< 2 Corinthians 5 >

1 For we have known that if the tent of our earthly house may be thrown down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands—perpetual—in the heavens, (aiōnios g166)
Tulumanyile ingave uvutamo vwa nkhilunga ikyututama umu ginangikha, tulinayo inyumba ukhuhuma khwa Nguluve. Yu nyumba iyu sayinchangiwa na mavokho ga vanu, yu nyumba ya sikhu joni kukyanya. (aiōnios g166)
2 for also in this we groan, earnestly desiring to clothe ourselves with our dwelling that is from Heaven,
Ulwakhuva mu hema ili twitamiwa, twinogwa ukhufwata ukwa khutama khukyanya.
3 if so be that, having clothed ourselves, we will not be found naked,
Vu twinogwa evi ulwakuva ukhufwala satukhavonekhe ukuva vuvule.
4 for we also who are in the tent groan, being burdened, seeing we do not wish to unclothe ourselves, but to clothe ourselves, that the mortal may be swallowed up of life.
Lweli vutuligati mu hema ili, twifamwa vwutugatile. Santwinogwa ukhufuliwa. Pwu twinogwa, ukhufwalinchiwa, pwu ikifwile tumila nu vwumi.
5 And He who worked us to this very thing [is] God, who also gave to us the deposit of the Spirit;
Uvi atuvikhile ufwe kwu khinu ikhi vi Nguluve, uvyatupile ufwe Umepo ndu lwidihano lwa kitu ikyu ya khave kwikwicho.
6 having courage, then, at all times, and knowing that being at home in the body, we are away from home from the LORD—
Pwu lino muve na makha ifigono fyoni. Muve miho ukhuta unsikhi vwu lulikukhaya khi mbili, tulikhutali nu Nkuludeva.
7 for we walk through faith, not through sight—
Ulwakhuva tugenda nu lwidikho sio khwa khulola.
8 we have courage, and are well pleased, rather, to be away from the home of the body, and to be at home with the LORD.
Pwu lino lulina makha. Huba tuve kutali ukhuhuma khumbili na kukhaya paninie nu nkuludeva.
9 We are also ambitious for this reason, whether at home or away from home, to be well pleasing to Him,
Pwu tuvomba uvunogwe wetu, vutwiva kukhaya aukhuvutali tung'ovosye umwene.
10 for it is necessary for all of us to have appeared before the judgment seat of the Christ, that each one may receive the things [done] through the body, in reference to the things that he did, whether good or evil;
Ulwakhuva twivoni tuvonekhage kuvolongolo kwu khigoda ikhya vuhigi ikya Kristi, pwu khila munu upulile ikhinogelanile kwu mbombo inchivombekha khi mbili, khuve khu vononu au khuvuvivi.
11 having known, therefore, the fear of the LORD, we persuade men, and we are revealed to God, and I also hope to have been revealed in your consciences;
Pwu ukhulumanya uvudwachi vwa nkuludeva, tukhuvavula avanu. Umu tuvelile, ivonekha vuvule nu Nguluve. Luhuvilo ukhuva vukhulumanya mnyivoneho nchinyo.
12 for we do not again recommend ourselves to you, but we are giving occasion to you of glorifying in our behalf, that you may have [something] in reference to those glorifying in face and not in heart;
Satwigela ukhuvasonga umwe khange ukhutulola ufwe ukhuva vayilweli. Pwu tukhuvapa umwe ulwakhuva ulwiginio khuliufwe, mvinchage gakhuvavula khuvala avikhiginia mkuvonekha khikhyo sakhili munumbula.
13 for whether we were beside ourselves, [it was] to God; whether we be of sound mind, [it is] to you,
Ulwakhuva ingave tunchumbile nu luhala khunongwa ya Nguluve. Ingave khwutule kuluhala lwito ulunonu ulwito.
14 for the love of the Christ constrains us, having judged thus: that if one died for all, then the whole died,
Ulwakhuva ulugano lwa risti lukhutukwegelencha: ulwakhuva tulinuvwa yilweli nili ukhuta umunu yumo afwile khu nongwa icha vone pwulino voni vafwile.
15 and He died for all, that those living may no longer live to themselves, but to Him who died for them, and was raised again.
Nu Unkristi afwile khunongwa ncha voni, pwu khuta vala avitama valekhe khange kwa ajili ya vene. Pwu vatamage navene uvyavile afwile nukhunchukha.
16 So that we, from now on, have known no one according to the flesh, and even if we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him [thus] no longer;
Pwu lino, ukhutengula lino nukulutelila satukhung'iga umunu ukhukongana ni ikhigelelo kya munu, ndayive khunsa na tulikhundola uKristi ndulu. Lino satukhungiga umunu yoyoni khange.
17 so that if anyone [is] in Christ—[he is] a new creature; the old things passed away, behold, all things have become new.
Pwu lino, ingave umunu yoyoni aligati mwa Kristi, umwene avile munu impya. Agakhatale galutile. Lola, gavile mapya.
18 And all things [are] of God, who reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of the reconciliation,
Ifinu fyoni ifi fihuma khwa Nguluve. Atunonchinche ufwe kwu mwene ukhugendela khwa Kristi, atupile imbombo ya kusayania.
19 how that God was in Christ—reconciling the world to Himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses; and having put in us the word of the reconciliation,
Ukhu khu nchova mwa Kristi, Unguluve ikhutusayania ni khilunga khwu mwene, mlekhe ukhu inongwa ncha vene. Ivika khulyufwe ilimenyu lya kusayania.
20 in behalf of Christ, then, we are ambassadors, as if God were calling through us, we implore, in behalf of Christ, “Be reconciled to God”;
Pwa tuhaliwe ndi g'wa gilinchiwa va Kristi, ukhuta Unguluve alikhuluta khuvulongolo(lufaa) ya mwene ukhugendelela kulyufwe. Tukhuvadova umwe ukhugendela mwa Kristi: “Msayane nu Nguluve!”
21 He made Him having not known sin [to be] sin in our behalf, that we may become the righteousness of God in Him.
Akhambikha uKristi ukhuva nekhelo khu nungwa nchito. Umwene visatule inongwa. Avombile evo tuvombe uvwa yilweli vwa Nguluve khumwene.
