2 Timothy 4
1 I fully testify, then, before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who is about to judge [the] living and dead at His appearing and His Kingdom—
१परमेश्वर और मसीह यीशु को गवाह करके, जो जीवितों और मरे हुओं का न्याय करेगा, उसे और उसके प्रगट होने, और राज्य को सुधि दिलाकर मैं तुझे आदेश देता हूँ।
2 preach the word; be earnest in season, out of season; convict, rebuke, exhort, in all long-suffering and teaching,
२कि तू वचन का प्रचार कर; समय और असमय तैयार रह, सब प्रकार की सहनशीलता, और शिक्षा के साथ उलाहना दे, और डाँट, और समझा।
3 for there will be a season when they will not endure the sound teaching, but they will heap up teachers according to their own desires—having an itching ear,
३क्योंकि ऐसा समय आएगा, कि लोग खरा उपदेश न सह सकेंगे पर कानों की खुजली के कारण अपनी अभिलाषाओं के अनुसार अपने लिये बहुत सारे उपदेशक बटोर लेंगे।
4 and, indeed, they will turn away from hearing the truth, and they will be turned aside to the fables.
४और अपने कान सत्य से फेरकर कथा-कहानियों पर लगाएँगे।
5 But you—watch in all things; suffer evil; do the work of one proclaiming good news; make full assurance of your ministry,
५पर तू सब बातों में सावधान रह, दुःख उठा, सुसमाचार प्रचार का काम कर और अपनी सेवा को पूरा कर।
6 for I am already being poured out, and the time of my release has arrived;
६क्योंकि अब मैं अर्घ के समान उण्डेला जाता हूँ, और मेरे संसार से जाने का समय आ पहुँचा है।
7 I have striven the good strife, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith;
७मैं अच्छी कुश्ती लड़ चुका हूँ, मैंने अपनी दौड़ पूरी कर ली है, मैंने विश्वास की रखवाली की है।
8 from now on there is laid up for me the garland of righteousness that the LORD—the Righteous Judge—will give to me in that day, and not only to me, but also to all those loving His appearing.
८भविष्य में मेरे लिये धार्मिकता का वह मुकुट रखा हुआ है, जिसे प्रभु, जो धर्मी, और न्यायी है, मुझे उस दिन देगा और मुझे ही नहीं, वरन् उन सब को भी, जो उसके प्रगट होने को प्रिय जानते हैं।
9 Be diligent to come to me quickly,
९मेरे पास शीघ्र आने का प्रयत्न कर।
10 for Demas forsook me, having loved the present age, and went on to Thessalonica, Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia; (aiōn g165)
१०क्योंकि देमास ने इस संसार को प्रिय जानकर मुझे छोड़ दिया है, और थिस्सलुनीके को चला गया है, और क्रेसकेंस गलातिया को और तीतुस दलमतिया को चला गया है। (aiōn g165)
11 only Lucas is with me; having taken Mark, bring [him] with you, for he is profitable to me for ministry;
११केवल लूका मेरे साथ है मरकुस को लेकर चला आ; क्योंकि सेवा के लिये वह मेरे बहुत काम का है।
12 and I sent Tychicus to Ephesus;
१२तुखिकुस को मैंने इफिसुस को भेजा है।
13 coming, bring the cloak that I left in Troas with Carpus and the scrolls—especially the parchments.
१३जो बागा मैं त्रोआस में करपुस के यहाँ छोड़ आया हूँ, जब तू आए, तो उसे और पुस्तकें विशेष करके चर्मपत्रों को लेते आना।
14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil; may the LORD repay to him according to his works,
१४सिकन्दर ठठेरे ने मुझसे बहुत बुराइयाँ की हैं प्रभु उसे उसके कामों के अनुसार बदला देगा।
15 of whom you also beware, for he has greatly stood against our words;
१५तू भी उससे सावधान रह, क्योंकि उसने हमारी बातों का बहुत ही विरोध किया।
16 no one stood with me in my first defense, but all forsook me (may it not be reckoned to them),
१६मेरे पहले प्रत्युत्तर करने के समय में किसी ने भी मेरा साथ नहीं दिया, वरन् सब ने मुझे छोड़ दिया था भला हो, कि इसका उनको लेखा देना न पड़े।
17 but the LORD stood by me, and strengthened me, that the preaching might be fully assured through me, and all the nations might hear, and I was freed out of the mouth of a lion,
१७परन्तु प्रभु मेरा सहायक रहा, और मुझे सामर्थ्य दी; ताकि मेरे द्वारा पूरा-पूरा प्रचार हो, और सब अन्यजाति सुन लें; और मैं तो सिंह के मुँह से छुड़ाया गया।
18 and the LORD will free me from every evil work, and will save [me]—to His heavenly kingdom; to whom [is] the glory through the ages of the ages! Amen. (aiōn g165)
१८और प्रभु मुझे हर एक बुरे काम से छुड़ाएगा, और अपने स्वर्गीय राज्य में उद्धार करके पहुँचाएगा उसी की महिमा युगानुयुग होती रहे। आमीन। (aiōn g165)
19 Greet Prisca and Aquilas, and Onesiphorus’ household;
१९प्रिस्का और अक्विला को, और उनेसिफुरूस के घराने को नमस्कार।
20 Erastus remained in Corinth, and I left Trophimus ailing in Miletus;

21 be diligent to come before winter. Eubulus greets you, and Pudens, and Linus, and Claudia, and all the brothers.

22 The Lord Jesus Christ [is] with your spirit. The grace [is] with you! Amen.
