1 Kings 7
1 And Solomon has built his own house [in] thirteen years, and he finishes all his house.
Und an seinem Hause baute Salomoh dreizehn Jahre, und vollendete sein ganzes Haus.
2 And he builds the House of the Forest of Lebanon; its length [is] one hundred cubits, and its breadth fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits, on four rows of cedar pillars, and cedar-beams on the pillars;
Und er baute das Haus vom Walde Libanon, hundert Ellen seine Länge und fünfzig Ellen seine Breite und dreißig Ellen seine Höhe, auf vier Reihen Säulen aus Zedern und mit Zedernbalken über den Säulen.
3 and [it is] covered with cedar above, on the sides that [are] on the forty-five pillars, fifteen in the row.
Und überdeckt war es oben mit Zedern über den Planken, die auf fünfundvierzig Säulen lagen, fünfzehn für die Reihe.
4 And frames [are] in three rows, and window [is] toward window three times.
Und von den Galerien waren es drei Reihen, und Durchsicht gegen Durchsicht dreimal.
5 And all the openings and the doorposts [are of] square frame; and window [is] toward window three times.
Und alle Eingänge und Pfosten waren viereckig mit Aussicht, und Durchsicht gegen Durchsicht einander gegenüber zu dreien Malen.
6 And he has made the porch of the pillars; its length fifty cubits, and its breadth thirty cubits, and the porch [is] before them, and pillars and a thick place [are] before them.
Und die Halle der Säulen machte er fünfzig Ellen ihre Länge und dreißig Ellen ihre Breite, und die Halle war vor ihnen, und die Säulen nebst dem Auftritt waren vor ihnen.
7 And the porch of the throne where he judges—the porch of judgment—he has made, and [it is] covered with cedar from the floor to the floor.
Und er machte die Halle des Thrones, wo er richtete, die Gerichtshalle und täfelte sie mit Zedern, von der Flur bis zu Decke.
8 As for his house where he dwells, the other court [is] within the porch—it has been as this work; and he makes a house for the daughter of Pharaoh—whom Solomon has taken—like this porch.
Und sein Haus, worin er wohnte, im anderen Hofe, innerhalb der Halle, war wie dieses gemacht; und er machte ein Haus für die Tochter Pharaos, die Salomoh genommen, wie diese Halle.
9 All these [are] of precious stones, according to the measures of hewn work, sawn with a saw, inside and outside, even from the foundation to the coping, and at the outside, to the great court.
Alle diese waren von kostbaren Steinen, nach dem Maß behauen, mit der Säge gesägt, von innen und von außen, und vom Grunde bis zu den Dacheinfassungen und von außen bis an den großen Hof.
10 And the foundation [is] of precious stones, great stones, stones of ten cubits, and stones of eight cubits;
Und gegründet waren sie auf kostbare Steine, große Steine, Steine von zehn Ellen und Steine von acht Ellen;
11 and precious stones [are] above, according to the measures of hewn work, and cedar;
Und darüber kostbare Steine, nach dem Maß gehauen, und Zedern.
12 and the great court around [is] three rows of hewn work, and a row of cedar-beams, even for the inner court of the house of YHWH, and for the porch of the house.
Und der große Hof ringsum hatte drei Reihen von behauenen Steinen und eine Reihe Balken von Zedern; und für den inneren Hof vom Hause des Jehovah, und für die Halle des Hauses.
13 And King Solomon sends and takes Hiram out of Tyre—
Und der König Salomoh sandte und holte den Chiram aus Zor.
14 he [is the] son of a woman, a widow, of the tribe of Naphtali, and his father [is] a man of Tyre, a worker in bronze, and he is filled with the wisdom and the understanding, and the knowledge to do all work in bronze—and he comes to King Solomon, and does all his work.
Er war der Sohn eines Weibes, einer Witwe aus dem Stamme Naphthali, und sein Vater war ein Mann von Tyrus, ein Künstler in Kupfer, und voller Weisheit und Einsicht und Kenntnis, allerlei Werk in Kupfer zu machen; und er kam zum König Salomoh und machte all sein Werk.
15 And he forms the two pillars of bronze; eighteen cubits [is] the height of the first pillar, and a cord of twelve cubits goes around the second pillar.
Und er bildete zwei eherne Säulen. Achtzehn Ellen hoch war die eine Säule, und ein Faden von zwölf Ellen umgab die zweite Säule.
16 And he has made two chapiters to put on the tops of the pillars, cast in bronze; five cubits the height of the first capital, and five cubits the height of the second capital.
Und zwei Knäufe machte er, aus Erz gegossen, um sie auf das Haupt der Säulen zu setzen, fünf Ellen Höhe hatte der eine Knauf und fünf Ellen Höhe der zweite Knauf.
17 Nets of network, wreaths of chain-work [are] for the chapiters that [are] on the top of the pillars, seven for the first capital, and seven for the second capital.
Und es waren Geflechte, ein Flechtwerk, ein Gewinde, ein Werk von Ketten, an dem Knauf, der auf dem Haupt der Säulen war; sieben für den einen Knauf und sieben für den zweiten Knauf.
18 And he makes the pillars, and two rows around on the one network, to cover the chapiters that [are] on the top, with the pomegranates, and so he has made for the second capital.
Und er machte die Säulen und zwei Reihen Granatäpfel ringsumher auf das eine Geflecht, um den Knauf auf dem Haupte zu bedecken, und so machte er es mit dem zweiten Knauf.
19 And the chapiters that [are] on the top of the pillars [are] of lily-work in the porch, four cubits;
Und die Knäufe auf dem Haupte der Säulen hatten ein Lilienwerk, in der Halle, von vier Ellen.
20 and the chapiters on the two pillars also [have pomegranates] above, close by the protuberance that [is] beside the net; and the pomegranates [are] two hundred, in rows around on the second capital.
Und es waren Knäufe auf den zwei Säulen, auch oben am Bauche an der Seite des Flechtwerks, und der Granatäpfel waren zweihundert, in Reihen um den zweiten Knauf.
21 And he raises up the pillars for the porch of the temple, and he raises up the right pillar, and calls its name Jachin, and he raises up the left pillar, and calls its name Boaz;
Und er richtete die Säulen auf an der Halle des Tempels, und er richtete die rechte Säule auf und nannte ihren Namen Jachin, und er richtete die linke Säule auf und nannte ihren Namen Boas.
22 and on the top of the pillars [is] lily-work; and the work of the pillars [is] completed.
Und über dem Haupte der Säulen war ein Lilienwerk; damit war das Werk der Säulen zu Ende.
23 And he makes the molten sea, ten by the cubit from its edge to its edge; [it is] round all about, and its height [is] five by the cubit, and a line of thirty by the cubit surrounds it around;
Und er machte das Meer gegossen, zehn Ellen von Rand zu Rand, rund ringsum, und fünf Ellen seine Höhe, und ein Faden von dreißig Ellen umgab es ringsum.
24 and knobs beneath its brim around are going around it, ten by the cubit, going around the sea; the knobs [are] in two rows, cast in its being cast.
Und Koloquinten umgaben es unterhalb seines Randes ringsum, zehn in der Elle, liefen sie um das Meer ringsum, zwei Reihen Koloquinten, in seinem Gusse gegossen.
25 It is standing on twelve oxen, three facing the north, and three facing the west, and three facing the south, and three facing the east, and the sea [is] on them above, and all their back parts [are] inward.
Es stand auf zwölf Rindern, deren drei gewendet gegen Mitternacht und drei gewendet gegen das Meer und drei gewendet gegen Mittag und drei gewendet gegen Aufgang, und das Meer war auf ihnen, oben darauf, und alle ihre Hinterteile waren einwärts.
26 And its thickness [is] a handbreadth, and its edge [is] as the work of the edge of a cup, [as] flowers of lilies; it contains two thousand baths.
Und seine Dicke war handbreit, und sein Rand gemacht wie der Rand eines Bechers, wie eine Lilienblüte. Es faßte zweitausend Bath.
27 And he makes the ten bases of bronze; the length of the one base [is] four by the cubit, and its breadth [is] four by the cubit, and its height [is] three by the cubit.
Und er machte die zehn ehernen Gestelle, vier Ellen war die Länge eines Gestells, und vier Ellen seine Breite und seine Höhe drei Ellen.
28 And this [is] the work of the base: they have borders, and the borders [are] between the joinings;
Und dies die Arbeit des Gestells: Es waren Seitentafeln daran, und die Seitentafeln waren zwischen den Eckleisten.
29 and on the borders that [are] between the joinings [are] lions, oxen, and cherubim, and on the joinings a base above, and beneath the lions and the oxen [are] additions—sloping work.
Und auf den Seitentafeln zwischen den Eckleisten waren Löwen, Rinder und Cherube, und auf den Eckleisten, ebenso oberhalb und unterhalb der Löwen und der Rinder, Kränze von herabhängender Arbeit.
30 And four wheels of bronze [are] for the one base, and axles of bronze; and its four corners have shoulders—the molten shoulders [are] under the laver, beside each addition.
Und vier eherne Räder waren an einem Gestell, und eherne Achsen, und an seinen vier Füßen waren Schultern. Unter den Becken waren die Schultern angegossen, einander gegenüber, mit Kränzen.
31 And its mouth within the capital and above [is] by the cubit, and its mouth [is] round, the work of the base, a cubit and half a cubit; and also on its mouth [are] carvings and their borders, square, not round.
Und seine Mündung innerhalb des Knaufes und aufwärts war eine Elle, und seine Mündung rund, das Werk eines Gestells, eine Elle und eine halbe Elle, und auch an der Mündung war eingeschnittene Arbeit, und ihre Seitentafeln waren viereckig, nicht rund.
32 And the four wheels [are] under the borders, and the spokes of the wheels [are] in the base, and the height of the one wheel [is] a cubit and half a cubit.
Und die vier Räder waren unterhalb der Seitentafeln, und die Halter der Räder waren am Gestell, und die Höhe eines Rades war eine Elle und eine halbe Elle.
33 And the work of the wheels [is] as the work of the wheel of a chariot, their spokes, and their axles, and their felloes, and their naves; the whole [is] molten.
Und das Werk der Räder war wie das Werk der Räder am Streitwagen, ihre Halter und ihre Felgen und ihre Speichen und ihre Naben waren alle gegossen.
34 And four shoulders [are] for the four corners of the one base; its shoulders [are] out of the base.
Und die vier Schultern waren an den vier Ecken eines Gestells, aus dem Gestelle waren seine Schultern.
35 And in the top of the base [is] the half of a cubit in the height all around; and on the top of the base its spokes and its borders [are] of the same.
Und am Haupt des Gestells war es eine halbe Elle hoch, ringsum gerundet, und auf dem Haupte des Gestells waren dessen Handhaben und die Seitentafeln daraus.
36 And he engraves on the tablets of its spokes, and on its borders, cherubim, lions, and palm-trees, according to the void space of each, and additions all around.
Und er grub auf die Tafeln der Handhaben und auf deren Seitentafeln Cherube, Löwen und Palmen ein, gemäß jedem Zwischenraum, und Kränze ringsum.
37 Thus he has made the ten bases; they all have one casting, one measure, one form.
Also machte er die zehn Gestelle, ein Guß, ein Maß und eine Form für alle.
38 And he makes ten lavers of bronze; the one laver contains forty baths [and] the one laver [is] four by the cubit; one laver on the one base [is] for [each of] the ten bases;
Und er machte zehn eherne Becken, und das eine Becken faßte vierzig Bath, vier Ellen war das eine Becken: ein Becken auf dem einen Gestell für die zehn Gestelle.
39 and he puts the five bases on the right side of the house, and five on the left side of the house, and he has put the sea on the right side of the house eastward—from toward the south.
Und er gab fünf Gestelle auf die Vorderseite des Hauses zur Rechten und fünf auf die Vorderseite des Hauses zu seiner Linken, und das Meer gab er auf die rechte Vorderseite des Hauses, ostwärts, dem Mittag gegenüber.
40 And Hiram makes the lavers, and the shovels, and the bowls; and Hiram completes to do all the work that he made for King Solomon, [for] the house of YHWH:
Und Chiram machte die Becken und die Schaufeln und die Sprengbecken; und Chiram vollendete, das ganze Werk zu machen, das er für den König Salomoh am Hause Jehovahs machte.
41 two pillars, and bowls of the chapiters that [are] on the top of the two pillars, and the two nets to cover the two bowls of the chapiters that [are] on the top of the pillars;
Die zwei Säulen und die Kugeln der Knäufe auf dem Haupte der zwei Säulen und die zwei Geflechte, um die zwei Kugeln der Knäufe auf dem Haupte der Säulen zu bedekken;
42 and the four hundred pomegranates for the two nets (two rows of pomegranates for the one net to cover the two bowls of the chapiters that [are] on the front of the pillars);
Und die vierhundert Granatäpfel für die zwei Geflechte, zwei Reihen Granatäpfel für ein Geflecht, die beiden Kugeln der Knäufe zu bedecken, die vorn an den Säulen waren;
43 and the ten bases, and the ten lavers on the bases;
Und die zehn Gestelle und die zehn Becken auf den Gestellen;
44 and the one sea, the twelve oxen under the sea,
Und das eine Meer und die zwölf Rinder unter dem Meere;
45 and the pots, and the shovels, and the bowls; and all these vessels, that Hiram has made for King Solomon [for] the house of YHWH, [are] of polished bronze.
Und die Töpfe und die Schaufeln und die Sprengbecken und all diese Geräte, die Chiram für den König Salomoh am Hause Jehovahs gemacht, von blankem Erz.
46 The king has cast them in the circuit of the Jordan, in the thick soil of the ground, between Succoth and Zarthan.
In dem Umkreis des Jordan goß sie der König in dichtem Boden zwischen Sukkoth und Zarthan.
47 And Solomon places the whole of the vessels; because of the very great abundance, the weight of the bronze has not been searched out.
Und Salomoh legte alle die Geräte nieder. Vor der sehr großen Menge wurde das Gewicht des Erzes nicht erforscht.
48 And Solomon makes all the vessels that [are] in the house of YHWH: the altar of gold, and the table of gold (on which [is] the Bread of the Presentation),
Und Salomoh machte alle Geräte im Hause Jehovahs, den goldenen Altar und den Tisch, auf dem die Schaubrote lagen, aus Gold.
49 and the lampstands, five on the right, and five on the left, before the oracle, of refined gold, and the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs, of gold,
Und die Leuchter, fünf zur Rechten und fünf zur Linken, vor dem Sprechort, aus gediegenem Gold, und das Blumenwerk und die Lampen und die Schneuzen von Gold.
50 and the basins, and the snuffers, and the bowls, and the spoons, and the censers, of refined gold, and the hinges for the doors of the inner-house, for the Holy of Holies, for the doors of the house of the temple, of gold.
Und die Schalen und die Messer und die Sprengbecken und die Platten und die Räuchpfannen aus gediegenem Gold. Auch die Angeln für die Türflügel des inneren Hauses, für das Allerheiligste, für die Türflügel des Hauses des Tempels waren aus Gold.
51 And it is complete—all the work that King Solomon has made [for] the house of YHWH, and Solomon brings in the sanctified things of his father David; he has put the silver, and the gold, and the vessels in the treasuries of the house of YHWH.
Und es ward vollbracht alles Werk, das König Salomoh am Hause Jehovahs machte, und Salomoh brachte das von David, seinem Vater, Geheiligte, das Silber und das Gold und die Geräte hinein und gab es in die Schatzkammern des Hauses Jehovahs.
