Amos 2
1 Thus said YHWH: “For three transgressions of Moab, And for four, I do not reverse it, Because of his burning the bones of the king of Edom to lime,
Сия глаголет Господь: за три нечестия Моавля и за четыри не отвращуся его, понеже сожгоша кости царя Идумейска в пепел:
2 And I have sent a fire against Moab, And it has consumed the palaces of Kerioth, And Moab is dying with noise, With shouting, with voice of a horn.
и послю огнь на Моава, и пояст основания градов его, и умрет со безсилием Моав, с воплем и гласом трубным:
3 And I have cut off judge from her midst, And I slay all its heads with him,” said YHWH.
и потреблю судию из него и вся князи его избию с ним, глаголет Господь.
4 Thus said YHWH: “For three transgressions of Judah, And for four, I do not reverse it, Because of their loathing the Law of YHWH, And His statutes they have not kept, And their lies cause them to err, After which their fathers walked,
Сия глаголет Господь: за три нечестия сынов Иудиных и за четыри не отвращуся их, понеже отринуша закон Господень и повелений Его не сохраниша, и прельстиша их суетная их, яже сотвориша, имже последоваша отцы их вслед их:
5 And I have sent a fire against Judah, And it has consumed palaces of Jerusalem.”
и послю огнь на Иуду, и пояст основания Иерусалимля.
6 Thus said YHWH: “For three transgressions of Israel, And for four, I do not reverse it, Because of their selling the righteous for silver, And the needy for a pair of sandals.
Сия глаголет Господь: за три нечестия Израиля и за четыри не отвращуся его, понеже продаша праведнаго на сребре и убогаго на сапозех,
7 Who are panting for the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, And the way of the humble they turn aside, And a man and his father go to the girl, So as to defile My holy Name.
ходящих на прасе земнем, и бияху пястию во главы убогих, и путь смиренных совращаху: и сын и отец его влазяста ко единей рабыни, яко да осквернавят имя Бога своего:
8 And they stretch themselves on pledged garments near every altar, And the wine of fined ones they drink [in] the house of their gods.
и ризы своя связующе ужами, и завесы творяху держащыяся требища, и вино от оболганий пияху в дому бога своего.
9 And I have destroyed the Amorite from before them, Whose height [is] as the height of cedars, And he [is] strong as the oaks, And I destroy his fruit from above, And his roots from beneath.
Аз же отвергох Аморреа от лица их, егоже бе высота якоже высота кедрова, и крепок бяше якоже дуб, и изсуших плод его с верха и корение его из низу.
10 And I have brought you up from the land of Egypt, And cause you to go in a wilderness forty years, To possess the land of the Amorite.
Аз же изведох вы из земли Египетския и обводих вы в пустыни четыредесять лет, еже прияти в наследие землю Аморрейску.
11 And I raise of your sons for prophets, And of your choice ones for Nazarites, Is this not true, O sons of Israel?” A declaration of YHWH.
И поях от сынов ваших во пророки и от юнот ваших во освящение: еда несть сих, сынове Израилевы? Глаголет Господь.
12 “And you cause the Nazarites to drink wine, And on the prophets you have laid a charge, Saying, Do not prophesy!
И напаясте освященныя вином и пророком заповедасте глаголюще: не прорицайте.
13 Behold, I am pressing you under, As the full cart presses a sheaf for itself.
Сего ради, се, Аз повращу под вами, якоже вратится колесница полна тростия:
14 And refuge has perished from the swift, And the strong does not strengthens his power, And the mighty does not deliver his soul.
и погибнет бегство от скоротекущаго, и крепкий не удержит крепости своея, и храбрый не спасет души своея,
15 And the handler of the bow does not stand, And the swift does not deliver [himself] with his feet, And the rider of the horse does not deliver his soul.
и стреляяй из лука не постоит, и быстрый ногама своима не уцелеет, и конник не спасет души своея,
16 And the courageous of heart among the mighty, Flees naked in that day,” A declaration of YHWH!
и крепкий не обрящет сердца своего в силах, наг побегнет в той день, глаголет Господь.
