< 2 Timothy 3 >

1 And know this, that in the last days there will come perilous times,
A hnukteng e hnin toteh atueng kathoute a tho han tie hah panuek loe.
2 for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, slanderous, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unkind,
3 without natural affection, implacable, false accusers, without control, barbaric, not lovers of those who are good,
pahrennae ka tawn hoeh e, tami ka hmuhma e, tami ka tacuek e, amahoima kâcakuep thai hoeh e, ka pahngawpahrak e, tami kahawinaw lungpataw hoeh e,
4 traitors, reckless, lofty, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God,
lawkkam ka cak hoeh e, lawk ka ngâi hoeh e, lunglenpansa lah kaawm e, Cathut lungpataw hlak hnopai tawnta hoe lungpataw e,
5 having a form of piety, but having denied its power; and be turning away from these,
Cathut thaw ka ngai e patetlah ao eiteh Cathut thaw dawk onae hah ka pahnawt e lah ao awh han. Hot patet e taminaw hah roun loe.
6 for of these there are those coming into the houses and leading captive the weak women, loaded with sins, led away with manifold desires,
Bangkongtetpawiteh ahnimouh thung dawk e tami tangawn teh, imnaw dawk arulahoi a kâen awh teh, radueknae aphunphun hnuk a kâbang awh teh, yon toungloung toungloung ka sak e napui kaponaw hah a man awh.
7 always learning, and never able to come to a knowledge of truth,
Hote napui kaponaw teh pou a kamtu eiteh nâtuek hai lawkkatang panuek thai awh hoeh.
8 and even as Jannes and Jambres stood against Moses, so these also stand against the truth, men corrupted in mind, disapproved concerning the faith;
Jannes hoi Jambres ni Mosi a taran roi e patetlah ahnimanaw hai lawkkatang hah a taran awh. Ahnimouh teh a lungthin a kamko toung dawkvah ka yuem e patetlah a kâsak awh.
9 but they will not advance any further, for their folly will be evident to all, as theirs also became.
Ahnimanaw teh bout thaw thai awh mahoeh toe. Bangkongtetpawiteh ahnimae pathunae teh ahnimouh roi e pathunae patetlah tami pueng e hmalah a kamphawng han.
10 And you have followed after my teaching, manner of life, purpose, faith, long-suffering, love, endurance,
Hatei, nang teh kaie cangkhainae, o angnae, pouknae, yuemnae, lungsawnae, lungpatawnae, panguepnae dawk hai thoseh,
11 the persecutions, the afflictions, that befell me in Antioch, in Iconium, in Lystra; what persecutions I endured! And the LORD delivered me out of all.
12 And all who will to live piously in Christ Jesus will also be persecuted,
Atangcalah, Khrih Jisuh thung cathutlae khosaknae ka ngai e tami pueng teh rektapnae a khang han.
13 and evil men and impostors will advance to the worse, leading astray and being led astray.
Tamikathoutnaw hoi tami ka dumyen e naw teh ayânaw hai a dum awh teh, ama hai a kâdum awh teh hoe ka mathout e kamkonae koe hoehoe a bo awh han.
14 And you—remain in the things which you learned and were entrusted with, having known from whom you learned,
Nang teh, nama ni na kamtu teh kacaklah na yuem e dawk awm loe. Bangkongtetpawiteh, nang teh hote hnonaw hah api koehoi maw na kamtu tie hai thoseh,
15 and because you have known the Holy Writings from infancy, which are able to make you wise—to salvation, through faith that [is] in Christ Jesus.
Khrih Jisuh thung yuem e lahoi rungngangnae hmu thainae hah lungangnae nang na ka poe thai e Kathounge, Cakathoung hoi nangmanaw ca hoi na kahnai e hai thoseh, na panue toe.
16 Every Writing [is] God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for correction, for instruction that [is] in righteousness,
Cakathoung dawk a thut e pueng teh Cathut ni kâha a poe e a tho dawkvah, cangkhai nahanelah thoseh, yon pâpho pouh nahanelah thoseh, payon e palan pouh nahanelah thoseh, lannae cangkhai hanelah thoseh, kahawipoung e lah ao.
17 that the man of God may be fitted—having been completed for every good work.
Het hateh, Cathut e tami ni hnokahawi alouklouk a sak thai nahanlah ka kuep e tami lah ao thai nahane doeh.
