1 Peter 5
1 Elders who [are] among you, I exhort [you], [as] a fellow-elder, and a witness of the sufferings of the Christ, and a partaker of the glory about to be revealed,
ಜೊತೆ ಹಿರಿಯನೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಶ್ರಮೆಗಳ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಲಿರುವ ಮಹಿಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುಗಾರನೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಿರಿಯರನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
2 feed the flock of God that [is] among you, overseeing not by compulsion, but willingly, neither for shameful gain, but eagerly,
ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವರ ಮಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯಿರಿ. ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರದಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ದೇವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಷ್ಟಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ನೀಚ ದ್ರವ್ಯಾಶೆಯಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ಸಿದ್ಧಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ.
3 neither as exercising lordship over the heritages, but becoming patterns for the flock,
ದೇವರ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡುವವರಂತೆ ನಡೆಯದೆ ಮಂದೆಗೆ ಆದರ್ಶವಾಗಿಯೇ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
4 and the Chief Shepherd having appeared, you will receive the unfading garland of glory.
ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕುರುಬ ಆಗಿರುವವರು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗುವಾಗ ನೀವು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಬಾಡದ ಮಹಿಮೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವಿರಿ.
5 In like manner, you young [ones], be subject to elders, and all subjecting yourselves to one another; clothe yourselves with humble-mindedness, because God resists the proud, but He gives grace to the humble;
ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರೇ, ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿರಿ. ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದೀನತೆಯೆಂಬ ವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿರಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, “ದೇವರು ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ದೀನರಿಗಾದರೋ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ!”
6 be humbled, then, under the powerful hand of God, that He may exalt you in good time,
ಹೀಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ದೇವರ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮವುಳ್ಳ ಹಸ್ತದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ, ಆಗ ದೇವರು ಸಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆತ್ತುವರು.
7 having cast all your care on Him, because He cares for you.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಚಿಂತೆಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ದೇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಿರಿ. ಅವರು ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಚಿಂತಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
8 Be sober, vigilant, because your opponent the Devil walks around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may swallow up,
ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಚಿತ್ತರಾಗಿರಿ, ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿರೋಧಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಸೈತಾನನು ಗರ್ಜಿಸುವ ಸಿಂಹದಂತೆ ಯಾರನ್ನು ನುಂಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಾ ತಿರುಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
9 whom you must resist, steadfast in the faith, having known the same sufferings of your brotherhood to be accomplished in the world.
ನೀವು ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸೈತಾನನನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿರಿ. ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರಿಗೂ ಸಹೋದರಿಯರಿಗೂ ಅಂಥಾ ಬಾಧೆಗಳೇ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ.
10 And the God of all grace, who called you to His perpetual glory in Christ Jesus, having suffered a little, Himself make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle [you]; (aiōnios g166)
ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ನಿತ್ಯ ಪ್ರಭಾವಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದ ಕೃಪಾಪೂರ್ಣ ಆಗಿರುವ ದೇವರು ನೀವು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪಕಾಲ ಬಾಧೆಪಟ್ಟ ಮೇಲೆ ತಾವೇ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣಮಾಡಿ, ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸಿ, ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳಿಸುವರು. (aiōnios g166)
ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಪತ್ಯವೂ ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ. ಆಮೆನ್. (aiōn g165)
12 Through Silvanus, the faithful brother as I reckon, I wrote through few [words] to you, exhorting and testifying this to be the true grace of God in which you have stood.
ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಇದೇ ದೇವರ ನಿಜವಾದ ಕೃಪೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತ ಆಗಿರುವ ಸಹೋದರನೆಂದು ನಾನು ಎಣಿಸುವ ಸಿಲ್ವಾನನ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಸಂಕ್ಷೇಪವಾಗಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಿಜವಾದ ಕೃಪೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ನಿಂತವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
13 She in Babylon chosen with you greets you, and my son Marcus.
ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಂಥ ಬಾಬಿಲೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯು ನಿಮಗೆ ವಂದನೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಾದ ಮಾರ್ಕನು ಸಹ ವಂದನೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
14 Greet one another in a kiss of love. Peace to you all who [are] in Christ Jesus! Amen.
ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಮುದ್ದಿಟ್ಟು ಒಬ್ಬರನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರು ವಂದಿಸಿರಿ. ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಶಾಂತಿಯಿರಲಿ!
