< 1 Peter 4 >
1 Christ, then, having suffered for us in the flesh, you also arm yourselves with the same mind, because he who suffered in the flesh has finished [with] sin,
Sumbu Klisto kamona ziphasi mu nituꞌandi, buna bika beno mamveno luba mayindu momo; bila mutu wowo wumona ziphasi mu nitu andi widi wuvambana ayi masumu
2 no longer in the desires of men, but in the will of God, to live the rest of the time in the flesh;
mu diambu kabika buela zingila, mu ndambu yi bilumbu bisiedi yandi mu nitu andi, boso buididi zitsatu zi batu vayi boso buididi luzolo lu Nzambi.
3 for the time has sufficiently passed to have carried out the will of the nations, having walked in licentiousness, lusts, excesses of wines, revelings, drinking-bouts, and unlawful idolatries,
Bila mu bilumbu biviokidi, luviokisidi thangu yiwombo mu vanganga luzolo lu Bapakanu bu lukivana mu kitsuza, mu zitsatu zimbimbi, mu kolo malavu, mu phulu yi dia ayi yi nua, mu sambilanga bitumba.
4 in which they think it strange—your not running with them to the same excess of wastefulness, slandering [you]—
Bukiedika, buabu balembo simina bu lunkambu buela zawula yawu mu luzingu lu kitsuza; balembo ku luvuezi.
5 who will give an account to Him who is ready to judge [the] living and [the] dead,
Vayi bela vumbula kipholo kiawu kuidi mutu wowo widi wukubama mu sambisa batu bobo badi moyo ayi bafua.
6 for this also was good news proclaimed to dead men, that they may be judged, indeed, according to men in the flesh, but may live according to God in the Spirit.
Kiawu kioki bila Nsamu Wumboti wunlongolo kuidi batu bobo bafua, mu diambu bu basambusulu mu nsuni banga batu bobo badi moyo, babaka bu zingila mu Pheve boso buididi Nzambi yi moyo.
7 Now the end of all things has come near; be sober-minded, then, and be sober in [your] prayers.
Tsukulu yi mambu moso yeka nduka. Diawu lubika ba phulu yi dia ayi yi nua vayi luleka nkielo mu sambila.
8 Before all things, having earnest love among yourselves, because love covers a multitude of sins;
Vayi tuamina mambu moso luzolasananga beno na beno mu bukiedika, bila luzolo lueti fuka masumu mawombo.
9 [be] hospitable to one another, without murmuring;
Luyakula bumboti banzenza mu kambu maniunguta.
10 each [one], according as he received a gift, ministering it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God;
Bika kadika mutu wutambula dikaba di kipheve kasadila diawu mu diambu di sadisa batu bankaka, banga nkebi wumboti wu nlemvo wu Nzambi; nlemvo wowo widi mu ziphila mu phila.
11 if anyone speaks, [speak] as oracles of God; if anyone ministers, [minister] as of the strength which God supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and the power through the ages of the ages. Amen. (aiōn )
Enati mutu wulembo yoluka buna bika kayoluka banga mutu wunyoluka mambu ma Nzambi. Enati mutu wulembo sadila bankaka buna bika kasadila mu zingolo zivana Nzambi muingi mu mambu moso Nzambi kakemboso mu diambu di Yesu Klisto, bila niandi vuidi nkembo ayi lulendo mu zikhama zi zikhamazi mimvu. Amen! (aiōn )
12 Beloved, do not think it strange at the fiery suffering among you that is coming to try you, as if a strange thing were happening to you,
Bakundi bama, lubika simina mu diambu di zithotolo mu ziphasi ziozilulembo moni banga ti beno lubuilulu diambu di tsisi.
13 but according as you have fellowship with the sufferings of the Christ, rejoice, that you may also rejoice in the revelation of His glory—exulting;
Vayi bika lumona khini bila lunnata ndambu yi ziphasi zi Klisto muingi beno mamveno lumona khini mu thangu kela monika mu nkemboꞌandi woso.
14 if you are reproached in the Name of Christ—[you are] blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you; in regard, indeed, to them, is evil spoken of Him, and in regard to you, He is glorified;
Enati balembo lufingi mu diambu di dizina di Klisto buna bika lumona khinibila pheve yi nkembo ayi Pheve yi Nzambi yidi mu beno.
15 for let none of you suffer as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or as a meddler into other men’s matters;
Bika mutu mu beno kabika mona phasi bu kavondidi mutu voti bu kayibidi, voti bu kavengi mambimbi voti bu kakotidi mu mambu mangana.
16 and if as a Christian, do not let him be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this respect;
Vayi disi diambu dimuena tsoni ko enati mutu wulembo moni phasi bila kadi “nkua Klisto”. Muaki bika kakembisa Nzambi mu diambu di dizina diodidi nkua Klisto.
17 because it is the time of the judgment to have begun from the house of God, and if first from us, what [is] the end of those disobedient to the good news of God?
Bila thangu yifueni yifueti tona tsambusulu, yifueti tonina mu dikanda di bana ba Nzambi. Buna tala, enati kuidi beto kuntonina tsambusulu beni, buna buevi buela bela tsukulu yi batu bobo beti kambu tumukina Nsamu wumboti wu Nzambi e?
18 And if the righteous man is scarcely saved, where will the ungodly and sinner appear?
Enati mutu wusonga wumvukila mu ziphasi ziwombo, buna buevi buela bela mutu wumbimbi ayi wu masumu e?
19 So that those also suffering according to the will of God, as to a steadfast Creator, let them commit their own souls in doing good.
Diawu batu bobo balembo moni ziphasi mu luzolo lu Nzambi, buna bika bakiyekula kuidi mvangi, niandi widi wukuikama; ayi bika batatamana vanganga mamboti.
