2 Chronicles 1
1 And Solomon son of David strengthens himself over his kingdom, and his God YHWH [is] with him, and makes him exceedingly great.
১দায়ুদৰ পুত্ৰ চলোমনে তেওঁৰ ৰাজ্যত নিজকে বলৱান কৰিলে; আৰু তেওঁৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই তেওঁৰ লগত থাকি, তেওঁক অতিশয় প্ৰভাৱশালী কৰিলে।
2 And Solomon says to all Israel, to heads of the thousands, and of the hundreds, and to the ones judging, and to every honorable one of all Israel, heads of the fathers,
২পাছত চলোমনে গোটেই ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সহস্ৰপতি, শতপতি, বিচাৰকৰ্তাসকলক আৰু সমূহ ইস্ৰায়েলৰ মাজত থকা প্ৰতিজন মূখ্যলোকৰ সৈতে কথা ক’লে।
3 and they go—Solomon, and all the assembly with him—to the high place that [is] in Gibeon, for God’s Tent of Meeting has been there, that Moses, servant of YHWH, made in the wilderness,
৩পাছত চলোমন আৰু তেওঁৰ লগত থকা গোটেই সমাজ গিবিয়োনৰ ওখ ঠাইখনলৈ গ’ল; কিয়নো যিহোৱাৰ দাস মোচিয়ে মৰুপ্ৰান্তত নিৰ্ম্মাণ কৰা ঈশ্বৰীয় সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বু সেই ঠাইতে আছিল।
4 but David had the Ark of God brought up from Kirjath-Jearim to the [place] David had prepared for it, for he stretched out a tent for it in Jerusalem;
৪কিন্তু দায়ুদে কিৰিয়ৎ-যিয়াৰীমৰ পৰা যিহোৱাৰ সেই নিয়ম-চন্দুক সেই ঠাইলৈ আনিছিল যি ঠাই তাৰ বাবে যুগুত কৰি থোৱা হৈছিল, কিয়নো তেওঁ তাৰ কাৰণে যিৰূচালেমত এটা তম্বু তৰি ৰাখিছিল।
5 and the altar of bronze that Bezaleel son of Uri, son of Hur made, he put before the Dwelling Place of YHWH; and Solomon and the assembly seek Him [there].
৫আৰু হূৰৰ নাতিয়েক ঊৰীৰ পুত্ৰ বচলেলে নিৰ্ম্মাণ কৰা পিতলৰ যজ্ঞবেদীটো গিবিয়োনত যিহোৱাৰ আবাসৰ আগত আছিল; তাৰ ওচৰলৈকে চলোমন আৰু সমাজে সঘনে কথা সুধিবলৈ যায়।
6 And Solomon goes up there, on the altar of bronze, before YHWH, that [is] at the Tent of Meeting, and causes one thousand burnt-offerings to ascend on it.
৬পাছত চলোমনে তালৈ উঠি গৈ, সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুৰ ওচৰত থকা পিতলৰ যজ্ঞবেদীটোৰ ওপৰত যিহোৱাৰ আগত এক হাজাৰ হোম-বলি উৎসৰ্গ কৰিলে।
7 In that night God has appeared to Solomon and says to him, “Ask—what do I give to you?”
৭সেই ৰাতিয়েই ঈশ্বৰে চলোমনক দৰ্শন দি ক’লে, “মই তোমাক কি বৰ দিম, তাক খোজা?”
8 And Solomon says to God, “You have done great kindness with my father David, and have caused me to reign in his stead.
৮তাতে চলোমনে ঈশ্বৰক ক’লে, “তুমি মোৰ পিতৃ দায়ূদক মহা অনুগ্ৰহ কৰিলা, আনকি তেওঁৰ পদত মোক ৰজা পাতিলা।
9 Now, O YHWH God, Your word with my father David is steadfast, for You have caused me to reign over a people [as] numerous as the dust of the earth;
৯এতিয়া হে ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, তুমি মোৰ পিতৃ দায়ূদৰ আগত কোৱা বাক্য সিদ্ধ হওঁক, কিয়নো তুমি মাটিৰ ধূলিৰ নিচিনা অসংখ্য লোক সকলৰ ওপৰত মোক ৰজা পাতিলা৷
10 now, give wisdom and knowledge to me, and I go out before this people, and I come in, for who judges this—Your great people?”
১০এতিয়া মই যেন এই লোকসকলক চলাব পাৰোঁ, এই কাৰণে তুমি মোক বুদ্ধি আৰু জ্ঞান দিয়া; কিয়নো তোমাৰ এই মহা জাতিৰ বিচাৰ কৰা কাৰ সাধ্য?”
11 And God says to Solomon, “Because that this has been with your heart, and you have not asked for riches, wealth, and honor, and the life of those hating you, and also have not asked for many days, and ask for wisdom and knowledge for yourself, so that you judge My people over which I have caused you to reign—
১১তেতিয়া ঈশ্বৰে চলোমনক ক’লে, “এয়ে তোমাৰ মনত হৈছে, যে, তুমি কি ঐশ্বৰ্য্য, কি সম্পত্তি, কি মৰ্য্যদা, যিসকলে তোমাক ঘিণ কৰে, তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰাণ নুখুজিলা আৰু দীৰ্ঘায়ুও নুখুজিলা, কিন্তু মই যাৰ ওপৰত তোমাক ৰজা পাতিলোঁ, মোৰ এই প্ৰজাসকলক শাসন কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে বুদ্ধি আৰু জ্ঞান খুজিলা।
12 the wisdom and the knowledge is given to you, and riches and wealth and honor I [also] give to you, that there has not been so to the kings who [are] before you, and after you it is not so.”
১২এই হেতুকে সেই বুদ্ধি আৰু জ্ঞান তোমাক দিয়া হৈছে; আৰু তোমাৰ পূৰ্বতে কোনো ৰজাৰ যেনে ধন, ঐশ্বৰ্য্য আৰু সন্মান হোৱা নাই আৰু তোমাৰ পাছতো নহ’ব, তেনে ধন, ঐশ্বৰ্য্য, আৰু সন্মানো মই তোমাক দিম।”
13 And Solomon comes in to Jerusalem [from] the high place that [is] in Gibeon, from before the Tent of Meeting, and reigns over Israel,
১৩পাছে চলোমনে গিবিয়োনৰ ওখ ঠাইত থকা সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুৰ আগৰ পৰা যিৰূচালেমলৈ আহিল আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত ৰাজত্ব কৰি থাকিল।
14 and Solomon gathers chariots and horsemen, and he has one thousand and four hundred chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen, and he places them in the cities of the chariots, and with the king in Jerusalem.
১৪পাছে চলোমনে ৰথ আৰু অশ্বাৰোহী লোকসকলক গোটালে: তেওঁৰ এক হাজাৰ চাৰিশ ৰথ আৰু বাৰ হাজাৰ অশ্বাৰোহী আছিল; তেওঁ সিহঁতক নানা ৰথ-নগৰত আৰু আনকি ৰজাৰ লগত যিৰূচালেমতো ৰাখিলে।
15 And the king makes the silver and the gold in Jerusalem as stones, and the cedars he made as sycamores that [are] in the low country, for abundance.
১৫ৰজাই যিৰূচালেমত ৰূপ আৰু সোণক শিলৰ নিচিনা আৰু এৰচ কাঠক নিম্ন-ভূমিত থকা ডিমৰু গছৰ নিচিনা অধিক কৰিলে।
16 And the source of the horses that [are] for Solomon [is] from Egypt and from Keva; merchants of the king take [them] from Keva at a price,
১৬আৰু চলোমনৰ যি ঘোঁৰাবোৰ আছিল, সেই ঘোঁৰাবোৰ মিচৰৰ পৰা অনা; আৰু সেই ঘোঁৰাবোৰ ৰজা-ঘৰীয়া বেপাৰীহঁতে মূল্য দি জাকে জাকে আনে।
17 and they come up, and bring out a chariot from Egypt for six hundred pieces of silver, and a horse for one hundred and fifty, and so for all the kings of the Hittites and the kings of Aram—they bring [them] out by their hand.
১৭আৰু মিচৰৰ পৰা কিনি অনা এখন এখন ৰথৰ দাম ছশ চেকল ৰূপ আৰু এটা এটা ঘোঁৰাৰ দাম এশ পঞ্চাশ চেকল ৰূপ। এইদৰে তেওঁলোকৰ দ্বাৰাই হিত্তীয়া আৰু অৰামীয়া সকলো ৰজাৰ কাৰণেও সেইবোৰ অনা হয়।
