< 1 Thessalonians 4 >

1 As to the rest, then, brothers, we request, and call on you in the Lord Jesus, as you received from us how it is necessary for you to walk and to please God, that you may abound the more,
Chamamani mani, mizwale, tumisusuweza ni kumilumerisa mwa Simwine Jesu. Sina hamuva amuheri intayero kuzwa kwetu kamumu swanerera kuyendera ni kutavisa Ireza, iri kuli mupange vulyo nanga ahulu.
2 for you have known what commands we gave you through the Lord Jesus;
Sina hamwizi mirao nzi zituvamihi cha Simwine Jesu.
3 for this is the will of God—your sanctification: that you abstain from the whoredom,
Kakuti iyi nji tanto ya Ireza: kucheniswa kwenu chenu- kuti musiye vushahi,
4 that each of you know to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor,
iri kuti zumwi ni zumwi e zive muku vira ni mwihyabwe mu kuchena ni kute.
5 not in the affection of desire, as also the nations that were not knowing God,
Kanji muvi ni mwihyenwanu che takazo vulyo (sina va Machava vasezi Ireza).
6 that no one goes beyond and defrauds his brother in the matter, because the LORD [is] an avenger of all these, as we also spoke to you before and testified,
Kanji kuvi ni zumwi yo fosa ni kuvengisa muzwale wa kwe mwenzi zintu. Kakuli Simwine nji muvozekezi mwezi zintu zonse, vovuti mutu vamikalimeri ni kupaka.
7 for God did not call us to uncleanness, but in sanctification.
Kakuti Ireza kena ava tusumpiri kukusa jololola, kono kuku chena.
8 He, therefore, who is despising, does not despise man, but God, who also gave His Holy Spirit to us.
Jikuti, iye yo kana inzi u kakani vantu, kono Ireza, yo ha Luhuho lu Jolola kwenu.
9 And concerning the brotherly love, you have no need of [my] writing to you, for you yourselves are God-taught to love one another,
Kuamana ni rato lye chizwale, ka kwina ituso yo zumwi kumi ñolera, kakuti inwe muvene murutitwe ji Ireza kusaka zumwi ni zumwi.
10 for you do it also to all the brothers who [are] in all Macedonia; and we call on you, brothers, to abound still more,
Chovuniti, mupanga inzi kumi zwale vonse vena mwa Mesondonia yonse. Kono tumi susuweza, mizwale, kupanga inzi ahulu.
11 and to study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you,
Tusimi susuweza kuzwira havusu ni kuhala che nkozo, mutoko mere zenu zintu, mi museveze ni manza enu, sina mutu vami layeri.
12 that you may walk properly to those outside, and may have lack of nothing.
Mupange inzi iri kuti muyende hande mwi kute kwavo vena hanze ye tumero, ni kuti kanji musaki chimwi.
13 And I do not wish you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, that you may not sorrow, as also the rest who have no hope,
Katu saki kuti inwe musiye kutu zuwisisa, mizwale, Kuamana navo valilalize, iri kuti kanji mulichisi muluhuho sina vonse vasena muhupulo kuzo kuvunsu.
14 for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also God will bring with Him those asleep through Jesus,
Kakuti haiva tuzumina kuti Jesu ava fwi ni kuvuka hape, vovulyo Ireza kalete ni Jesu avo vava fwiri mwali.
15 for we say this to you in the word of the LORD, that we who are living—who remain over to the coming of the LORD—may not precede those asleep,
Chezi tuwamba kwenu chelinzwi lya Simwine, kuti iswe tuhala, vashere haku keza kwa Simwine, kanji ni tuhitiri avo vava lilalizi.
16 because the LORD Himself, with a shout, with the voice of a chief-messenger, and with the trumpet of God, will come down from Heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first;
Kakuti Simwine kachiviri ka suke mwi wulu. Kakeze cho muhuwo, ni mulumo we niroyi lye kondo, ni ke mpeta ye Ireza, mi vafu mwa Keresite kava tange kuvuka che tenzi.
17 then we who are living, who are remaining over, will be snatched up together with them in [the] clouds to meet the LORD in [the] air, and so we will always be with the LORD;
Cwale inswe va hala, vashere, hamwina katu kungane navo muma kope ni Simwine muluhuho. mweyi nzira katuve inko yonse ni Simwine.
18 so, then, comfort one another with these words.
Jokuti, mususuweze zumwi ni zumwi chaya manzwi.
