2 Kings 21
1 Manasseh [is] a son of twelve years in his reigning, and he has reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem, and the name of his mother [is] Hephzi-Bah;
ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಅರಸನಾದಾಗ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ವರ್ಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಅವನು ಐವತ್ತೈದು ವರ್ಷ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಳಿದನು. ಅವನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ಹೆಫ್ಚಿಬಾ.
2 and he does evil in the eyes of YHWH, according to the abominations of the nations that YHWH dispossessed from the presence of the sons of Israel,
ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದನು.
3 and he turns and builds the high places that his father Hezekiah destroyed, and raises altars for Ba‘al, and makes an Asherah, as Ahab king of Israel did, and bows himself to all the host of the heavens, and serves them.
ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿದ ಉನ್ನತ ಪೂಜಾಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ, ಬಾಳನಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಪೀಠಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಹಾಬನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಶೇರ ವಿಗ್ರಹಸ್ತಂಭಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಸಮಸ್ತ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಮಂಡಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸಿದನು.
4 And he has built altars in the house of YHWH, of which YHWH said, “In Jerusalem I put My Name.”
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, “ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವೆನು,” ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರೋ, ಆ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಬಲಿಪೀಠಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದನು.
5 And he builds altars to all the host of the heavens in the two courts of the house of YHWH;
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದ ಎರಡು ಅಂಗಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಮಂಡಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಲಿಪೀಠಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದನು.
6 and he has caused his son to pass through fire, and observed clouds, and used enchantment, and dealt with a familiar spirit and wizards; he has multiplied to do evil in the eyes of YHWH—to provoke to anger.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದನು. ಮೇಘ ಮಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಸರ್ಪಮಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಕಣಿಹೇಳುವವರನ್ನೂ, ಮಾಂತ್ರಿಕರನ್ನೂ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದನು. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದನು.
7 And he sets the carved image of the Asherah that he made in the house of which YHWH said to David and to his son Solomon, “In this house, and in Jerusalem, that I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I put My Name for all time;
“ಈ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಕಲ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ನಾನು ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ನನ್ನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು,” ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೂ, ಅವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೂ ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರೋ, ಆ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಶೇರ ವಿಗ್ರಹಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟನು.
8 and I do not add to cause the foot of Israel to move from the ground that I gave to their fathers, only, if they observe to do according to all that I commanded them, and to all the Law that My servant Moses commanded them.”
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು, “ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ನಿಯಮದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ನಡೆಯುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ಅವರ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪುನಃ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು ಅಲೆದಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು.
9 And they have not listened, and Manasseh causes them to err, to do evil above the nations that YHWH destroyed from the presence of the sons of Israel.
ಆದರೆ ಜನರು ಕೇಳದೆ ಹೋದರು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಂದ ನಾಶಹೊಂದಿದ ಇತರ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದನು.
10 And YHWH speaks by the hand of his servants the prophets, saying,
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಾದ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,
11 “Because that Manasseh king of Judah has done these abominations—he has done evil above all that the Amorites have done who [are] before him, and also causes Judah to sin by his idols—
“ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಅಮೋರಿಯರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೆಟ್ಟವುಗಳಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ, ಯೆಹೂದವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಂದ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ,
12 therefore, thus said YHWH, God of Israel: Behold, I am bringing in calamity on Jerusalem and Judah, that whoever hears of it, his two ears tingle.
ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನಾನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ, ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವವನ ಎರಡು ಕಿವಿಗಳು ಕಿರಗುಟ್ಟುವುವು.
13 And I have stretched out the line of Samaria over Jerusalem, and the plummet of the house of Ahab, and wiped Jerusalem as one wipes the dish—he has wiped, and has turned [it] on its face.
ನಾನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಮಾರ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಳಸಿದ ನೂಲನ್ನೂ, ಅಹಾಬನ ಮನೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಳಸಿದ ಮಟ್ಟಗೋಲನ್ನೂ ಚಾಚಿ, ಒಬ್ಬನು ತಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಒರೆಸಿದಂತೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಒರೆಸಿ ತಲೆಕೆಳಗಾಗಿ ಹಾಕುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸಿಬಿಡುವೆನು.
14 And I have left the remnant of My inheritance, and given them into the hand of their enemies, and they have been for a prey and for a spoil to all their enemies,
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಉಳಿದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟು, ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಬಿಡುವೆನು. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯೂ, ಸೂರೆಯೂ ಆಗಿ ಹೋಗುವರು.
15 because that they have done evil in My eyes, and are provoking Me to anger from the day that their fathers came out of Egypt, even to this day.”
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರ ತಂದೆಗಳು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಟ ದಿವಸ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು, ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ನನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ನನಗೆ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ,” ಎಂಬುದೇ.
16 And also, Manasseh has shed very much innocent blood, until he has filled Jerusalem mouth to mouth, apart from his sin that he has caused Judah to sin, to do evil in the eyes of YHWH.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದವು ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದ ತನ್ನ ಪಾಪದ ಹೊರತು ಅವನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಕೊನೆಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕೊನೆಯವರೆಗೂ ತಾನು ಬಹು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದ ನಿರಪರಾಧದ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿಸಿದನು.
17 And the rest of the matters of Manasseh, and all that he did, and his sin that he sinned, are they not written on the scroll of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ಇತರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳೂ, ಅವನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ, ಅವನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪಾಪವೂ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸರ ಇತಿಹಾಸಗಳ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
18 And Manasseh lies with his fathers, and is buried in the garden of his house, in the garden of Uzza, and his son Amon reigns in his stead.
ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಮೃತನಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಸೇರಿದನು, ಅವನ ಅರಮನೆಯ ತೋಟವಾದ ಉಜ್ಜನ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಶವವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಿಮಾಡಿದರು. ಅವನ ಮಗ ಆಮೋನನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅರಸನಾದನು.
19 Amon [is] a son of twenty-two years in his reigning, and he has reigned two years in Jerusalem, and the name of his mother [is] Meshullemeth daughter of Haruz of Jotbah,
ಆಮೋನನು ಅರಸನಾದಾಗ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ವರ್ಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು, ಅವನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಆಳಿದನು. ಅವನ ತಾಯಿಯು ಯೋತ್ಬಾ ಊರಿನ ಹಾರೂಚನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಮೆಷುಲ್ಲೇಮೆತಳು.
20 and he does evil in the eyes of YHWH, as his father Manasseh did,
ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
21 and walks in all the way that his father walked in, and serves the idols that his father served, and bows himself to them,
ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟು,
22 and forsakes YHWH, God of his fathers, and has not walked in the way of YHWH.
ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ನಡೆದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದು, ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಸೇವಿಸಿದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿ, ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದನು.
23 And the servants of Amon conspire against him, and put the king to death in his own house,
ಆಮೋನನ ಸೇವಕರು ಅವನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಒಳಸಂಚುಮಾಡಿ, ಅರಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದರು.
24 and the people of the land strike all those conspiring against King Amon, and the people of the land cause his son Josiah to reign in his stead.
ಆದರೆ ದೇಶದ ಜನರು ಅರಸನಾದ ಆಮೋನನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಒಳಸಂಚು ಮಾಡಿದವರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿ, ಅವನ ಮಗ ಯೋಷೀಯನನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅರಸನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
25 And the rest of the matters of Amon that he did, are they not written on the scroll of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
ಆಮೋನನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅವನ ಇತರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸರ ಇತಿಹಾಸಗಳ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
26 And [one] buries him in his burying-place in the garden of Uzza, and his son Josiah reigns in his stead.
ಅವನ ಶವವನ್ನು, ಉಜ್ಜನ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಮೊದಲೇ ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಸಮಾಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಣಿಟ್ಟರು. ಅವನ ಮಗ ಯೋಷೀಯನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅರಸನಾದನು.
