1 Samuel 5
1 And the Philistines have taken the Ark of God, and bring it in from Eben-Ezer to Ashdod,
Филистений ау луат кивотул луй Думнезеу ши л-ау дус дин Ебен-Езер ла Асдод.
2 and the Philistines take the Ark of God and bring it into the house of Dagon, and set it near Dagon.
Дупэ че ау пус мына пе кивотул луй Думнезеу, филистений л-ау дус ын каса луй Дагон ши л-ау ашезат лынгэ Дагон.
3 And the Ashdodites rise early on the next day, and behold, Dagon is fallen on its face to the earth, before the Ark of YHWH; and they take Dagon, and put it back in its place.
А доуа зи, асдодений, каре се скуласерэ дис-де-диминяцэ, ау гэсит пе Дагон ынтинс ку фаца ла пэмынт ынаинтя кивотулуй Домнулуй. Ау луат пе Дагон ши л-ау пус ынапой ла локул луй.
4 And they rise early in the morning on the next day, and behold, Dagon is fallen on its face to the earth, before the Ark of YHWH, and the head of Dagon, and the two palms of its hands are cut off at the threshold, only Dagon’s [body] has been left of him;
Ши а доуа зи, скулынду-се дис-де-диминяцэ, ау гэсит пе Дагон ынтинс ку фаца ла пэмынт ынаинтя кивотулуй Домнулуй; капул луй Дагон ши челе доуэ мынь але луй ерау тэяте пе праг ши ну-й рэмэсесе декыт трункюл.
5 therefore the priests of Dagon, and all those coming into the house of Dagon, do not tread on the threshold of Dagon, in Ashdod, until this day.
Де ачея, пынэ ын зиуа де азь, преоций луй Дагон ши тоць чей че интрэ ын каса луй Дагон, ла Асдод, ну калкэ пе праг.
6 And the hand of YHWH is heavy on the Ashdodites, and He makes them desolate, and strikes them with lumps, Ashdod and its borders.
Мына Домнулуй а апэсат асупра челор дин Асдод ши й-а пустиит; й-а ловит ку бубе ла шезут, атыт ын Асдод, кыт ши ын цинутул луй.
7 And the men of Ashdod see that [it is] so, and have said, “The Ark of the God of Israel does not abide with us, for His hand has been hard on us, and on our god Dagon.”
Кынд ау вэзут кэ аша стау лукруриле, оамений дин Асдод ау зис: „Кивотул Думнезеулуй луй Исраел сэ ну рэмынэ ла ной, кэч мына Луй апасэ асупра ноастрэ ши асупра луй Дагон, думнезеул ностру.”
8 And they send and gather all the princes of the Philistines to them, and say, “What do we do to the Ark of the God of Israel?” And they say, “Let the Ark of the God of Israel be brought around to Gath”; and they bring around the Ark of the God of Israel;
Ши ау тримис ши ау адунат ла ей пе тоць домниторий филистенилор ши ау зис: „Че сэ фачем ку кивотул Думнезеулуй луй Исраел?” Домниторий ау рэспунс: „Сэ се дукэ ла Гат кивотул Думнезеулуй луй Исраел.” Ши ау адус аколо кивотул Думнезеулуй луй Исраел.
9 and it comes to pass after they have brought it around, that the hand of YHWH is against the city—a very great destruction; and He strikes the men of the city, from small and to great; and lumps break forth on them.
Дар, дупэ че а фост дус аколо, мына Домнулуй а апэсат асупра четэций ши а фост о маре гроазэ; а ловит пе оамений четэций де ла мик пынэ ла маре ши ау авут о спузялэ де бубе ла шезут.
10 And they send the Ark of God to Ekron, and it comes to pass, at the coming in of the Ark of God to Ekron, that the Ekronites cry out, saying, “They have brought around the Ark of the God of Israel to us, to put us and our people to death.”
Атунч ау тримис кивотул луй Думнезеу ла Екрон. Кынд а интрат кивотул луй Думнезеу ын Екрон, екрониций ау стригат: „Ау адус ла ной кивотул Думнезеулуй луй Исраел ка сэ не омоаре, пе ной ши попорул ностру.”
11 And they send and gather all the princes of the Philistines, and say, “Send the Ark of the God of Israel away, and it turns back to its place, and it does not put us and our people to death”; for there has been a deadly destruction throughout all the city, the hand of God has been very heavy there,
Ши ау тримис ши ау стрынс пе тоць домниторий филистенилор ши ау зис: „Тримитець ынапой кивотул Думнезеулуй луй Исраел; сэ се ынтоаркэ ла локул луй, ка сэ ну не омоаре, пе ной ши попорул ностру.” Кэч ын тоатэ четатя ера о гроазэ де моарте, ши мына луй Думнезеу апэса ку путере.
12 and the men who have not died have been struck with lumps, and the cry of the city goes up into the heavens.
Оамений каре ну муряу ерау ловиць ку бубе ла шезут, ши ципетеле четэций се ынэлцау пынэ ла чер.
