoan iti pagarian, ket tagikuaendanto iti agnanayon nga awan patinggana.'
19 Then I wished for certainty concerning the fourth beast, that was diverse from them all, exceedingly fearful; its teeth of iron, and its nails of bronze, it has devoured, it breaks small, and it has trampled the remnant with its feet;
Ket kayatko a maammoan ti ad-adu pay maipapan iti maikapat nga ayup—naidumduma daytoy manipud kadagiti dadduma ken nakabutbuteng unay gapu iti ngipenna a landok ken dagiti bronse a kuko daytoy; nangalun-on, nangrumek, ken impayatna ti nabati.
20 and concerning the ten horns that [are] in its heads, and of the other that came up, and before which three have fallen, even of that horn that has eyes, and a mouth speaking great things, and whose appearance [is] great above its companions.
Kayatko a maammoan ti maipapan kadagiti sangapulo a sara nga adda iti ulo daytoy, ken maipapan kadagiti sabali a sara a nagtubo sakbay a natinnag dagiti tallo a sara. Kayatko a maammoan ti maipapan iti sara nga addaan kadagiti mata ken iti ngiwat a nagpalpalangguad kadagiti naindaklan a banbanag ken kasla nabilbileg ngem kadagiti kakaduana.
21 I was seeing, and this horn is making war with the saints, and has prevailed over them,
Bayat a kitkitaek, ginubat daytoy a sara dagiti nasantoan a tattao ket pinarmekna ida
22 until the Ancient of Days has come, and judgment is given to the saints of the Most High, and the time has come, and the saints have strengthened the kingdom.
agingga nga immay ti Sibibiag iti Agnanayon, ket naited ti hustisia kadagiti nasantoan a tattao ti Kangangatoan. Ket dimtengen ti tiempo a panangawat dagiti nasantoan a tattao iti pagarian.
23 Thus he said: The fourth beast is the fourth kingdom in the earth, that is diverse from all kingdoms, and it consumes all the earth, and treads it down, and breaks it small.
Kastoy ti kinuna dayta a tao, 'No maipapan iti maikapat nga ayup, daytoyto ti maikapat a pagarian iti daga a naidumduma manipud kadagiti dadduma a pagarian. Dadaelennanto ti entero a daga, ket ipayat ken rumekennanto daytoy.
24 And the ten horns out of the kingdom [are] ten kings, they rise, and another rises after them, and it is diverse from the former, and it humbles three kings;
Maipapan kadagiti sangapulo a sara, manipud iti daytoy a pagarian ket tumaudto ti sangapulo nga ari, ket addanto pay iti tumaud a sumaruno kadakuada. Naidumdumanto isuna manipud iti immun-una, parmekennanto dagiti tallo nga ari.
25 and it speaks words as an adversary of the Most High, and it wears out the saints of the Most High, and it hopes to change seasons and law; and they are given into its hand, until a time, and times, and a division of a time.
Agsaonto isuna iti maibusor iti Kangangatoan ken idadanesnanto dagiti nasantoan a tattao ti Kangangatoan a Dios. Padasennanto a sukatan dagiti panagrambak ken ti linteg. Maiyawatto dagitoy a banbanag iti imana iti makatawen, dua a tawen ken kagudua a tawen.
26 And judgment is set, and they cause his dominion to pass away, to perish, and to be destroyed—to the end;
Ngem mapasamakto ti panangukom, ket ikkatendanto ti naarian a pannakabalinna tapno mapukaw ken madadaelto iti kamaudianan.
27 and the kingdom, and the dominion, even the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heavens, is given to the people—the saints of the Most High, His kingdom [is] a continuous kingdom, and all dominions serve and obey Him.
Ti pagarian ken ti nasakupan, ken ti kinabileg dagiti pagarian nga adda iti babaen ti entero a langit, ket maitedto kadagiti tattao a kukua dagiti nasantoan a tattao ti Kangangatoan. Ti pagarianna ket agnanayon a pagarian, ket agserbi ken agtulnog kenkuana dagiti amin a pagarian.'
28 Here [is] the end of the matter. I, Daniel, [am] greatly troubled [by] my thoughts, and my countenance is changed on me, and I have kept the matter in my heart.”
Ditoy ti nagpatinggaan ti banag. No maipapan kaniak a ni Daniel, riniribuknak unay dagiti kapanunotak ket nagbaliw ti langa ti rupak. Ngem awan nangibagbagaak kadagitoy a banbanag.”
