2 Kings 24
1 In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has come up, and Jehoiakim is a servant to him [for] three years; and he turns and rebels against him,

2 and YHWH sends against him the troops of the Chaldeans, and the troops of Aram, and the troops of Moab, and the troops of the sons of Ammon, and He sends them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of YHWH that He spoke by the hand of His servants the prophets;
Hichun Pakaiyin Babylon mite, Syria mite, Moab mite, Ammon mite ahin tildoh in Pakaiyin themgao ho kam’a ana phondoh sahbang bangin aguilhung tan ahi.
3 only, by the command of YHWH it has been against Judah to turn [them] aside from His presence, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did,

4 and also the innocent blood that he has shed, and he fills Jerusalem with innocent blood, and YHWH was not willing to forgive.
Chule Jerusalem a themmona neilou thisan anaso’a ana hesosah jeh ahi, Pakaiyin hichu a ngaidam lou ahi.
5 And the rest of the matters of Jehoiakim and all that he did, are they not written on the scroll of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
Jehoiakim vaihom sunga thilsoh dangho jouse jong Judahte lengho thusim kijihna lekhabua aumin ahi.
6 And Jehoiakim lies with his fathers, and his son Jehoiachin reigns in his stead.
Jehoiakim chu athi phat’in, achapa Jehoiachin lengin ahung pangtan ahi.
7 And the king of Egypt has not added anymore to go out from his own land, for the king of Babylon has taken, from the Brook of Egypt to the Euphrates River, all that had been to the king of Egypt.
Egypt lengpan hichejou apat hin ahung galkondoh jou tapon ahi, ajeh chu Babylon lengpan Egypt in kagam ahi tia ahopsah chengse chu Babylon lengpan abonna alahpeh soh ahitai. Aman ana kilah lut gam hochu Egypt vadunga apat Euphrates vadung chan-gei ahi.
8 Jehoiachin [is] a son of eighteen years in his reigning, and he has reigned three months in Jerusalem, and the name of his mother [is] Nehushta daughter of Elnathan of Jerusalem,
Jehoiachin chu alengchan kum chun ama kum somle kum get alhingtan ahi, chuleh aman Jerusalem chu lha thum bou lengvai anapon ahi. Anu chu Jerusalem makon Elnathan chanu Nehushta ahi.
9 and he does evil in the eyes of YHWH, according to all that his fathers did.
Jehoiachin in apa bang bangin Pakai mitmu’n thilse jeng anabol in ahi.
10 At that time servants of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon have come up to Jerusalem, and the city goes into siege,
Jehoiachin vaihom sungin, Nebuchadnezzer in Babylon akonin anoija sepai pipui ho ahinsollin Jerusalem ahung umkhum tauvin ahi.
11 and Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon comes against the city, and his servants are laying siege to it,
Hichun Nebuchadnezzer amatah jong hiche khopi aum sungu hin ahung lhungtan ahi.
12 and Jehoiachin king of Judah goes out to the king of Babylon, he, and his mother, and his servants, and his chiefs, and his eunuchs, and the king of Babylon takes him in the eighth year of his reign,
Hichun Jehoiachin lengpan lengnu toh ama thumop hotoh, asepai lamkaiho le pipuho Babylonte khut’ah akipelut tauvin ahi. Nebuchadnezzer lengvai ahom kum som le kum get alhin in, Jehoiachin chu aman’in soh chang dingin ana kai tauvin ahi.
13 and brings out from there all the treasures of the house of YHWH, and the treasures of the house of the king, and cuts in pieces all the vessels of gold that Solomon king of Israel made in the temple of YHWH, as YHWH had spoken.
Pakaiyin ana phondohsa bangin Nebuchadnezzer in Pakai houin akonin chuleh leng inpia konin sumle pai, sana dangka, neile gou ho jouse le, sana akisem thil-ho jouse, Solomon’in houin a ana koiho abonchan achom theng hel tan ahi.
14 And he has removed all Jerusalem, and all the chiefs, and all the mighty men of valor—ten thousand [is] the expulsion—and every craftsman and smith; none has been left except the poor of the people of the land.

15 And he removes Jehoiachin to Babylon, and the mother of the king, and the wives of the king, and his eunuchs, and the mighty ones of the land—he has caused a removal to go from Jerusalem to Babylon,
Nebuchadnezzer in Jehoiachin lengpa, lengnu anu, ajite ho chule apipui ho jaonan Babylon gam'a akaimang tan ahi
16 and all the men of valor, seven thousand, and the craftsmen and the smiths, one thousand, the whole [are] mighty men, warriors; and the king of Babylon brings them in a captivity to Babylon.
Chuleh aman sepai ahangsan cheh sang sagi leh khut thepna neiho abon’un mihat galsat thei cheh sangkhat ho chu gam chom’ah asoldoh tan ahi.
17 And the king of Babylon causes his father’s brother Mattaniah to reign in his stead, and turns his name to Zedekiah.
Hichun Babylon lengpan Jehoiachin pa’ngah pa Mattaniah chu leng in atung in, chule amin jong akhellin, Zedakiah asahtai.
18 Zedekiah [is] a son of twenty-one years in his reigning, and he has reigned eleven years in Jerusalem, and the name of his mother [is] Hamutal daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah,
Zedekiah leng ahung chan kum chun ama kum somni le khat ana lhingtan ahi. Aman Jerusalem’ah kum somle khat sungin lengvai ana pon ahi. Anu chu Libnah akon Jeremiah chanu Hamutal ahi.
19 and he does evil in the eyes of YHWH according to all that Jehoiakim did,
Ahinlah Zedekiah in Jehoiakim bol bang bangin Pakai mitmu’n thilse jeng anabol’in ahi.
20 for by the anger of YHWH it has been against Jerusalem and against Judah, until He [finally] cast them out from His presence. And Zedekiah rebels against the king of Babylon.
Jerusalem leh Judah chung’ah thilsoh ho achuhna jeh hi, Pakai lunghan jeh ahi. Hijeh chun Pakaiyin, ama angsunga kona apaidoh a, hitia hi gamchom’a sohchang gam’ah ahi tauve. Zedekiah hin Babylon lengpa a konin kiphinna anei tan ahi.
